If a woman keep having female children only, the man SHOULD never think of marrying another because of that. I am 100% against that, after all, biologically it's the man's chromosome that determines sex of a baby. Nevertheless, it's 100% understandable why a man will crave, pray, wish and prefer male child to female child, 1001 reasons abound. Both sex are very important but a male child is still far more important than a female child. Forget that stupid mentality of "we're now in 21st century", "this is a modern world" we're no longer in dark world" bla bla bla in women, that makes them always wanting to equal themselves to a man, and that remains their undoing till today. Presently i have two beautiful daughters now and i love them with my life but am seriously praying and ready for fasting that God will give me a male child next.

Religion is one of the first thing to consider before ever considering marrying. Though it must not be the same church but IT MUST/SHOULD BE OF SIMILAR FAITH AND BELIEF. Catholic church is one unique church that no other christian faith share same similar core beliefs with them. Someone who was brought up a catholic will hardly accept another church but someone brought up an Anglican can easily accept any pentecostal, orthodox church but catholic. I was brought up as an Anglican but easily changed to pentecostal, when i met my wife she was an Anglican and we wedded in Anglican church but she immediately followed me to my pentecostal without myself ever compelling her for one single day.

Honestly this is one topic i hope it could be discussed over and over on nairaland. A friend recently asked me to help her edit her CV on net and send to her aunty, who wants to assist her secure a job somewhere. She wrote "EDUCATIONAL BYGROUND" somewhere, when i saw it, i thought is just a mistake, i corrected it to EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, when she later came back with her aunty's email address, she said she wants to go through the edited CV before sending it to avoid any mistake, i told her there is no need for that, and besides am busy with my system, but you know women, she later persuaded me to accept, then to my chagrin, she spotted my correction and told me that i made a mistake somewhere, when i came to see my mistake, she pointed to the EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, that it is not what she wrote, she wrote EDUCATIONAL BYGROUND while i mistakenly wrote EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND. I was dumbfounded, i told her that i think what i wrote is right, because i said "i think" she started asking me if am really sure, i told her i think am sure, she reluctantly then accepted what i wrote. Before i forget, she is a married 2006 Polymer & Textile FUTO graduate. Till today it pains me anytime i remember today's Nigerian graduates, most especially female folks.

Janet Museveni has emerged as the preferred successor to the president, with the full backing of her husband, who is also chairman of the ruling National Resistance Movement.

President Yoweri Museveni’s recent statement in an interview with NTV Uganda that he will not be in office beyond the constitutional age limit of 75 years has kicked off a race to succeed the Ugandan leader, with frontrunners jockeying to win the big man’s backing.

But The EastAfrican understands that this race may well be already over. Apparently, First Lady Janet Kataaha Museveni has emerged as the preferred successor to the president, with the full backing of her husband, who is also chairman of the ruling National Resistance Movement.

Senior security sources told The EastAfrican that the president dropped the name of his wife, who is also Ruhaama MP and Minister for Karamoja Affairs, a few weeks ago while meeting top army generals, who form a critical power base of the regime, and whose support will be key to whoever succeeds the incumbent.

The source added that the generals did not expect this twist in the succession saga. “There was a loud silence in the room. Army chiefs were all in disbelief [that he could name his wife for successor]. I don’t know how it will end because they [generals] have remained quiet, instead of coming out in support of Mzee’s choice,” said the source.

Despite the army generals’ discomfort, Museveni’s long time rumoured favourite for successor, Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi and now, the First Lady Janet, get a head start over all the other contenders, as Museveni has in the past publicly stated that Mbabazi is presidential material.

In more recent times, however, Museveni has also publicly backed Vice President Edward Ssekandi, although analysts argue that the latter’s chances of heading the party and making it to State House are slim.

It is understood that the generals want one of their own, someone who fought in the bush war that brought the regime to power in 1986, which is why the choice of Mbabazi and Janet continues to baffle them.

In fact that your mechanic should be an Abakaliki boy. Even if you later buy V3 please don't enter the garage of that mechanic again. I will never buy I4 engine in my life again after i bought my V6 Honda Legend. Again all these accusation of higher fuel consumption with V6 is either partially true or completely false. I usually use +/-10litres from my base to my village when i was driving I4 Mitsubishi Gallant, and also use exactly +/-10litres with my V6 Legend now. I've traveled severally from Onitsha to Enugu(going and coming back)with 30litres fuel with my Legend and somebody says V6 drinks fuel. Fuel consumption is largely dependent on the state of your engine.

During the first pregnancy, I gave her all my support, cleaning up vomits was a daily routine job, in fact she could win award with vomiting and spitting, in fact she spits on dinning table while we are eating, menn i saw a lot of shit i never knew i could have endured, but i think the excitement of having a baby and being a father propelled me to do everything for her. As much as i sympathize with you and condemn your husband's impregnating your sales girl, yet i wouldn't pass any judgement based on one-sided story. As much as i know many women, they will always architecture their problems, then turn around to gain much sympathy.
