Great Insight. Also please can you give insight of what to expect in the second/final interview.
It's still going to be behavioral questions. Questions like:

A time you had to correct an unethical behavior you saw someone exhibiting, how you went about it.

What section of the department you would like to work in

Why you want Mobil

What are your short term, mid term and long term goals

Why you want Mobil

What is your greatest professional achievement

What would you say, if you were to convince us to choose you over the other candidates.

You would find out that they'd repeat some of the questions you were asked in the first interview so try to be consistent. All the best!

You are welcome. If you dont want to let her go, then you have to change your mindset on these things for her sake.

hmmmm....I wonder why people seem to think the girl is playing hard to get. I highly doubt that.

OP, what I see here are two people with totally different views on the issue of sex and physical intimacy before marriage. Its obvious that before she met you, her plan was not to be involved in physical intimacy with any man before marriage. Needless to say, she wanted her husband to be the first to kiss her, touch her, etc Now, things are different.

I would not be surprised if after you've had a heart to heart talk with her, she tells you that in as much as she enjoys doing those stuffs with you, she does them mainly to please you. She probably would have preferred you being not so keen on those things.

I may be wrong, I stand to be corrected but I feel she really loves you and wants to be with you but she knows deep down that if things aren't handled now, she could want sex and to her, it spoils everything as its against her religious beliefs.

Here is my advice, if you really love her and want to be with her, take off your mind from you two having sex anytime before marriage because, if it should happen, she would hurt so badly no matter how good it was. Also, limit the romance you two have as much as possible because the truth of the matter is, its really affecting her relationship with God. Trust me, its the truth. At least, she's not a hypocrite. She has been in touch with her spiritual life for some time now and so,she should know when something is off.

Like someone said, if you are okay with a "hand shake relationship", you two are good to go. If not, let her be. There are a thousand and one girls that would be ready to give you the "every every" without hesitation. Go for them. Your girlfriend values her relationship with God more than her relationship with you and its not a bad thing at all.
CultureRe: I Want To Perfect My Igbo by ginky: 11:41am On Dec 29, 2013
@ OP.
We are in the same shoes. I grew up in 9ja quite alright but in a neighborhood where people where from different states and so, the only way we knew how to communicate with each other was by speaking English. Plus, my parents spoke English to us almost every time.

Anyway, I started the "speaking Igbo" journey in October of this year and I can say I have really improved. I have people that I disturb when I need an answer in Igbo. I have made my mom to start speaking Igbo to me all the time and now, I understand her in about 80%. My dad likes English a lot so even when I speak to him in Igbo, he replies in English. I bought a lot of Igbo films to watch and they are really helping me. I even downloaded a lot of Igbo apps on my phone.

Am a really determined person. I won't deny that sometimes, I feel like am not good enough and I even start getting embarrassed when am in the presence of igbo people when they are having conversations(cos they speak so fast) but still, I make sure I stay back and hear them speak. I even eavesdrop on peoples conversations. I really wish I had this ginger a long time ago.

So, divergent, we are going to make it. My target is to be able to understand peoples conversations a 100% by april of 2014 (and not just with my mom cos she tries to speak a little slower so I can grasp it). And before October 2014, I should be able to speak fluently like I have been living in an Igbo land. I want a situation where I not only speak Igbo but think Igbo.

Please, big Francis, I went to the Igbo film site and I can't find where I can download the films. It doesn't look like there is a provision to even play it. Please, how do I go about it?

@puskin

Thanks for your reply. I thought the same thing.

@ 4llerbuntu
I did that "clear data" thing on Google framework about a week ago. Then, I was really hoping the problem would be fixed but there was no difference. Am scared of rooting the phone cos I read about the benefits and consequences and I found out that the phone can be bricked.

Its weird cos I know people with my exact kind of phone that is unrooted and don't experience this problem. Moreover, there's a possibility that after it gets rooted, the problem won't be fixed. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Please, how can i update my firmware? I use a google nexus 4 and the operating system is android 4.2.2. I cant play some certain games like fruit ninja, subway surf, angry gran, etx. Some one said i should root the phone but i dont want to brick it as i know someone who has my exact kind of phone and is unrooted but plays all games.

