Let's talk about Abacha's loot;
So many people have suggested how this money should be used. Some suggested that the presidency should invest it in the movie industry, many opined that it should be used to elevate poverty by sharing it to the poor people. While others said it should go into use in order to revamp the economy. Lest I forget, some want it to be used to address the infrastructural deficit.
Well said I must say.
My question is how can we share this money to the poor people, who is poor and who is not? How can we revamp economic that's all ready corrupt? For me, Sharing money is the worst of policies any government can think of.
For our dear country to grow, first, we must grow our education system by going beyond the ordinary.
Book is one of the instrument of change in a society. Thus, I advise that the money should be invested in the education sector. The money should be used for the following.
1. Build more schools, furnish and equip libraries with all kinds of materials and build new libraries.
2. establish organizations/programs that will teach people the essence of reading books, inculcate reading habits in the people (younger ones especially)
3.train students to be good authors, orators and problem solvers, establish standard book publishing industries in the states.
4.Engage graduates by giving them a promising future when they graduate. This should be in the form of giving them employment, training them in entrepreneurship programmes and supporting them with financial incentives when necessary.

One can only grow by reading books and meeting different people.
When we read books, it shapes and reshapes our intellect and tells us more about people's greatness and flaws, expose the splendor of life and so forth.
