Won't he still go for inspection?
He will definitely go for inspection.
He only asked for the price and it's 6.5k.
After paying the 6.5k for road worthiness, it takes like a day for the paper to be ready and after collecting the road worthiness paper, he would be subjected to go for inspection with 30 days ultimatum.

Sunday surge took me to iba junction (after the crazy traffic from egbeda to power line) I was desperate to leave that axis and got a trip to Ikeja. Lo and behold I saw 6 adults and I told them NO. I parked there to watch if another driver will reject them but a driver came through and took them. How can adult lap in a bolt ride?
grin grin grin
I think it's the effect of the winter season for Uber/bolt pilots that's making them accept some funny ride. Like one that I read few pages ago that accepted 5bags of rice inside his Corolla. lipsrsealed this one tear my mouth.

Please if you are the guy i saw last week, at Ikeja City Mall and you are reading this msg, i will like to know the colour of your greed, why will you allow a rider to load 5 bags of rice in your car. Initially i saw the 2 trolley guys loading each rice, i assumed it was 3 bags, only for them to bring 2 additional bags, i was watching you with bewilderment when the 4th bag was loaded, as you started scratching your head and inspected your left and right back tyres.

5 bags of rice, i just said, it must be a mind boggling fantastic offline trip, i hope it is, but if it is not then you must either be a jpworld driver, or one of those on 35k weekly rental, because i doubt if it was your car or on HP deal, you would load 5 bags of rice into the booth. If the car was a Camry i would have suspected it was our good brother Mr.B , but it was a corolla.

You now got into the car, moved like for like 2 seconds, got down and appealed to your rider to come and sit in the front, did you tell your rider that he might be the "feather that breaks the proverbial camel's back.
Who does this? shocked shocked shocked lipsrsealed lipsrsealed I don faint.

I don't know why these people will be making life hard for legit hustlers in this state.
Can't we have a state where we won't be having this kind of illegal arrests?
He was arrested @7:40pm which to me, it's still a good time to hustle more. They will just be making life hard for people. The money they collect illegally is a curse on them, they should just know that.

Why will driver repair car for owner?
Noted, brother. This info was helpful, and the weekly remitance your collect on the R deal, plus maintenance, all was helpful, bro. thanks for sharing.

Don't ever beg for rating.
If you are blocked, take it as a man and move on.
Ratings system on bolt is not transparent.
The brother man is on 4.58 rating and he's still scared of getting blocked by bolt.
No vex, brother, what's the danger rating level on bolt before they can block the driver?

But the funniest thing is that, I keep imagining 2 adults give themselves control to meet up. Then una park una cars at the venue, come down, start fighting. Based on what?

Based on say na wetin we type for fones?

You took the imagination out of my head, bro. People around go come ask say what transpired between the 2 grown men, and they (the fighters) will refer the people to Nairanland and show them this thread? On top Wetin nawh?
Make the brothers let go of this issue, abeg. We're still learning, we want to learn more and learn more about the Uber/Bolt hustle oh.

As per the car i use, its a corolla, we have two cars registered tho, a lexus es300(my friend’s) and a corolla 06 (mine). Been using the lexus for years, just registered the corolla though.

Road is not as terrible as people assume if you no attempt fast and furious on it. Plus demand and supply allow you charge higher.

I have agent that do car paper or passport stamps for me anytime.. wayback folks!
Sorry, brother. How is the fuel consumption of the Lexus ES300 and ES330 respectively Compared to a Camry 05/06, bro?

This hustle (Ehailing) is all about strategy, planning, and "packaging" . I remember when a friend advised me to put my car on ehailling. I had to retrieve my car cos barely a month the driver ( a friend also) nearly killed the car.

I decided later to join the game myself on my free time, then it was Uber. There were good riders, bad riders, and worst riders. Always look your best, you dont know where or who you will meet.

Dress well
Smell fresh
Make sure your car is in top notch condition (interior and exterior)
Conversate properly
Look into people eyes while communicating
Shake hands firmly. Etc.

There are times I will order a ride and the driver pulls up looking scrappy and untidy. This adds to the ridicule we get from riders who sees "drivers" as a nobody.

To the Smartworking drivers out there, keep your head up.. better days are coming.
Nice observation. Na true you talk @bold. I use bolt very well to deliver items to my customers and some drivers' dressing lasan. But as a guyman wey understand small how the hustle be, I overlook it and relate with drivers in a humble and respectful manner, which they always reciprocate. I wonder how drivers complain about rude riders (yes, I know this happens), cos as I dey, I dey always follow my driver shout on top the head of those rough Okada riders wey dey ride anyhow. Sometimes when we're entering a bad road that leads to my customer's house, I would come down from the car and help the driver check bumpy roads in order to save his car from below brushings or harm... Walahi it only requires maturity to relate with people.
I know that female riders won't do this, they would rather frustrate drivers. May God bless everybody jare.
