Have they accepted to be Nigerians? Are they part of the zoo?
Igbos are the most tribalistic group in Nigeria, yet they play victim cards.
They are the reasons for the xenophobic attacks on Nigerian all over Africa.
I don't know why they are not allowed to have their Biafran nation

Pls you will have to open up, but not before the marriage. If he hasn't been married or have a child before, it will be diverstating.
Continuation of the marriage lies in God's hand and how matured he is.
If he forgives u, he might keep the secret till death. I wish u luck.
Don't break his heart before the marriage considering his expenditures.

why did the ppl of ekiti vote for fayose and removed fayemi in 2014?
Because the yoke of development been served by Fayemi was too much for them.
Because they were short sighted.
Because they prefer stomach infrastructure to real infrasture.
Because they prefer to eat the future of their children now
Because they prefer a comedian and a deceptive fellow
Because they want old order to continue, where a mediocre is teaching in the schools.
Truly we need govt with human face, but things that are bad need to be corrected

Bro, I thought of it, but my faith as a christian won't allow me. More so, am from a broken home so I know what separation is, and the effect on the kids. Thirdly, the courts can take some years to divorce couples, especially when they don't see any tangible reason, and in the end, they tell couples to go settle their differences, especially when one spouse still shows interest. Am in my early 40's

The mistake that make many stay with unloving relationships, faith has nothing to do in ur happiness. Your inlaw is bad and it will rub on ur wife, get good job or entrepreneur and stop looking her side. Broken home is not a crime staying in bad marriage is the biggest crime. Get working, you will take care of ur children even with the 2nd wife. All the bad children on the streets are not from broken home. I was able to take care of my children from age 4 to university level despite broken marriage. Pray for the grace. Polygamy is biblical, monogamy is cultural not religious.

Travel / Re: Man States Why He Tore The Change Given To Him By A Biker Rider In Imo State by globatop: 9:37am On Mar 28, 2019
AutoJoshNIG:

A Nigerian whose moniker on Twitter is @oraeekene narrated his ordeal with a biker rider in Imo State.

In his story, he stated why he tore the change given to him by the bike rider.

Read through his story and tell us if his actions make any sense to you.

Read his tweets below;

Bikeman wanted to cheat me of my change LOL when he finally gave me, i tore the money infront of him to tell him it was nothing to me It wasnt about the money. It was about the fact this year, no one will cheat me, no matter how small I will not tolerate nonsense.

I asked for my change nicely. He started his trash. Asked nicely again, started telling me a bullshit story. When i disagreed with him, told me i’m a liar, that i was lying. First salvo. Told him i wouldn’t let it go, that i have all day.

Told me to get out, put the key in the bike to turn it on. Held the bike told him he wasnt going anywhere. He then lied and said he was only clearing. I held on the bike. He told me to step aside or he would push me

I then stepped up right in his face. I told him i dare him. Told him he thinks i’m afraid to go one on one, or because i have stuff with me? that i’ll throw them away. He then backtracked, that he didnt say he’ll hit me, that i should just leave him

At that time my neighbour came around. Asked what was going on. He wanted to tell his bullshit, i told him to shut up, then told the true story to my neighbour. My neighbour turned to the bike man like ahn ahn. When he saw no one was on his side, told me to ‘take the money joor’

That’s when i lost it, tore the money infront of him. Told him it wasnt about the money but that no idiot will cheat me or talk to me anyhow. Then walked to my house

If u r not an idiot, what are you? Do you know how much it costs the nation to print the currency you tore, far more than the face value of the currency.
Education / Re: University Of Nigeria Becomes First University To Adopt Renewable Energy by globatop: 10:45pm On Mar 26, 2019
Vctr:
The University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) on Tuesday set the record of electricity generation by using organic waste to install 100KVA Refuse Drived Fuel (RDF) gasification plant for its Nsukka Campus.

Prof Benjamin Ozumba, UNN Vice-Chancellor, who expressed happiness over the project during its inauguration, said the university would no longer be a customer to Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC).

He said the project was first of its kind in Nigeria and described it as another feather added to the cap of the institution.

“I am happy that the university under my watch has witnessed innovations and transformation, as today another feather has been added to the cap of my administration.

“This is the first of its kind in the country, using of waste to generate electricity.

“By the time more of the plants are produced that will cover every part of the university, millions of naira will be saved every month, as UNN will longer pay monthly electricity bill to EEDC, ” he said.

The VC also commended Prof Emenike Ejiogu-led research team that produced the RDF gas plant.

In his remark, Ejiogu from the Department of Electrical Engineering applauded Ozumba on his belief of making record-breaking innovations to transform UNN.

“The 100 KVA RDF project is designed and fabricated by laboratory of industrial power devices and energy system under the special grant by Ozumba.

“The aim is to enable UNN to generate its own electricity with organic waste that will serve as fuel,” he said.

The Japan-trained engineer said his research team was set to produce 250KVA plants, which will supply the energy need of the entire university and its environ.

“UNN power demand now is 3mgwats, so with twelve 250KVA of RDF plants, we will meet electricity supply need of the university,” he said.

He said on request, his research team was ready to install the RDF plants to any individual, company or office who needed it.

“It is cheaper and can carry more loads than solar energy installation.

“With RDF plant in your house or office, it will carry your air-condition, deep freezers, pressing iron and other things in your house, office or company,” he said.

Ejiogu listed some of the organic waste that could be used as waste materials to power the plant to include: agricultural byproducts such as corn husks, wood chips among others.

He said the plant would create employment for many people through supplying of waste to UNN or other people who would be using the plant,” he said.

Some UNN staff in separate interviews with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) described the innovation as one of the greatest legacies of Ozumba.

Snail feed 25kg for 10,000
1kg will be 400
A snail will consume 1.75kg of feed to mature
Cost of feeding a snail to table size, assuming zero mortality will be
1.75 multiply by 400 = #700
How much will a snail cost excluding cost of the veggies.

Every single day I visit the business section here on nairaland, It's either I find the crew who have money but don't have a business idea or I find those with business idea but lack money.

Whatever crew you are, please never start up a business if you're not dogged. That business idea might appear rossy in your brain until you start it up in the real world.

I started up a business barely a month ago and I'm almost loosing my mind. Is it the sleepless nights(sometimes working from 1am-7am) I'm going to talk about or the failed projects or the rude customers or the unnecessary but compulsory expensis or the pressure to give out the best at all times or the uncertainties.?

Hehehe...Because of business, I am now a professional Liar. Lord have mercy!

Now I know why most businesses don't last long. Not everyone is willing to go through the stress.

I now respect Dangote, Otedola, Adenuga, Jim ovia, Tony Elemelu...they are many cool

Your business will break your heart so many times. (I'm heartbroken at the moment) cry

Please if you're not dogged, don't think of starting up a business.

If you have started one, never back down. If it gets tough, you too get tough. In the end, you'll succeed.

I have made up my mind to continue to press on. No going back kiss

My respect goes out to all business people. cool

The likes of dagote, adenuga, etc started bizness when morality, integrity and truth were high, the unemployment ratio wasn't high too. This days every graduate is a potential entrepreneur, the level of patronage can not generate the expected turnover/profit to sustain the bizness.
The other factors are high mobility fare and cost of energy. It takes the grace of God to breakeven.
