if possible you can start from there. maybe open a tutoring centre for free , then later start charging your students little by little.

you can open a tutorial centre using an empty university classroom in the evening especially for 100 level, diploma and prrdegree students in your field. they are Willing to pat for anything as opposed to those in higher levels.

make your fees cheaper than your competitors own .
