Why didn't you spend and give ebening time too?
During Emery's time the transfer market wasn't this high. In all this back and forth argument, what I know is that Arteta is not leaving Arsenal at the end of season, yes he fxcks up but sometimes the players have to share the blame and not the coach. Would we be here with all these write ups if Arsenal made use of the chances vs Villa at first half?, Would we have crashed out if white had scored that 2nd goal instead of blast at Neur?, What if Gabriel, Saliba and Raya maintained composure at the back, would we have conceded those kind of goals. Some days you guys are compliment Teta for his in-game management and how he has improved greatly on that, and other days we slaughter him here for same. Mistakes are part of the game, losses happen from time to time cus you can't always win, but getting pessimistic and emotional after each loss isn't really my thing.

Y'all need to stop already.

Ebening took a bunch of clowns to the UEL final in 18 months as head coach. We are going into year 5, Arteta has never gotten to the Semi-final of any European competition despite being favored in all of them. Let him replicate some of these things first.

What are we doing here sef?
Why didn't emery take us to the UCL?. What's UEL final if you didn't get the trophy?. Wenger played the final too with our finest squad and lost

Klopp was hired in 2015, Liverpool won the UCL in 18/19 (3 years) and the EPL during the 19/20 season (4 years).

He also won World's best coach for consecutive seasons.

So where is the lie or typo?
Ok yes I counted the years instead of the seasons, my bad. But but Klopp was already an elite UCL and bundesliga proven manager while Arteta is is......... And they still had patience with an experienced coach for 3 years but somehow Arsenal shouldn't have patience with Arteta even as his progress is shown viable to all.

Dayo abeg stop. If anything, we have helped his career big time with this OJT (On the job training) privilege he is enjoying. In 3 years after hire, Klopp won the EPL and UCL. Question, will Bayern fire Arteta if he went 17 competitions with 1 trophy?
na typo be this?. How may competitions did Klopp feature in from 2015-2019 when he won his first?.

?

Making Havertz the highest paid Arsenal player is hypothetical?
If he isn't promising to the kreonkes and helping in recovering the funds by 2nd league finish and qualifying for ucl do you think they wouldn't be shouting and wailing more than us fans.

Every now and then transfer records are broken because transfer fees keep going up.

Isn't Havertz a player grin he isn't as bad as we make him look like when Teta plays him in CF (na just say even de Arteta get problem for head)

[quote author=Roland17 post=129528537]Arteta may as well quit coaching until Pep retires.

He flops in the EFL----Blame Pep
He flops in the FA------Blame Pep
He flops in the EPL----Blame Pep
He flops in the UEL-----Blame Pep
He flops in the UCL----Blame Pep

Don't you guys get tired of the cuddling?

I think you're quoting the wrong person here Boss. I don't blame pep for Teta's mistakes, matter of fact I don't blame anyone for another's mistake. What I really don't agree on is sacking Teta, who for to come exactly?

I say this all the time

Ebening achieved 5th place in the EPL with a UEL final appearance with those clowns. When Arteta dared using those set of clowns, we were nearly relegated and finished 8th for consecutive seasons.
Same players he couldn't win the UEL against Chelsea with dispist playing so well in the first half are the same set Teta won the fa cup with against same Chelsea. Same players that he used to drag us between 10th and 11th before he was sacked Teta finished with on 8 position.

He is flopping in EFL/ FA/ Europa and now UCL...Are those also because of Pep?
Serial flop indeed, but then there's pep who's the world's best coach with experience at all level of competition who have only one UCL in many years of being at elite clubs like Bayern and man city where the money have never actually being his problem. But yeah the whole world expects Teta to win UCL and Uel on his first trial.

After spending 650M, 9 transfer windows in which he broke several records including silly decisions like making Havertz the highest paid player (weekly). My answer is an emphatic yes!
Thanks for your assertation, now following this what will you say about klopp who have spent 1.2 million and only 1 epl to show for it in 8 seasons, after bottling to man city on couple occasions, bottling champions league and Europa too?

It is not about taking him before previous hires. He is going into his 5th year with nothing tangible, 4 largest tenured, 5th highest paid and scheduled to be top 2 when Klopp leaves, both clubs would have fired him.
When Arteta took charge of Arsenal, did you ever envisioned Arsenal contesting for EPL in 4 years?

Na fam, just stop. Ebening had fewer resources but finished 6th and at least took us to the Europa Final against Chelsea where the disparity in quality made the difference.

Arteta would have been fired by United and Chelsea by now..1000%
Sure if he was at either of the clubs he would have been sacked, but it's also clear that he would never have been at either clubs at the time he came to Arsenal.
About the UEL final, I disagree with you on that. The first half we were dominant and had fans filled with hope. 2nd half tactical errors killed that game.

Please he should go if the opportunity ever becomes available.. You seriously think a team like United or Chelsea will keep Arteta going into 5 years with nothing tangible to show? While ruining their academies? I ca assure you Arteta would have been fired by both clubs by now.. 100%

Neither club is as patient as Arsenal have been.
Both clubs isn't as bad as Arsenal were when Arteta took over, and both clubs can never have the guts to appoint a rookie like Arteta if they find themselves in the same pool Arsenal was in.

Valencia, v'real and seville na big team?

Valencia was a big Spanish power house when he was their coach. Pep admitted to having sleepless nights playing against Emery's Valencia.

So Seville isn't a big team wow . cool

Arsenal fans are quick to forget not just Nigerian fans but English fans too. Just a 2:0 loss to Aston villa and they left before the final whistle, same thing they said against man utd and ended up missing the winning goals.

Saying Arsenal is shit as they were before is the most delusional and hypocritical statement I have ever heard from a fan. Same Arsenal that most of us stopped watching their matches, same Arsenal that was on the edge of going to relegation untill covid happened, same Arsenal that haven't been to the quarter finals of the UCL for over a decade no matter the opponent they met, same Arsenal that at some point was hard admitting to being a fan. Abeg tell me another tale other than sack Arteta(which I know that Josh and his father with the board can't even imagine).
So because we're playing some good football after years of being shit some fans think we will go unbeaten for 15 epl matches grin

Bayern loss wasn't panful but Aston villa was, but that doesn't mean I should call for the sack of Arteta, those same rival fans that troll Arsenal now won't hesitate to grab Teta if he's offered to their club.

Spurs and man utd are the only matches that worry me, the rest I believe I will win all. You see that 3 Liverpool away matches, there's no way they will win all of them, fullham and westham know how to frustrate teams in their home ground and Everton is a derby so I believe they won't get maximum 9 points off those games. Man city..... Well aside spurs games I don't think any of those teams can really pose a threat unless a miracle happens.
