If our mothers' way was perfect and they had well brought up kids, wouldn't their daughters (us) be perfect?

Abi you have forgotten that the terrible daughters of today were brought up by the perfect mothers of yesterday.

Despite overwhelming evidence, we are all in denial that the mothers hailed as been content with their lives must have secretly abhorred it to collectively raise the daughters of today.

You've made a very silly comment without acknowledging the fact that a human being's development is made up of a combination of NATURE and NURTURE.

Are you saying that most women today have become utterly useless, with very lose morals because their mothers taught them to be this way?

I love how you conveniently ignored the influence of society, westernisation, social media etc... lipsrsealed

The topic is definitely a controversial one.
Some see a transparent slimy liquid, some sticky white stuff, others are squirting a glass full of some urine-like liquid.

A woman's body is such a marvel, so beautiful cool

Ew! There's nothing "beautiful" about a woman who lacks bladder control so she URINATES all over your sheets whilst acting ike she's just had an "orgasm" grin

Too bad many guys are deceived into thinking they've hit the spot when in fact, she was just too lazy to make her way to the bathroom lipsrsealed

Sad truth is, many women cannot and will never achieve orgasm through intercourse. Nothing takes a woman there faster than a vibrator on her cl!t.

Come to think of it, are you based abroad? It's very unusual that you don't have help especially with the special needs of your three sons - or is it that you cant afford help?

Perhaps the situation of the kids is taking a toll on your husband - hence why he's seeking solace elsewhere (which is wrong I must add)

I don't usually advocate for men to get involved in domestic duties, but in your case, your husband should be helpful around the house - raising special needs kids is no joke.

Truth is, you cannot divorce him because he's probably responsible for the roof over your heads and you KNOW you cannot sustain yourself and those kids without his financial assistance - sorry if I sounded harsh in my comment above, just that you women like to form bravado online deceiving yourselves and telling other women to leave their husbands for trivial reasons - acting like you don't need a man - but what you the adviser is tolerating at home is much worse.

Wonders shall never end on this forum cheesy

Madam OP, are you not the same person below vehemently advising your fellow woman to "divorced" her husband? cheesy

How come you don't know what to do in your own situation?

Smh.

Support your niece and her baby and as for the idiot of your husband, divorced him , yes divorced you , packed your stuffs and leave with your kids. God will provide for you and your children. Travel / Re: I Am Tired Of Nigeria, Where On Earth Can I Get A Better Life? by genq(m): 4:05pm On Oct 24, 2019
Ilekokonit:

A visa does not guarantee an income ANYWHERE on earth.

A visa also does not guarantee that they will allow you to enter their country at their airport.

If they are not convinced that you are a genuine visitor or student they will return the person back to the country of origin on the next flight.

At age 50 MOST immigration officers at the point of entry will have serious doubts as to the genuineness of your intentions to actually study as 50 years is classed as middle age when you are expected to have finished ALL your studies including PHD.

Someone I know who was 25 and had a first class degree was granted a course related visa to the UK but was denied entry at their airport and deported back to Naija as the immigration officer was not convinced he was gonna go back after the course and all the money spent was wasted and this was at a time Nigerians were not flooding their embassies with visa applications.

Forget going abroad to start afresh as any country abroad worth going to ALL SHARE INFORMATION about people they have denied visas and you don't want to waste that N2.5m on pursuing a visa that may swallow up N2.5m with no visa to show for it at the end of the day.

Stop throwing good money after bad as the grass may seem greener on the other side but because Nigerians don't tell you the truth about what they do to earn a living abroad, people back home think they are better off going abroad. BIG FAT LIE.

Moreover, at 50 you may be able to compete with a 30 year old mentally but you can't compete with one physically as that is not natural and you don't want to be in the position of Nigerians abroad around 50 years old or older (male and female) who have died of heart attacks whilst at their menial long hour jobs. These guys had no choice as they could not come back to Nigeria empty handed and so without work permits, age not being on their side and overworking their bodies, they died due to over work as the spirit was willing but the body was weak and middle aged as they were over 50 years old or there about.

AT ANY AGE YOU have to think of using your brain to earn a living and not your muscles meaning that you have to work smarter and not harder and at any age you have no reason to leave Nigeria for a foreign land if you can not apply for a Highly Skilled Migrant Visa which is only given (with limited quotas) to people with qualifications AND work experience in fields where these foreign countries have a skills shortage e.g Doctors, Nurses, IT personnel, Engineers, Tax Accountants etc.

Some Nigerians actually got good jobs with Multinational companies in Nigeria and got posted all over the world with their employer handling their visa processes but this happened when they were in their 20's and in your case as being an employee in Naija is not an option the ONLY option seems for you to start a small scale business or a few small scale businesses and see how it goes and forget what people around you may say. Your qualification can not always feed you in Nigeria.

Do you know the number of Nigerians stranded abroad but can not come back home due to shame and empty pockets after wasting their most productive years abroad ?

