VaselineCrew: As in ehn bros.
Forget the money aspect for a sec, just imagine having 400 kilometers of pure electric power.
We have a small 2kw solar setup at home, so I would still be able to charge it small small even if there is no light.
Unlike petrol vehicles that always idle, you won’t burn energy sitting in traffic, besides the power draw from the air conditioner, and accessories, because the motors aren’t spinning.
Plus it is so much more efficient than petrol vehicles, costing so little to go 1 kilometer vs petrol cars. Last I checked, it takes about 250 watts to do a mile in a small Tesla, which is incredible. So if you have a 20 amp supply at home, you can put 16 miles/25km per hour, while you are sleeping, and you wake up to an almost full car.
Then obviously, you are not buying oil, filter, plugs, and the rest.
Anyways, it’s just unfortunate that the prices are still too expensive for now. Wow. Interesting |

HOW TO AVOID FUEL SCARCITY LONG QUEUE
1. After working for the whole day, do not go home drive around the vicinity you find yourself, look for a safe standard filling stations that has fuel to sell next-day.
2. Park your car at the doormouth of that filling station till following morning to avoid joining long queue the next day..
3. Eat your dinner and sleep inside the car till next day
4. Wake by 4am to position yourself to be first to be attended to when they start selling
5. Buy full tank and if possible extra 50 litres in Jerry can that will serve you 2-5days depending on how u work. (50 litres for top up)
6. After buying fuel, go home and refresh and rest for sometime before you start Work.
7. Repeat 1- 6 when u exhaust your fuel. |

northbird: Let's not argue about this. Go and get your facts right. Invictus was nabbed when he went to see his new born baby daughter @ the hospital, he wasn't in United States, the Feds were already waiting for him.
d mop of G guys is pretty straight forward
Have you ever asked yourself why crypto is the favored platform nowadays?
Let me give you a scenario? 8 guys pull a job that brings in 2.5m dollars If they share, each gets at least 300k dollars a piece.
There is no bank account in Nigeria that will receive such funds without raising a flag from cbn n it's affiliates.
With crypto, it's like a pebble dropping in the sea. It won't be noticed. That's where most Gboys keep their stash now. You don't have to believe it. Invictus OBi came from my home town Anambra State his village is next to my village. We came from thesame L.G.A. Nnewi I dey tell you the real news of what transpired. You are telling me what you read from the media. Some of his kinsmen are kind of related to my maternal grandmother. As for Bank account receiving such humongous amount. You talk as if you don't know the kind of country you live in. Guy this is Nigeria. where every tom, dick and Harry is corrupt. Anything is possible bro. Nah people wey no Sabi road dey miss road, follow who know road O! There are some Bigboys in this country who helps politicians to launder money in Billions, CBN no dey even reason their matter because they pay their dues. Pearl1910: I know there are scammers and crypto thieves and I know there are self made millionaires from legit buying and selling of crypto currencies in this naija. What I can't say for sure is which one our classic model from Generalzodd falls into.
I have a friend that owed me 40k up until April last year. I learnt him the money in January, he was very broke, he said he put in all his money into crypto since Jun 2020 and was waiting for it to yield. Fast forward to May and this guy was a millionaire after a couple of the coins yielded almost X100. Imagine having $1,000 worth of coins yield by a multiple of X100 that's $100,000 equivalent to N50m. Something triggered that fast increase, accelerated by the pandemic that brought alot of online transactions.
So it happens like that sometimes, the coin can go to zero, remain same value, increase marginally or blow stupendously. If u r lucky to have invested in the one that ends up blowing, u can make alot of money.
Let's not always condemn what we don't understand. Correct guy. You re one positive mindset we have on this thread |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by GeneralZodd(m): 7:05am On Mar 01, 2022 |
northbird: @ General zodd. Your rider is a Gboy, and his affiliates are G boys too. Crypto is the front for most of them.
Crypto is the exchange house for getting their proceeds, then they convert to naira when it's needed
Don't get me wrong, I have always maintained it too that this Uber thing is a stop gap, no future in it.
But believe me, your rider is a Gboy. Most of them on the island are sophisticated and forward thinking unlike the ones around Egbeda, abule egba, iyana ipaja, who just sling small pouches around, club and chase girls.
I will give you an example, Invictus Obi, aka obiwanne okeke (if he was not caught, by now, he also would have been chanting the crypto mantra as one of his investment vehicles).
Heck, the dude even graced the pages of Forbes Africa, but the FBI had put a tab on him for years, they had all the evidence, and they were waiting patiently for him to step on the American soil.
He got too careless and he was nabbed at Virginia. He didn't even go to trial, opted for a plea bargain. That's why his sentence was light.
The other guy you mentioned too is also a front, ask folks in Unilag then. BEC scams were not too common in those days. . I disagree with You on this. No be everybody wey dey into crypo are into G. My cousin's friend who is Medical doctor in Dublin started this Crypto investment fews years back in IRELAND, he is a billionaire in Naira as I speak. My cousin told me his friend used to buy different Cryptos at their earliest stages and keep them. From Bitcoin to Dogecoin to Etherum to cadano etc. The Shiba coin I just invested in, he was the one that introduced my cousin to it few months ago and the coin is growing massively. My $ 100 investment is now $230 in space few of days. I wonder it would be in few years time. All this info, I am not supposed to be dishing it out here. I just felt I could change lives by sharing it to others here on this thread If you are equipped the with right information. Crypto fit blow u over night without even doing G. As For OBiwanne Okeke " Invictus OBi" I knew him back then before FBI arrested him. He made his money through BEC. Business email compromise. He hacked email of one Big company in Yankee and hijacked financial transactions through Wired transfer over ₦11 billion naira. to his Bank account. He was never into Crypto. He was suppose to settle one lady when visited U.S, he didn't and he was exposed. He is Nairalander. Infact FBI traced him through his nairaland account. 2004- 2008, Bnaira those days UNILAG was obviously G boy. I schooled in you UNILAG business Admin department. Bnaira was in faculty of Arts. He was driving one Red range rover then, very loudsy and flashy guy with his dreads back then. I see him on campus those days with customise plate number G never gave him the kind of money has now Friends wey dey very close him said is Crypto. I have alot friends who are into G, I know as e dey go but G is never my way. I can never choose that part. You can make good money with Crypto long-term investment. What I have learnt from YouTube alone is amazing. |

