What do you expect when a company owns almost fifty percent of all the buses on the road, the name of such company will always ring bell when anything ugly happens. So it is either peace mass involving in accident or the others. A gold fish cannot hide

I agree with you. The issue now is, apprehending the suspect. Do we have the resources to do so? The time and finance? It will amaze you that the complainant will end up spending more money than what he had initially lost to achieve this.
Once upon a time I lost a phone that cost 4k but I was billed around 15k by the police as the minimum it will cost me for them to follow up on the case. They only backed down on the amount when they discovered I was not ready to pay such amount and that I had electronic evidences coupled with the fact that the thief was living around our neighborhood and that all they need was to go straight to him and arrest him. At the end I still spent close to the value of the phone for PR. So the ATM camera thing will only be useful if the culprit is a known family, friend, colleague, neighbor or a relative . That Photo Snap shot by the ATM camera did capture the man's face at a proper angle thus making it difficult to proove it was actually him. Even at that, it is not enough to apprehend him. Afterall he is not the only man in such a populated state like lagos to look and dress like that. People look alike most times, beside we are not advanced enough to implement facial recognition technology. Common fingerprint and biometric database is not functional. The guy is as invincible as a ghost. He does not exist

Kuramo college is located at sand fill area of Victoria island. It is directly opposite Mobil headquarter building on Ozumba Mbadiwe street. It is a walking distance from the ikorodu boats jetty. So if you are coming from ikorodu by boat, you will not have any difficulty reaching. But if you decide to come by road, wherever is your last bus stop from ikorodu (CMS or Obalende) take a bus going to Lekki Sandfill, stop at 1004 second gate bus stop as there is no bus stop at the school gate. Walk about 200meters ahead after Quilox club and a zenith bank house. The school compound is right at the junction beside Mobil house, not Mobil filling station

@OP, There is no such thing as sound proof generators, it should instead be sound proof for generators.

All generators come as bare engine and are subject to make noise. You can choose to soundproof them if you want. What he is actually doing is to locally fabricate the cabinets which absorbs the sound thereby reducing the noise.

He is just simply applying the principle of foreign soundproof cabinets. The cabinets serves as an extra security and protection from unauthorised access for the engine. I know of somebody who does same at Mende Maryland in Lagos.

I said it before that the Nigeria's constitution is supreme. Thats why we have the lawyers that could come to their defence. Then we shall know whether it is legal to engage in indecency or not even outside sharia.