If it is people around you including family members or your spouse that are making you feel as if you haven't achieved as much, then it is better to avoid their company or relocate away from them to a cheaper state in Nigeria where N2.5m is still big money and can start a lucrative business because if you keep hanging around these so called friends, family, in laws and out laws, and they help you finish that N2.5m you WILL now see human beings for who they really are with their poison tongues.

The same people you spent the N2.5m on WILL turn round and call you lazy.

And don't let fake visa or visa lottery criminals dupe you of your money because a visa lottery is just that - a lottery at times with a one in 14 million chance of winning as evidenced by the limited number of people that win the lotto in Nigeria.

If you know the number of people in Nigeria that can open a business wit just N50,000 you will marvel.

The simplest and guaranteed business you can start with a fraction of that N2.5m is a restaurant / Mama Put or just a pepper soup joint and if it means relocating to a cheaper state in Nigeria to open it then do so before you finish business capital that God has given you on daily living and chasing a visa that does not guarantee an income ANYWHERE on earth.

Finally there are a lot of Nigerian in those countries you want to emigrate to that do not have the equivalent of N2.5 million in their bank accounts both home and abroad combined. Most of the money they earn abroad is used to pay for income taxes, health insurance, rent, mortgage, water bill, Gas, Electric, community taxes, tv licence, travel and all the things you see on TV that makes those countries work and look appealing.

If some of these Nigerians get N2.5 million Naira equivalent in their bank accounts today, a lot of them will come back to Nigeria yesterday.

This is one of the main problems with people on this forum - inability to stay on topic!

The poster said he is TIRED of Nigeria, instead of addressing his circumstances and the situation at hand, you proceed to write a ridiculous epistle on your very LIMITED knowledge of what goes on abroad lipsrsealed

I'm sick of people saying "stay back and do business" please what business? Or is everyone destined to be a business man in Nigeria.

Again, the OP clearly stated that he wants to LEAVE Nigeria - best believe that a man of his age will certainly have valid reasons for wanting to do so.

The same way you are killing me with laugh here. I told my colleague this clown will respond, he is that easy.

What manner of man are you? You are so easily baited and provoked into silliness and arguing with females, it is shocking.

At this point I am really just catching fun at your expense. I said what I needed to say with my first comment to you.

I was waiting for this line. grin You're becoming very predictable dear.

Last time I checked you wh0res are now equal to men - but in the same breath y'all wanna shame men who argue with you? LOL.

That putrid hole between your legs does not exempt you from a tongue lashing sweetheart.

Lol grin, I think you may be very right about this.

On taking our own advice to ignore characters like this element, it can be hard and his foolishness is too much.

You find him on almost every thread being stupid the way he was here, and it makes me wonder if he took an overdose of a drug called stupidity.

Either you've got Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or you are mentally deranged. Babes, your "lunch break" was over an hour ago and we said our final goodbyes so why are you still here?

No apologies, I wanted to experience what being a jackass is like, for myself.

It's actually fun if I can provoke you this much, into talking back.

Being at the receiving end of shit you dish out isn't fun is it?

Well lunch break is over, carry on with being your shitty self, you never disappoint in that aspect. grin

I will try in future to not descend to your level,
some of that shittyness rubbed off on me here.

See if you can try! Until next time, Bye b!tch kiss

Pls ignore the jackass from this point forward - his usual MO on threads where he comments, is to resort to name calling & insults, when he's losing a debate to someone with a far more sensible/superior argument.

I finished typing my comment before seeing yours (the one I quoted here) and I share the same sentiments. Not every grown man is a well adjusted adult. This man-child has a lot of growing up to do

So why didn't you take your own advice? You're so 'mature' that you logged in just to insert yourself into a conversation that has nothing to do with you.

You women prove time and time again why you will forever remain the WEAKER VESSELS - always jumping into bandwagons on NL to attack anyone who doesn't kiss your dirty arses. 1000 of your kind cannot and will not stop me from speaking my truth wink

[s]Long before I signed up with an account on NL I noticed your moniker and shitty personality, as one that is vile and quick to insult others when you're being floored by their intelligent and superior arguments.

I insulted you on another thread not because I particularly enjoy shit like that or I am a shitty person like you BUT I did so to show you, that you don't have the monopoly of insults on NL.

You've been allowed to run roughshod on this platform for too long and the likes you get for vileness has only emboldened you and fuelled your foolishness.

Your arguments are not as fly or as smart as you think either, then you make them even worse with the insultive attacks/attitude towards others. Instead of throwing insults improve the quality of your debates.

I meant what I said before as well, you come across as a bitch with an axe to grind (with my gender in particular) and you're always bitching about something, can you try to act like a sensible & mature man for once? If you're not sure what sensible & mature is check out male monikers like Acidosis, Coooks.

Oh and by the way midnighter had a more intelligent & superior argument than yours. I would lick her ass for gracefully making her points without descending to your mess.

Unfortunately[/s] I am not that graceful and I can't help but call out rascals like you.

Actually, I thought you said you were "done" with me on a previous thread? How many times will you be "done"? grin
