if you're able to read my comment please take it serious, leaving a job is not easy as it seems or as people talk about how they left their own jobs, we are all different from each other so same application does not work for us all.

Ask yourself, what is going to be your next line of action if you resign your current job, you want to search for a new job or you want to give entrepreneurship a trial because you have the skill, that is certain.

In the recent months I wanted to resign my buciness consulting job, I was even at the bank of the river at that time and prepared to jump, but then I asked my self is this was going to be a wise decision considering the fact that I was not prepared to look for another job, the only thing I wanted to do was to go into business and practice photography on a full time basis. The I realized I needed knowledge which was I sought after.

I read some books both online and printed books, but there was a book I bought, that happens to be the best N2500 I spent judiciously in 2017, it was a book written by Teju Oyelakin (Teju Babyface) "Secrets of the Street" if the book thought me just a thing, it made me understood job transition is not that easy, but for you to take that bold step you need a well devised plan and that was when I reversed my decision of resigning and posted it to a later date.

My advice to you is that do not just wake up on morning and make a drastic decision of resigning, before that you need a plan, if you will be looking for a new employment, you need to be sure the job has been offered to you before you think of resigning and if you will be taking the other path, my friend lets use a new paragraph.

Leaving a salary job to become an entrepreneur is a transition that practically shows a camel through a needle's eye, you wake up every morning knowing your salary will be paid, your time has been booked, even if your're sick, your employer is at the receiving end and you might still get paid, I call it free money. now if you leave, you will have to create a job for yourself, make the money and pay yourself salary and also pay staffs if you have one so what if the business fails, who will be held responsible? you are going to hold yourself accountable. So before you leave your frustrating and annoying job to become and entrepreneur, make a plan of 2years ahead of you, create the future you will be walking into,make sure you are able to save a year salary so that once you're out of job, you can pay yourself that same salary for a whole year while your plan/business grows, do not misunderstand me, this money is not your capital, you also have to arrange for capital on a different side.

To cut my advice short, the simple thing here is that you need a clear plan before you resign and do not base any of your plan on a wishful thinking, our God perform wonders but do not depend on wonders, let wonders be a bonus, one basic thing you can do now is to start something small of your own while you are still employed and make sure your employer knows nothing about this because if they know, you will be fired.

However, my fall back plan failed, my plan B was to resume at anther private office. Worked for one month there and the owner of the place died. So back to square one. But right now I have my own company. Just like how you only get gold after it has passed through fire, I'm telling you when suffering hit you very hard! You will be amazed at what ideas your brain can come up with.

This is how I see it. It's obvious you are not happy. If you don't have any major responsibility yet, you should quit before it's too late. Be ready to even change states. If you are truly good at what you do I Believe you are going to make it. Don't let fear stop you from becoming who you are suppose to be. Stay strong bro.

the company is not servicing any loan. I see it as part of those normal stuff to delay staff salaries, even in this feastive period that the manager suppose to be sensible that staffs need money for the feastivity.

you train people to acquire skills in software, computer maintenance and printer repairs. The people you train are expected to go and start their own business. Then you repair/fix computers and printers for clients. So you have the skills and now have contacts of customers/clients. What prevents you from starting your own repair and maintenance business? At least that's what you teach others to do, you too can do better...

I work with an ICT company, as a technical staff. we train students when it comes to the use of computer softwares. Also we are into computer maintenance.

But there is a bad side of it, I don't get paid on time. and apart from that, the pay is not much despite the huge income that comes into the company from training and repairs of computers and printers. I receive five figure as salary and its not able to cater for my monthly needs. The worst part of it is that I was not given xmas holiday despite the fact that the school is on holiday. and what pains me most I have not been paid December salary and it has made the christmas celebration very bad for me. I think I am just being used to build the organisatiion with low return on my side.

I have thought of quitting the job several times, but another thought comes to me not to. Please niaralanders, I can't keep this decision to my self alone and I need your advice. If you were In my shoes, what will you do?

hp 15 not a good laptop. don't waste your money buying it. I am an engineer and I can tell you that there are fake hp15 in the market. even if you are buying it, make sure you go with someone who knows computer hardware very well. but I will never recommend hp 15 for anybody.
