My bad interview experience today, I got this mail on Saturday inviting me for the position of Spa therapist and Skin consultant. I was so happy because this will be my first interview invitation and I was assistant dermatologist during my NYSC service year and by my course I can work as a therapist too. To my greatest surprise after traveling all the way from Nasarawa to VI Lagos the Manager told me that the Position is for a female. She asked if I read the job description which I said yes and she read it out for me and it matches my field ( must have knowledge of human Anatomy, must be a biological science graduate which I am a graduate of Prosthetic and Orthopaedic). I now asked her that if the job is for a woman why didn't she specify to jobberman because I applied for the job through Jorbberman, she said that who ever saw the job description should know that it is for female. My confusion and anger is, I sent my CV for this job which clearly states my course and my gender, what kind of nonsense is this?

Last week Thursday I deposited 70,000 naira into a new account I tend to open and operate with DIAMOND BANK up to this minute of uploading this comment I've not received any sms alert according to them that I would be sent an sms stating my account number and the credit alert of the deposited sum. Actually, I've sent a mail to their customer service unit in their head-office waiting for their response and giving them enough time to have a say in the matter. The duplicate copy of the deposit slip is still with me kampee!

Maybe a network issue or maybe they had issues opening account. . . You can put your mind at ease by just visiting the bank.

I bank with Access Bank. I was having N153, 265.00. I withdrew N5,000.00 last week Monday. On Friday last week, I went to the branch at Iyana Ipaja to pay back the N5,000, only for me to receive an alert that my balance is N151,265.00.

I went to the bank and requested for my statement of account which was printed out. On the statement, I found out that N2,000 was withdrawn on the Tuesday of that week. I quickly told them I wasn't the one and they told me it must have been done by someone whom I usually send to withdraw in my stead. They ruled out fraud claiming that if it were to be fraud, the person would have wipped my account clean. Funny enough, my ATM card was with me throughout, and I didn't even receive any SMS alerting me of the debit that day. We have been arguing since in the bank. I know this is an internal job from the bank. Please guys, how do I go about this? I want them to know they don't just go around messing with people's money simply because they are 'common man'.

Did u request for the instrument used in paying the said money? or was it an ATM transaction? If it was over the counter, you can ask for the instrument. maybe someone forged your signature or somefin and the CCTV will capture the person. If it was an ATM transaction, same thing. You have to do all these before you sue or do anything thing to make sure you also did not compromise your ATN pin, your account, etc. Make sure nothing can make u seem at fault. What was the narration on your statement? was it "withdrawal by self"? that is ÿou"? Follow it up k? keep us posted.

there are Muslims in my place of work. I have some as friends. And this is the first time I am hearing someone using fasting as an excuse not to work. It is not done. Some people sef when they fast you won't know. Yet they do their jobs. It is a spiritual thing. If you are true to your God, you won't use your religious activities to dodge work. Catholics fast during lent. Some pentecostal churches do it. People do it for personal reasons. Other Muslims are fasting without qualms. I have NEVER heard that work is put on hold because of fasting. BOSS, give that lady a query. If she does not sit up, u know what to do. You have a business to run. If na bank, she no go try that nonsense. She for sidon for haus na. Nonsense.

I think your Keyboard is having a problem and thr most annoying thingy is the prob goes from one button to the other .

I dont think i have ever seen that............ all i see is Ease of Acess, the poer button and errmmm. . .somefin else but not the online keyboard. The laptop is quite new cos i barely use it for serious stuff. I fit has keyboard issues, i will really be pissed off.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3541. Bought it last October online. When i boot it, I try to put in my password and the keys dont respond. I have to restart before it does.

Now, even when I restart, it doesn't respond. I try "Shift+S". . Nothing. In fact, I may press Shift and another key, and it may respond. But not S. if I press the CAPS button (cos my password has capital letter in it) it doesn't work. When it does, it refuses to change back. Other times, it just doesn't respond. Sometimes, other keys will work except the "S" key. too many issues, just cos i am starting up my laptop.

Once i successfully log on, I have no other issues, even with the keys. The problem is I do have to shut down or hibernate at a point. Getting it to come up again becomes an issue.

I have not had time to take it to a proper engineer. Kindly assist. I cant phantom what exactly its problem is. I know my keyboard is not faulty. what else could be causing this random madness in my laptop?

I received this message on my phone from my bank persuading me to go get my BVN done. Though I've done mine but I've been left wondering if other Nigerians have the time like me to queue and wait patiently to get this task done.
Unlike the SIM card registration threat, whereby, people still use their sim freely up till now though it's not registered or even registered with a random info before purchase, I can only hope this one won't turn out differently.
If this threat is really undertaken, I strongly believe that millions of Nigerians would be affected.

ur account will not be deactivated oga. . .it will be placed on PND. Post No Debit. U wont be able to withdraw. but once you do ur BVN, it will be reactivated. Besides, the BVN has been going on since last year. Trust Nigerians. It is because of the deadline that people are rushing to do it now.
