dominique: Same way report had it that Eze has agreed to personal terms with Tottenham Hotspur and we all know how that went. Fabrizio had already announced a here we go for Forest's Morgan Gibbs White but then, the deal fell apart at the very last minute. Until pen is put to paper, no transfer deal is sealed. there was never any agreement with Eze and spurs, spurs believed the deal can go through because of their positive talks with Palace but not with Eze. In the case of Zubimendi, it was already concluded between the two teams and player himself by March, but Sociedad wanted the deal to be recorded as of May when laliga season is officially ended. |

iamoyindamola: They tired of set piece Its now Arsenal are afraid of conceding Abi una they fear to score, make una try score sef if e go enter
On to efl, arteta should change the team we need to see fresh legs in action especially with the knocks here and there The entire backline should be changed, For ethan not to play at all yesterday, arteta is preparing him for Wednesday, I will like to see Merino replace gyokeres in attack too. don't be surprised to see Gabriel start on Wednesday. Brighton won't be an easy game so some big players needs to start too. Gyokeres needs to be rested and be fresh against Burnley. He needs to find his epl scoring boot against Burnley. Hopefully by the end of November some of our injured players should be back cus we need all the depth we can get these festive period of playing every 3 days. This season is more like 2015 and last season where every big team was off track but we kept dropping points whenever the leaders also dropped point, but the difference now is that we are winning when they drop points. If we can be 9 or 10 points clear of the main rivals in City and Liverpool by January, it will even be more wonderful. |

dominique: There was no agreement between Zubimendi and Arsenal last year, there were talks but nothing concrete yet. Just like there were talks between players like Luis Suarez, Karim Benzema and even Kylian Mbappe but nothing came out of it. report shows that Arsenal already agreed with Sociedad before March ending and Bertha joined us on March 30th. I am not sure signing Zubimendi should be credited to Bertha. |

I remember when Arteta said he had all the information about city after their players accused us of time wasting and relaying on corners, and it escalated. Turns out he have been practising the same set piece with them all along but it wasn't working. According to him, he have been practicing and giving in the set piece part of the game focus, since he was with city. For over 10 years he said. |

iamoyindamola: Not really what is that about there's this moniker that will always talk about signing Zubimendi almost every summer. I didn't know how good Zubi is untill I watch his first 2 matches in Arsenal shirt, then I said damn!!, that person that always talked about signing him knew exactly what he was talking about. I really thought it was you, cus I can't remember who that is exactly. |

iamoyindamola: That run Yes this very run he's so good bro. Even Arteta knows he's too good to be on the bench, and the chance he got he reminded everyone why he was a break out star last season. Having him and Calafiori as our lb is so refreshing. He just need to be more cautious of his tackling to avoid cards. |

The left wing was 🔥 Gyokeres blood go calm down now, I believe he would start thinking right and not over think simple things. Martinelli is my motm. Who got the official man of the match sef?. Has anyone seen Athletico conceive these amount of goals in less than 15 minutes?, cus since I started following football I haven't. Game 3 without any shot on target conceived. Nice one. |

Fkforyou: The referee just gave a booking to Amad for a tackle against Gakpo.
He cleared the ball quite alright but was still booked.
Now the commentator was asking where was Amad supposed to go after clearing the ball and why was he booked. It was a clearance.
My question is, if the argument is that, if you touch the ball before contact, it’s not a foul, why did the ref deem Amads challenge to be foul?
It’s this inconsistency that annoys people. e shock you!!!, relax na against Arsenal every rule is being applied. |

Spy360: A time on the bench can help him psychologically. He can come up as a sub once or twice. It will afford him some time to assess his opponent before hitting them. It will also allow the pressure ease off.
Getting to start every game all season can be overwhelming your thought is actually realistic. Maybe Merino starts up front and then he comes in as a sub with tiring defenders to bully and drag. It will open up more chances for him and lift his moral. The pressure of not scoring is getting to him, the team and coach needs to handle it the best way. Can we get up to 30 wins in epl dis season?, it'd be our highest win rate if we can do it. With less than 5 draws and less than 5 losses. It's funny that everyone that said our major attacking liability for two previous seasons was the cf position suddenly isn't saying anything now that we have a natural striker and he isn't even the one winning us games. After match day 8 we have scored more goals than we did last season, and we have more than abi exactly 10 different scorers this season already. The same system that they argued would generate us more goals if we had a natural striker, now the narrative have changed that we need to adapt to Gyokeres system of play. Make we dey watch shaa. |

iamoyindamola: Martinelli woild have stretch their fullback Anyways we got the job done On to atletico onto Athletico Madrid next. The good thing about today is that 3 out of the 4 games we lost last season, we have already won this season. Make we just dey win dey go, e no go bad if my January we are points ahead and have the league in our hands like 2023 season. |

iamoyindamola: I expect some changes for ucl Saka shouldn't have finished this game IMO Saka should have left when the tackles on him became too much, but we know our coach. Martinelli should have come in sooner for trossard. Regardless, happy for the win. Na this consistency of seeing games off even in our bad days that we have always lacked when it mattered the previous seasons. |

iamoyindamola: See gyokeres Omo personally I think Gyokeres is being rushed because of Kai unavailability. But that isn't an excuse for his constant misses. He hustle for the balls but ends up missing most times. His time will come shaa. |

iamoyindamola: It's becoming daily routine for our defence line, I was never scared we will see the game through or not unlike wengay days our comic defense will commit aje.. no much panicking. Our players really needs rest but then we have ucl mid week hope they recover quickly cus today showed every single one of them needs to rest. Calafiori keeps showing he's elite. Aside the goal trossard scored, he wasn't in shape at all. |
