I actualy agree with him. Too many folks on X and other channels just spew religious and tribal hate messages all day long.

Any account linked to Nigeria via phone number, location etc must have the users NIN as part of his or her profile information (though not visible to the public). So after that, let anyone who comes to post on social media do so with his full chest. No one is saying you shouldn't criticise. But criticise is different from insult. No one is saying you shouldn't agitate for your community, clan or tribe, but that is not the same as propagating tribal hate.

Anonymity should be no excuse to come and circulate absolute falsehood.
What is the falsehood in stating that Christians in Nigeria are being killed?

It's not men who get called all sorts of names for being sexually liberal. So it makes sense for ladies to charge money in exchange for sex.

You cannot have a prudish society yet expect free sex.

They hold the cards. China is the world's biggest trading partner. AGOA has ended, but the Chinese have approved Gambian nuts and Ethiopian cereals. Argentina, with its initial gra-gra sells to China, else those soybeans for don rotten. Brazil is there. Nigeria is there too. The Chinese were smart to side-step the West and sell to the rest of the world. Just as I stated on Panso's thread, that was the best decision to take - sell to others. Flood their markets with newer technologies so their living standards rise tremendously. We see this with renewable technology products sold from Sierra Leone to Peru. We see this in setting up factories to process minerals in Zimbabwe, Nasarawa and Indonesia. American companies are mining in Zambia, no factory. The Chinese are mining in Zimbabwe, factory na water.

Remember, in all of this trade, no one is bombing you, removing your president or telling you to do LGTV. Just Mandarin, alcohol and business. Daz ol!
Just to add to this:

https://archive.md/2025.10.13-185238/https://www.economist.com/china/2025/10/13/consequences-be-damned-china-loves-its-own-economic-model

"One boast in the editorials was telling: that China is the only country that hosts every category of industry, as defined by international standards. This, in the official view, makes China the ultimate guarantor of global supply chains and economic development. But a guarantor also has blocking power, as seen in the way China has wielded its dominance in rare earths to gain leverage in its trade war with America. China wants to present itself as a force for stability. It often looks more like a force for itself."

We really need to learn from the Chinese in how they have mastered every field and dominated it. I believe the love of mathematics and methodical thinking is behind their success. One of the notable aspects of China's development is its peaceful and non-combative nature. China has not invaded any country to scoop its resources. China has not sponsored the toppling of any country's president. China's trade has resulted in reduced poverty in sub-Saharan Africa alongside an increase in living standards and availability of "White goods".

As I have stated in Panso's thread, if a country does not like the trade terms with China or has excessive loans, an arrangement is easily reached. No president is removed. When Ghana needed loans from the IMF, an anti-LGTV bill was not signed by the then-president. The World Bank refuse to lend Uganda money for a similar bill. AGOA has ended (Trump was interested at the last minute, and there is a deadlock in Congress), meanwhile, goods are exported from Gambia, South Africa and Kenya to China (tariff-free). In fact, Trump's tariffs superseded the AGOA reduced tariffs.

For emphasis's sake, China is not perfect. However, the rise and continuous rise of China's economy and Chinese technologies have been a force for good. Life is interesting and fun when there are options and participants aren't forced on what to choose.

The winners of the Nobel prizes have been announced, and two Japanese scientists won a prize each in Medicine and Physiology and Chemistry. Kudos to them and the country! The Nobel rewards research that has stood the test of time or groundbreaking research that have contributed immensely in a short time. This was with Demis Hassabis and Emmanuelle Charpentier in Protein Prediction and CRISPR respectively.

However, Japanese researchers, including this year's Nobel winners, have sounded the warning of Japanese scientists moving to China to work as there is limited capital in Japan, irregular research positions and a dearth of students. Interestingly, the majority of PhDs and post-docs across Japanese universities are foreigners, with Chinese constituting the majority.

See stats here: https://www.scmp.com/week-asia/people/article/3328351/japans-nobel-wins-shine-light-worrying-brain-drain-especially-generous-china

“Scientific research in Japan has slowed significantly since the beginning of the 21st century,” it added. “In contrast to China’s rapid progress, Japan’s international ranking in the number of high-quality papers published has fallen to the lowest rank among developed nations. The situation is critical.”
“I received an invitation from a Chinese institution about a year ago, but I never had any intention of going because I am a graduate of Waseda University and I really want to help educate the next generation of young scientists,” Hideyuki Sawada, a professor in the School of Advanced Science and Engineering at Tokyo’s Waseda University, told This Week in Asia.
“But a colleague who had been working at a US university was also approached at the same time, and he has moved to China. For him, a big part of the appeal was the huge amount of research funding that was available, a very good salary, really good laboratory facilities and the chance to work with other experts in his field.”
Waseda is the second top private university in Japan.

