The truth of the matter be say most riders are not happy with BOLT. I have met so many of them telling me Bolt is ripping them off with Surge. I tried to explain to them that it was due to demand prices went up, they refused to understand, so what most of them do is to give 1 star at the end of the trip regardless of driver being nice or not

You add your CARD details to the payment platform on the App. You pay your outstanding with ease. It reflects instantly, not waiting 12hrs to 2days. It makes work easier and faster.
