I think we forget so soon that Timber is a defender.
In this team, we don't create enough goal scoring chances and dont score enough goals.
Let's forget about Timber for a moment and focus on the attackers (Saka, Mart, Jesus), and then the Feeders, i.e. the people who are supposed to service them (Odegaard, Rice). The attack is weak, the feed or service is also weak.

I remember our loss against Newcastle. People were angry that we got robbed. I was angry that we didn't do anything to hurt them in terms of chance creation.
Timber will only help to make the defense STEEL.
There's no one we have to make the attack elite. For even though it appears we have them, it is a case of elite today, and then leave u confused tomorrow.
If at all you've seen Timber play, you will know how good his addition will be to the whole right hand side of the team. It's not only about the defense, he's progressive and creative too.

Hleb, Nasri and Song grow but Saka ,Martinelli and Odegaard no grow grin

Just dey play!

Just say u don't like young players doing great for the club under a young manager and we will all understand. Except u know more than English national team, Brazil national team, Norwegian national team, the EPL and everybody within and outside the club that has appreciated the talent and professionalism of those young boys doing exploit not only at club level but at national team level.
He even made reference to Rodrigo growing but Saka and Martinelli ain't. Na him understand the type of growth and development he wants to see to believe. Martinelli Haven't been up with goals compared to last season, but how he plays have changed, but I think being always isolated on that wing is affecting his game(and his village people dey enter him head steady to Bleep up on final decision), last season xhaka was always with him, but now Havertz plays his own game. And I don't think anyone can say Saka Haven't been prolific this season.

If utd can get a draw from Liverpool, then there's nothing you can tell me if we don't come back with 3 points next weekend.

For that second goal, both Trossard and Havertz were brilliant with the way they drag Brighton players off to create space. Beautiful goal.

Odumodu be making me smile each match, big ups to Teta for helping Havertz get his confidence back.

People here are whining over the Ramsdale issue like they only read English press and don't reason for themselves.

How on earth will you blame Arteta for Ramsdale's poor mentality? As a player, you are built for competition both within the club and outside against other clubs. So if you fickle out because of small competition then you shouldn't be in sports. You should be a nanny.

We are too emotional as fk. If these were English people I would understand but how do Naija niggers carry matter wey no concern them for head?

At the end of all these rubbish complains, where is Arteta and Arsenal on the league table?

Mtchew!!!
I just be reading some emotional comment and be shaking my head. You want result this method is giving you result and you're complaining. Makes me wonder if they even listen to or read about what ex players have to say about pep and jose. Na English medie cause all these shaa.

I am not saying he is better than Odegaard, I am saying he should be given his accolades.

Besides, players can play the same role but in different ways. Jorginho for example plays the DM but does so differently from Partey. Havertz plays off the ball and is very effective at it which makes all the managers he has played under to live him. Arteta saw his performance at Chelsea and was still willing to pay 65m and 300k weekly for him. That speaks volumes.
this guy!!! grin grin

Their analysis and prediction wasn't based on "the lord told me or the gods told me" but statistics and facts.

I used to be scared whenever Ramsdale has the ball on his feet and need to pass from the back, but lately Raya have been giving me more goosebumps. Maybe because he's statically better on feet than Ramsdale, Teta is demanding him to hold on and come out more before passing, but so far it have not been working for him. I noticed that Ramsdale never went out as far as Raya does when with the ball, so I think Raya is trying to play according to instructions but too bad that it is not working perfectly for us.
Saka wasn't match fit but the pressure to play his best attacker no gree Teta reason well(tho Saka did justified his selection with a beautiful assist), Nelli and Saka was specially marked out and odegaard went MIA, our midfield was not coordinated and it affected our creativity.
Personally I take the draw as positive cus we could have gone home with zero points.

Teta needs to calm down and analyse the matches between Lens and Chelsea, to know where he got it all wrong. He don improved greatly in his in-game tactical approach, but I believe he should try to find a new way of going pass teams that mark out our wide men.

We all know some fans have refused to see past the media slandering of Kai. However, I disagree with the bolded. He received the ball with his back to goal and with several city defenders waiting behind him. How exactly do you want him to take that 'one reaction-shot'?

If he had shoot and messed up, you would still have blamed him for not passing to Martinelli instead.
When I read his post, I had to go back to YouTube to see if Havertz was in a better position to shoot. E tire me.

Most of us here sometimes sound so so emotional shaa.

Rams is still my number1, I understand that Raya was in Teta's book even before we signed rams but that do not mean rams is bad.

Question, was Raya even tested Enough against both Everton and PSV?, Cus I don't think so. He seem to have a better foot work and distribution but I am yet to see him make reflex saves like Ramsdale. Talking about how good he was with Brentford you guy forgot how good Ramsdale was with both Bournemouth and Sheffield despite having a bad defense he was among the top 5 keepers with the best save rate in EPL the season before we signed him.
He can still improve massively thanks to this better competition that he now have in the person of Raya. I will definitely love to see him in goal against spurs, Raya go try again against his parent club in mid week.

Shalom
