I want to add weight, I'm 55kg but on the slim side though I have a portable body. I do workout too.

Recently, I've been drinking raw onion with 2 raw eggs mixed together but no weight gain. Though it makes me hungry I now have massive appetite, I'm even salivating now just by the thought of eating a spicy stew and white rice.

I take it in the money on an empty stomach.

My problem is, I do go to work by 8 a.m and closes by 6p.m. I wake up on time to cook, do some chores before 7.30. By the time I'm back from work I'm bone tired, only thing on my mind is to go to bed.

How do I fix my daily routine? I really wanna be doing workout even if it's just an hour.

So how do I get fat and keep a good routine despite my busy schedule?

This is the reason I don't use creams and soaps anymore. Been natural for a year now. I make do with kernel oil and native soap and I will never change them. I have peace of mind that what I'm using on my body is from the right source.

I have someone who goes to their village often and help me to buy fresh kernel oil made by village women. It's so cheap too.

let me tell you, if you know the amount of fake products in the Nigeria market, you won't want to put them anywhere close to your body. They are all fake, just 20% may be original.

In your first post however, there was something you said you will give your children that i believe you can't..."a good dad that will invest in them emotionally". You can only try your best as a mother and wife and hope, by faith the husband does the good "fathering" for your children. Overall, i like your opinion and mindset.
With your father, i feel you should complete your "good mindset" by extending a positive one towards him... This plays a good role with your own marriage in the way you will see your husband...

The thing is, we should not only think of ourselves when we are looking for a mate. We should look at their qualities if they are someone who can be emotionally interested in a child.

We have a hand in giving our children the best mother/father to the best of our abilities. I say *best* because it is not often times in our power to do that.

And as for my dad, he has started mending the fence between us which is awkward as hell.

I try to talk to him though, little by little we see how it goes.

I couldn't call him daddy, it felt like a heavy stone in my throat.

But I'm trying, and he is trying. And so far so good.

All these I speak from my heart since I was 10yrs old. Even before I saw my menstruation, welcoming me to womanhood.

Just like I've said a lot of things at that age which thankfully I have kept so far for them to be fulfilled.

I'm grateful.

For my dad, he failed woefully in all aspects.

And I'm the type of child who overlooked. I can stay on my own without any form of care from nobody and I would be fine. What is paining me most is, when I wanna get married tradition would request me to come to my dad.

He doesn't deserves it. And deep down, I know he knows.

For me, my children, I would give them the best dad who would invest in their emotional being. A child doesn't need material things to survive sometimes but what is being mentally inputted in his head.

Which I would do. My children would stand out mentally , they would be equipped. Emotionally they shall never lack from me and my husband.

I would be a great mom, that I know. And a good wife as well. My husband shall never lack emotional care from me. Cos I am the kind of person that is very intimate at heart. I love the inner person.

Ginaz I respect people's opinions,what you see in Miracle is what you see nobody can change it but permit me to bring something up. I can be worse than Miracle in nature when it comes to blanking out especially when people start back and forth that does not yield any result.
