frozen70:We have gone to the embassy multiple times and the rude people working there have been generously insulting us with their gorilla-smeared faces and utterances. Funny fact is that my wife has been registered on the NIN and I haven't but they released my passport and keep telling us that the landlord in Abuja has not sent it over. They are equally expecting that of others to show up. So, as it stands right now my wife is not only upset but frustrated. I just wish one could buy a Benin Republic passport. If I could I would. Just someone not requiring visa so as to see the pops and moms whenever without hassle. |

Celebrities / Re: Annie Idibia: When Your Guy Is Also Your Sugar Daddy by gistmega: 3:07pm On Feb 18, 2022 |
saphiere:Lie. You should stop spreading false information on front pages. If you need knowledge enroll in a school and learn. Black face wrote the song without seeing or hearing of Annie Idibia. The song is purely intellectual and fictional. As a lyricist, I can tell clearly from the lines. saphiere:I guess that you intend to type "FIRST'. Notwithstanding, Tuface was loudly sponsored by Kennis music. They paid for the production of every single track and even Tuface spent nothing on it. At the time, the plantashun boiz was already a constant on the radio, so they had moderate recognition and fame. saphiere:father of all lies. When the track was released, Annie didn't even have a Nollywood association card. never featured in any movie. Not even in agbalumor commercial. The song featured in al the movie produced in that era without Annie. Up till now she hasn't made it in Hollywood. saphiere:hahaha crazy things are really happening. Fact is that, Black face brought Tuface to Lagos and they lived in Blackface's uncle's house. Blackface's uncle is a Customs officer living in Festac. It was in Festac that they met Faze who was living in his father's house with his deeper life mother. Black face and tuface are both from Benue and met in IMT Enugu doing their OND. Annie didn't have the cash to foot Tuface's bills at the time. She might have given him food from her mother's pot or a few hundreds at some time but not to sponsor him. The person who played the most important role in his life is Black face who took him to Lagos and wrote good songs for the Plantashun boiz. Black face is a lyrical beast and he taught Tuface skills from his blessed talent. I lived in Festac and I have worked with all three as Plantashun bois and individually. Faze's mom WAS a friend of my family. Tuface's lyrical prowess is a shade of Black face. His musical style is copied from Black face. That is why it is easy for Tuface to embrace new styles while Black face can't cos' that is him. The one with the pivotal role is Black face but Tuface sounds better vocally cos of his vocal tone. Faze had the best falsetto of the trio and could hit a G5 whistling. saphiere:cos he broke her virginity. He was her first man and she was the one before the fame. Other girls came when Plantashun bois was popular on the radio and they had started going places and meeting people. Annie was a little girl when Tuface met her. saphiere:Will you be quiet for the rest of the year? Annie did not make Tu let alone Tuface. I hate when ignorant pundit makes conclusions on things that are elusive for them. Please do not spew this rubbish anywhere else. It just makes no sense at all. Both Innocent and Tuface's success has no relationship with Annie. The only cord wrapping them is the feelings of somewhat tender love that connected their old selves (hearts). Everyone else might be looking for Tuface while Annie knows innocent who looked thin and squatting by someone's uncle. So, every real man know that it is the kind of love that a successful man wants. She loves Tuface for who he is while others are attracted to what he is, not necessarily the money but the voice or talent etc. I could have slapped your bony face if not for the bandage wrapped on my arm. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Zamfara CJ Sets Up Panel On Impeachment Allegations Against Mahadi Gusau by gistmega: 4:40pm On Feb 14, 2022 |
The only thieves in Nigeria are presumed to be from the south as we are all made to believe. The Nigerian government has forever prosecuted and maligned the representatives of the south. There has not be any other government rep treated the way the southerners are treated. They blame the south for all the corruptions cases while they are busy doing the worse of it all. Look at Abba Kyari, denied extradition even when his crimes has got international links. The ex-governors of Delta and Bayelsa saw hell while the man with the Bullion van is defended. Diezani Alison-Madueke has been painted with enough mud that can be used to construct a better Nigeria. But, ask yourself, If Diezani made such amount of money in just 4 years when Petrol was only $60, then where is the money made in these 8 years when petrol has hit over $90? Did things get better for us? No! Go to the north, the level of poverty is appalling. The almajiris still travel to south and west to beg the locals for food. So, why aren't those leaders in the north painted in like manner? Why are they not made to face justice or dragged? The only man, Dasuki was caged because of the resentful and vengeful president in power and there is no prosecution that has produced anything so far. 2 Likes |
Romance / Re: Should You Have Sex On Valentine's Day? by gistmega: 4:22pm On Feb 14, 2022 |
The world now is all about promoting sex and sex-related agenda. The pedophiles and rapists are not the only culprits, the media handlers are the major offenders. Nigerians are hungry, dying of all sorts of treatable ailments but the best gifts that we offer is sex sex sex. Valentine is not a Christian tradition. It is clearly stated that it is a celebration of the FERTILITY GODDESS. So, if your church celebrates it, the goddess of fertility is worshipped there. The churches frown upon smoking weed inside the church but allow a sexually promiscuous goddess to be celebrated there. Why haven't we seen a Nigerian pastor on dread locs and wearing heels and skirts? They have a dress code. if you can follow dress codes, why can't they follow the Bible. Where is this Valentine in the Bible? If you don't want to be a Christian, then stop deceiving others. Why can't we use our platforms to support struggling investors and start ups? Why can't we celebrate our own? We wait until the Oyibo people have embraced them before we celebrate them? If Valentine can be celebrated in church, then let The Osun Osogbo, the fertility goddess be celebrated too. You can't pick and choose. Accepting foreign cultures that are not Biblical and condemning your own as diabolic. What is the difference of the Goddess valentine and the river Goddess, orisha? In Brazil and in the Caribbean, the Nigerian gods and goddess are celebrated even in churches. While in Africa, the pagan goddesses are celebrated in the churches while the African goddesses are trashed. You cannot pick and choose at the same time. |
Investment / Battery Production Business by gistmega: 4:21pm On Feb 14, 2022 |
This business can make anyone challenge the throne of the wealthiest in Nigeria in a short frame of time. Owing to the 'stark' darkness in Nigeria and Africa, power is the most essential need. Anything to reduce the pollution and cost of fuel will be a financial nuclear war head. The solar energy is not so effective since most people live in rented homes. My current company purchased these sets of batteries which I cannot disclose since it is custom built b Huawei. It works wonders considering the loads that it sustains. Is there currently any invention that might need financing to gain exposure? Has any Nigerian been able to invent anything since necessity is the father of invention? |