Good morning y'all. I posted sometime ago about the problem I have with my Google nexus 4 phone when I try to play some certain games like subway surf, temple run, the sim, fruit ninja, etc. I was advised to do a factory reset and update the firmware. I did a factory reset but I am not so sure on what is involved in updating the firmware. I actually thought it meant to update the software which I have been using for a while. Its android 4.2.2.

Please, can someone explain what I can do to update my firmware. Also, please, has anyone experienced this problem before? Is there any contrary opinion?

Please reply.

cartini82: @ginky, You might need to confirm if the software is supported for the phone or Android version. Can you confirm which Android OS version you are currently running on?
My android operating system is 4.2.2. I think its jelly bean, kernel version. Its the latest. My course mate has the same phone and operating system and the games work just fine. I know am not a phone guru but am thinking that maybe the manufacturers didn't add a setting or something since I got the phone like 3 weeks after it was released. My thought might be weird sha....its just that I was really looking forward to playing some particular kind of games.

No, av not done any factory reset. My phone hasn't been rooted yet. I know people whose phones aren't rooted and the games work just fine. As for the custom ROM and stock you talked about....please, explain, I don't understand.

Pls, I use a Google nexus 4. I had it since last Yr December. The problem is that some games don't work on it even after I downloaded them from play store. Some of these games are temple run, fruit ninja, the sim, subway surf, etc

Pls, what is the problem? My course mate uses the same phone and I noticed that her fruit ninja works well. For mine, a picture would just appear and afterwards , the phone hangs. My system update is on point. Its 4.2.2.

CelebritiesRe: Diamond White by ginky: 11:28am On Jan 17, 2013
no....I don't agree with you. first of all, Carly did not win, it was Tate Stevens that won. carly came second. Secondly, Carly is much better than Diamond. There was never a time the judges complained of her performance unlike Diamond. I can even remember the time L.A Reid told carly that her 2nd best performance is ALWAYS better than every body's 1st best. There's no way she should even be compared to Diamond. no doubt Diamond was tight but Carly was so much better. she was never in the bottom2 set. Carly and Tate Steven were always sharing the 1st and Second positions.
RomanceRe: Can You Take A Bullet For Her by ginky: 10:07pm On Jul 31, 2011
@ MR BROWNJAY
I dont understand what you are saying. Why on earth do you think it's not the persons "time"? Tell me, when is it "time" to die? We all know that anything can kill us, we might just decide to take a nap and never wake up so why are you talking like you know the exact time? I agree that everyone is expected to live long but we all know that this doesn't happen attimes.
If you feel you cant die for someone, just say it, no one would kill you instead of trying to make the other people look like they dont know what they are saying.

At topic, well, it depends. If I truly love and adore that person, then I can, all these things are done out of impulse, so most times, we dont even have time to think it through. Because you take a bullet for someone doesn't mean you would die.
RomanceRe: Can A Relationship Between Two Lovers Work When They Dont Have Alot In Common? by ginky(op): 9:33pm On Jul 05, 2011
Once again, thanks y'all for your replies. Atleast, its good to know that any relationship can work depending on the people involved. Anyway, the two of them will have to settle some issues because there are some things that one of them likes that irritates the other. That's even the main reason for my friends concern.
Earlier on, someone said that no 2 individuals are the same and we all must be different in one way or the other. There is no doubt that I completely agree with that but thats not the issue. Personally, I see the case as a very different and perculiar one. I feel that even if 2 couples are different, they should not be "TOO" different up to the point that they feel out of place with themselves.
         Anyway, thanks again.

@ Mynd-thanks

@ Upendo- That's a good reply.
They've been communicating well and getting to know each other and it has been okay so far. She says that the more they get to know each other, the more they realise that they are VERY different and dont share things in common; from their families to character to opinions on issues etc

@ BABE- Please, explain better. What do you mean by supplementary and complementary as regards to a relationship?
RomanceCan A Relationship Between Two Lovers Work When They Dont Have Alot In Common? by ginky(op): 9:34pm On Jun 30, 2011
I have been having this argument with some friends for sometime now. The thing is that I have a close friend who this topic relates to. She likes the guy and so does he. Her concern is that if they should start going out, the relationship would not last because they don't share alot in common. Infact, the day she revealed this to me, she had to think hard before getting out just 2 things they share in common.
Personally, I don't think the relationship would work but I dont know how to tell her. Please, I really want your wise replies on this matter and give your reasons for whatever your reply is.
