Mamas, senior mamas, grandmas, gbogbo ile, I greet oh! Pardon me derailing a bit, biko. My baby is 18months now and we are starting school probably and actively by September, he wouldn't be closing 2PM cos I won't be home till about 5PM, so pls mas I need meal inspiration for him. I've decided not to do BG, AS and other cereals again. What are the types of food I can prepare that will last him 7AM to 5PM? I need inspiration about meal time table so that I can help him get the required nutrients as well, if there's any WhatsApp group or Instagram page I can join to achieve it, pls suggestions are welcomed.



Secondly, my son still plays with my breast and even sucks it at times (tho I've weaned him several months back). There was a day he sucked it in d presence of a friend who came to visit, my friend was shocked and quickly pulled him away. We were both surprised to see fresh milk coming out of the breast and my friend says that's d reason why I've not gotten pregnant, she says till d breast dries up completely I might not be able to. I've stopped him since then but I'm beginning to think she's right.


Pls mamas, how do I get d breast to dry up?? Abeg make una no waka pass mi ooh

I was sweating profusely, yet i was shivering feverishly. I started begging my husband to help me take away the pain. We were actually almost there but the traffic was terribly slow. My husband was screaming at other drivers so loudly that i had to beg him to calm down cos i didn't want him to hit anybody's car.

We were at the hospital junction when i had the irresistible urge to poo. Before i knew what was happening, my water broke. Then i felt something between my legs. I looked down and saw my baby's head. I panicked and started screaming at my husband : " you are there watching me abi!? I'm going to give birth in this car" . (Later, he told me he thought i was saying that out of pain). Then i said to myself: 'calm down. You can do this'. I positioned myself properly and pushed; the baby came out on the third push. My husband had just pulled up at the hospital entrance when the baby came out. She started crying immediately. Hubby looked at me in shock and jumped out of the car screaming 'nurse' 'doctor'. I was screaming " somebody help me! My baby is crying". Nurses came. One took the baby and cut the cord. Another did something to my belly and the placenta came out. They brought a chair and i was wheeled into the labour ward where i was cleaned up and given some injections.

My princess came out july 23rd at 7:15pm and weighed 2.5kg.

Sebamed tablet soap is so scarce in my area. They only have the liquid one (body wash). Is the body wash okay?

My 4 month old DS has been coughing and sneezing since lastweek. I took him to the hospital twice and he was given ACT, PCM, CPM and Amoxil syr. He was given this same antibiotics the 2nd time we visited the hospital but i didnt use it for him. I cant imagine giving a baby antibiotics twice in one week. We bought VIT C drops for him. The cough and catarrh refused to go. Please, what can i do?

Say it louder dear, about 98% of mothers who uses Shea butter as baby cream mixes it either skineal, funbact or Vista plus or ampiclox etc

Hello Mums..

A week Ago I was strolling with my baby and this man called me,
He was like pls what cream do i use for my baby, that he has a baby and they use funbact A and shea butter.....wow!

He said now the baby's skin is peeling and with rashes, that it saddens him..
I quickly told him to stop funbact A, that its not for a baby....

I wrote down Sebamed for him cuz that's what my baby uses...but i still told him shea butter is just fine too..
Incase sebamed is on the high side, he was like he doesn't mind...That he really needs to help his baby..

So mums pls and pls, the fact that Funbact A or Skineal works fast the first time doesn't make it healthy for a baby...STOP.

Good day mamas, pls my three weeks old daughter doesn't sleep at night, she cries and always wants to suck, even after sucking she still cries. I was forced to give baby food in d night, wen my two breasts has become empty, yet she didn't sleep o, but now as I type she is sleeping, pls sabi mamas and @kaffybill, what do u think is happening or wat can I do?

It's the brand name for eucalyptus oil. Used to treat cold and chest congestion. Pls don't use directly on baby's skin Ooooooo as its quite harsh in the skin. You can put few drops on baby's shawl, bib flannel and let the baby inhale. Or add some drop to the hot bathing water or u can use it for steam inhalation.

Most pharmacies should have it

It's official! I am now a nocturnal human being all thanks to bobo. He sleeps well for hours at daytime but keeps watch at night. The annoying thing with this watch is that i must keep it with him if not na shouting straight.

Sabi mamas, we are 2 months few days after delivery and still spotting dark bloody discharge. Is it normal or should I be worried about it?

It comes and go; some days am totally dry and others the discharge.

Last week I saw menseslike flow for 3 days instead of the normal 7 days and very light instead of heavy duty flow that used to be my signature.