Chinese institutions were particularly keen to attract scientists in the areas of astrophysics and quantum physics, Sawada said, and had research budgets that dwarfed those available at Japanese universities and even private companies.

This insecurity is a factor in Japan falling from fourth in the world for scientific papers in 2000 to 12th in the world in 2020. In the same period, China rose from 13th place to outstrip the US to become the undisputed leader in 2020. Chinese researchers published more than 46,000 highly cited papers in 2020, nearly 10,000 more than US scientists.

“But yes, there has been a strong push from China to get Japanese scientists. They are going for the money, but also the more generous research environment, bigger and better laboratories, state-of-the-art equipment and more students,” he said.

“For a lot of Japanese universities, that is just not possible. Even at Tokyo University, we face problems. So it is clear why these offers from China are attractive.
If the University of Tokyo cannot compete, then no Japanese university can compete.

The Chinese have surpassed every major power in scientific research, and as we know, scientific research is the bedrock for future developments. The 21st Century is Chinese.

Doesn't mean that they are dumping Mathematics. It means.....Arts and Humanities students ...... do not need a credit. If they have a pass, all good.
Mathematics is not mandatory for admission to arts and humanities courses in the UK too, but a GCSE pass in mathematics is a general requirement for most students to enter university post-16 education. The specific entry requirements vary by course and university. For some arts degrees, especially those without a strong numerical component, a pass in GCSE mathematics may not be necessary for admission itself, but it could be a general prerequisite for the A-levels or equivalent qualification required for university entry.
The former PM wanted to make it mandatory, but got attacked by the hundreds of woke lawyers, writers and journalists. Is it a surprise that Britain is not mathematically proficient than France, Switzerland and Germany?

malali:
Mathematics Is a Lifeline, Not a Luxury

Dropping Mathematics as a requirement for arts and humanities students may look like inclusion, but in reality, it’s intellectual disarmament.

Math isn’t just about numbers. It’s the language of logic, structure, and critical thinking, the very foundation of coherent thought, debate, and disciplined reasoning that the humanities thrive on.

Every field, from economics, law, and linguistics to philosophy and music, is quietly underpinned by mathematical reasoning: pattern, proportion, structure, rhythm, and evidence-based argument.

To remove Math is to unplug an entire generation from analytical literacy. You may raise enrollment figures, yes, but you lower the nation’s cognitive baseline.

If Nigeria truly wants to compete globally, we should be strengthening Mathematics education, not treating it as optional for those “not gifted with numbers.” That mindset fuels mediocrity.

Great civilizations didn’t grow by lowering the bar, they rose by raising competence and investing in skill mastery.
Thank you! Every day, I lament that I did not take mathematics seriously. It is my biggest regret that I should have spent at least a year honing my math skills. I have even prayed and plan to set up a thorough math academy hinged on East Asian methods in my locality in the country to prep young children on mathematics.

Math/Quant skills lead to more lucrative jobs than any other field. Our young ones should be grounded in hard-core mathematics regardless of their future paths.

CareerRe: Nobody Cares About Fine Girls In The UK, I Miss Nigeria — Nigerian Lady Laments! by Gerrard59(m): 3:19pm On Oct 15, 2025
Research into dating life in the West reveals that Black women are at the bottom of the list, while White men are preferred by women of all races. For one, most Black women can get too fat, and this is not the general physique of most White or East Asian women. And as seen across the East and West Coasts of the US, after their women, elite White men prefer East Asian women. There is a reason Nigerian women in the US prefer to congregate in the South-central part of the US to increase their chances of getting married.

Too many people have been deceived by the faux liberal world. The reality is: humans prefer those who look, talk and behave like them. In an overwhelmingly White country like England, where the majority of the Black population resides in the Southeastern part, Black women are not highly desired. The average South Asian (more South Asians than Blacks in the UK) would not marry a Black woman, and generally, West Africans, unlike Southern or East Africans, have little interaction with South Asians.

Any Black woman in Europe who desires to increase her chances of getting married should move to sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean or the South-central part of the US.

What I have observed about OP and his thought process is that he believes nothing is possible. OP believes his situation is final.

