Definitely, Innoson is a vehicle manufacturing company. They manufacture their own tyres, fibers, plastics, rubber parts and so on, but I don't believe they actually manufacture their own engine

Am a fan of indigenous manufacturing companies but we all know that for now, Nigeria don't have the full capacity to manufacture automobile engines yet.

When a child is born, it is the desire of parents to see them grow into responsible, successful adults. They nurture them with all they have with the best they can. They watch as these young ones turn into men and women who will eventually take care of them at their old age. To help their children achieve that, they do things quiet unimaginable. They go to any length to push them to succeed.
No parent wants to bury their child or watch them suffer. Not even the parents of a criminal will want any bad to happen to their ward. They will do everything possible to see how they can succeed. This also include giving them the best education and good health. All these don't come cheap. Limited resources can hinder some parents in achieving more for their child.
However, Grace Olorunnope Odunnayo, a 400 Level Pharmacy Student from the University of Benin, Edo state was fortunate to have education in Nigeria. Her education is about to be cut short due to a an illness. That is not all. Her life is on the line. Her life is at stake. We are all alive by the Grace of God. But to Grace Olorunnope Odunnayo, that Grace is under threat.
She was diagnosed of COLORECTAL CANCER some months back _*colorectal cancer*_ _A cancer of the colon or rectum, located at the digestive tract's lower end_The prediction of the outcome of cancer might be bleak sometimes but this was caught a little early and she still stands a good chance of surviving.
This life threatening disease has halted her education for the meantime. Grace Odunayo needs your financial support to enable her commence treatment, defeat cancer and get back on her feet.
She is an Orphan without parental support as she lost her parents at an early stage of her life. She is currently living with her sister who is a Nurse by profession.
As confirmed from her course mates, Grace was doing so well in her studies although she had herself reserved to some friends.
As at Monday 8th of July 2019, a total of 1.26million naira has been generated so far as per the #save_grace_fundraising project the students of Faculty of Pharmacy University of Benin embarked upon as a class.
Grace was able to undergo one of the procedures of the treatment plan *CT SCAN* on Friday 5th of July to ascertain the level of severity of the disease.
A new treatment plan was drawn out by consultant in charge, Dr. Katung, Department of Surgery, Federal Medical Center Owo, Ondo State.
It is on this note we want to bring to the notice of the general public that a total sum of N1,570,000 (1.57million) will be needed

Nokia announced that its research department Nokia Bell Labs and SFI Centre for Advanced Materials and BioEngineering Research – AMBER, formulated new “game-changing” battery design.
The press release states that the new battery tech offers 2.5 times more battery life in the same volume of today’s slim batteries. This new design will benefit IoT devices, powergrids for renewable energy systems, backup systems for networks gear and other devices.

“By packing more energy into a smaller space, this new battery technology will have a profound impact on 5G and the entire networked world,” said Paul King, one of the lead investigators on the project and Member of the Technical Staff, Nokia Bell Labs. “The combination of Nokia Bell Labs industry and device knowledge and AMBER’s materials science expertise allowed us to tackle an extremely difficult problem involving multiple disciplines. Our results were achieved through the deeply collaborative mode in which we work, underscoring the value of engaging with AMBER as part of our global research strategy.”

Amber and Bell Labs also posted a study published in Nature Energy discussing the new battery design. The abstract mentions that the battery cells could have areal capacity of 29mAh/cm². The full study can be found here.

Nokia also mentions in the press release that a patent for this design has benn filed. Info about potential commercialization of this tech is unknown, but probably in the near future we can expect to see it, considering one of the use cases is 5G and right now we are in the year of the 5G rollout start.