Run at your own pace, never look at another man's clock to run your race, work hard and pray. Success is certain. I was expecting this kind of reply from one of you guys. But what I saw is real. If I see a faker I will know. Hard work is good, Prayer is good But this 2 alone are not enough to make u rich. Knowledge and information is where the money is If nah by hard work alone, nah people wey dey do hard labour suppose get money pass. Boys are cashing out from these digital currencies The likes of Bnaira was first set of people that invested in Bitcoin in 2009 at its early stage when alot of people didn't know what Bitcoin is, Today he is a multimillionaire in Dollars. I will say it again driving Uber alone can't make u rich, it should be a side hustle for additional income not a fulltime work. Sometimes nah environment wey person dey or the kind of people wey person dey roll with dey make am be like say money no dey. Bro young guys are cashing out bigtime especially on that Island. The information at their disposal is just too much. I just invested $100 on a new digital currency SHiNU IBA, owned by Japanese. From the analysis of some professional investors my investment is likely to return $18,000 in 2years time. That's like ₦9,000,000 million naira. Can I make that kind of money driving Uber for 2 years? Absolute know!!! So bro we gat to use our head sometimes, hardwork is not everything. Someone told me UCHE drives G gurad, how many of we drivers get money like him, upon say nah we dey hardworking pass. Uche is rich now because he is informed and he made use of his brain Wella |

Felicity0001: This fuel scarcity is really not getting funny right now again.
The most painful part customers never want to understand even though we are buying at N200/L is non of their business.
How would one speed hours just to buy fuel and in the and Bolt and Uber will still benefit from the surge as a result of fewer drivers? Why not allow driver reap the fruit of their labour for queuing up for hours to buy fuel just to move yiur riders around. Take commission from the normal fare and gift drivers the extra amount from the surge multiplier After all they're buying above the pump price whereas the fare amount has not been adjusted to suit the illegal pump price.
I'm not finding work interesting these period because one is not free to drive just any time because you can't tell how far your fuel 8n tank can take you since you can't just drive into a fueling station any time to buy fuel.
This ia really getting frustrating to say the least.
To all of those that voted this present government into power may it not... Make I no just talk... I hope you guys are enjoying this change as well. Fuel Scarcity is just starting, this Russia/Ukraine war will prolong and worsen the effect. Alot of vessel carrying refined crude oil are been delayed on the high sea due to the war. Nigerians might not get enough supply anytime soon. FG don get reason to Hike the price. The Law of demand and supply is gradually playing out. I can't imagine petrol selling @₦340 and someone is still doing trips of ₦600 , ₦700, ₦ 900 with 25% commission on it |