Every day, I think of why some people fail or fail to progress in life. Government's policies are one major factor. In an African setting, "village people" could also be a reason. But I strongly believe that one's mindset and IQ are the most crucial. Some people don't have the requisite IQ needed for them to leap out of their current situation. They don't think strategically, methodically and rationally. This leads them to make ill-fated decisions. A solution to this will be to become a dutiful worker or partner to someone with a higher IQ who will reward their work and honesty. For instance, why would someone pay a huge amount of money to travel to a faraway land where there are few Black people on a visit visa, yet expect a work visa?

Then mindset: this is equally important because people are their minds and thought processes. What they think and believe is what they act on. If you believe it is not possible, then it is impossible for you. However, because it is impossible for you does not mean it is impossible for others. If you think negatively, then you attract negativity. If you think positively, then you get positive results. Yes, you have to put in the hard work, but the original mindset and thought process are important. You cannot collect what you don't give out. The mind is powerful, just as one's IQ. Both work together.

Lastly, there is also being goal-driven, aka ambitious. This could be attributed to nature vs nurture. However, IQ and the right frame of mind are needed for an ambitious person to excel.

There are exceptions, namely:

1.) As a Nigerian born poor, you can escape family poverty through migrating abroad

2.) Through business and entrepreneurship, especially buying and selling. A lot of Nigerians escaped poverty through trading or buying and selling things

3.) You can escape family poverty through Yahoo too, a lot of Nigerians did escaped poverty through it

4.) You can escape family poverty through good paying jobs, I know a lot that good paying jobs with companies like; NNPC, Mobil, NLNG, Total, Saipem (Eni Group), Hyundai, CBN, etc saved from generational poverty, but you must get in immediately after NYSC through Graduate Trainee recruitment.

5.) Some Nigerians escaped family poverty through government work combined with office corruption like collecting bribes, kickbacks, etc

6.) Some escaped family poverty through lecturing job where they used selling of substandard handouts, collecting sorting money from students with low grade for result upgrade, etc to escape family poverty.

7.) Some escaped family poverty through active politics from grassroots, though it's not rampant but some did.

8.) Some escaped family poverty through marriage, this is very common among Nigerian ladies; many of them escaped family poverty through marriage.

9.) Some escaped family poverty through hookup and high class escort parole, especially ladies

10.) Some escaped family poverty through social media content creation, blogging, vlogging, working online, remote jobs

11.) Some escaped poverty through religious work like being preacher, clergy, etc.
You are a very knowledgeable man!

I have witnessed the bold and can attest to it. So it is possible to exit poverty through those routes, but as with any good thing, a great deal of determination, perseverance and a bit of luck are required. To ensure that they don't fall into it, they should have two children.

Add drug trafficking, too.

many people may not know, The USA is technically insolvent. They cant pay their debts, they pay by printing more dollars (just like Buhari did) the result of which is inflation. many cuntries are worried that printing of dollars has made dollars less valuable as a currency so were eople also do not know that a lot of the problems many countries face is down to the dollar. When they keep printing dollars, more dollars goes into circulation and the dollar loses its value and your dollar buys less and less every year. This particularly hurts mineral and natural resource exporting countries because each dollar you get buys less. This is why crypto and gold are rising. because the dollar is actually more or less worthless.

Shina Peller is well established and has built a pedigree above CP. Also, Shina Peller is always outside during December to meet his clients, all of whom are very loud people.

The only correlation I get from Maduka's video is that the entertainment industry, especially when tied to nightclubs, is that a significant proportion of their clientele don't earn money legitimately. The same Shina Peller wished HushPuppi happy birthday, and on the day HushPuppi is released, a massive party would be thrown for him in Lagos clubs.

Dangote is a manufacturer just like Maduka. Manufacturers don't have that personality. Innoson does not pose with cars. However, tech millionaires and billionaires are very loud people. Have you read their tweets? Watched their videos? They are loud. What about crypto millionaires? They, too, are very arrogant and loud. When you see their videos in Dubai or Miami, you get the drift that this lifestyle too cost and requires a certain kind of personality to be among.

That said, billionaires buy expensive toys, way more expensive than a luxury car. Dangote owns a yacht. Mark Zuckerberg ordered a custom Porsche for his wife. This belief that billionaires don't splurge is misplaced. Industries differ. Human beings are different. We cannot behave in the same way.

CP is into entertainment. His case is different. There is a certain level of personality that is needed to attract clients, especially high paying ones, in the hospitality industry. This is even crucial if a nightclub is an integral part of the business.

My parents own hotels, and my personality always clashed with our guests until we gradually changed our clientele. It resulted in reduced revenue, but I loved it. Because of my personality, I kicked against starting a nightclub because either I would get arrested or I would order the arrest of the would-be customers. That is showbiz and hospitality for you.

Let CP be.