I understand a little but I need to be solid in it. Preferably, I need someone who is currently jobless, or a teacher who is highly underpaid. Any gender is fine. Age is not a barrier but from 17 and up. Someone with little life experience or at least a drive in life. This is solely on the phone but you get paid for it. If the service is good, I might prolong the contract and you might be contracted to fully teach my kids. My offer is 10k monthly. Lessons will be explained on Whatsapp voice note and calls. DM me, please. |

Politics / Re: Bashir Ahmad: Second Niger Bridge To Be Named After Buhari, Not Jonathan by gistmega: 6:04pm On Feb 13, 2022 |
You are absolutely right. I have lived in the east and in the north and I can attest to the veracity of your comment. I have lived in Jos, Kano, kaduna and Abuja and I can authoritatively state that you are right in all that you have said. Nevertheless, My focus was not only the Igbos. As a matter of fact, I specifically stated that some Northerners live in the south and some Muslims are from the south, particularly in Edo states as I clearly mentioned earlier. The cultural outlook of the Igbos does not resonate with the Ijaws or the Urhobos. They do not have similar view of the Northerners as the Igbos. Even though, they are southerners. So using the same rule of judgment to condemn the ENTIRE south is ungodly in all ramifications. The Southerners do not hate the Northerners. The Igbos (still not all) have a negative feeling toward the Northerners which is simply a resentment resulting from their loss in the Biafran war. So, you as a Northerner, at least when referring to the Southerners, you can do well to define their actual tribe for clarity sake. This also goes for the leaders when cutting off projects that could add tremendous growth to the economy. For example, the port in Warri, why isn't it functioning? The coal mine in Enugu, the refinery in the south (PH and warri) etc. The reason why these Southerners are neglected to suffer from pollution and land degradation is as a result of the generic ideologies sold to the people in power. I hope that you get my point. asanausana91: 1 Like |

Health / How I Stooled Relentlessly When I Visited Nigeria by gistmega: 6:56am On Feb 12, 2022 |
So, here is the deal. I love Nigerian foods. From the east to North to south to west. I love all these foods. So, I left Nigeria 26 years ago. Nigerian foods are expensive abroad so I settled for new cuisines and I do enjoy intercontinental as well. For the sake of adventure, I have eaten all sorts of food from Eastern to western and the what have yous. Anyhoo, I have always dreamed of my Nigerian foods especially Calabar soups, you know the names. Nevertheless, here is my problem: Each time I touch down, I can't resist these foods but then I stool relentless. I go back again to eat it cos' I will have little opportunity when I travel out. The shaki, kpormor, issam, kpanla and so on. Man, i crave for all of these and the soups. So, is there any hope for me? Will this ever stop or am I doomed to end up on intercontinental dishes? The doctor always say that I had food poison but I know that Nigerian foods are not poisons. It can't be. They are not just used to it. I have tried al the recommended restos. I am told the lady with the magic finger is on the east coast, I go, same stooling. No, it is madam Nnewi, No it is Emil, No it is Iya basira food, I go. I am tired of stooling but I can't resist this foods. Anyone with similar health experience? |
