Indecency or indecent act may mean a lot or come in different angles. This is not limited to prostitution alone, or in dressing. Talking lousily, playing of music aloud and disturbing your neighbours are few. The list is endless.

The Hisbah police did not mention their actual offence but whatever it is, christian teenagers should not be seen in or around a hotel premises involving in any indecent act of any sort.

The original story was that the Kano Hisbah police arrested 31 teenage girls for indicent acts and not christian prostitutes.
We should not be so quick to bring religion into every issue specially such as this. There may be muslim girls among them and there was never a selective arrest but a total raid.

OP, the title of your post is misleading. How would you refer to that accident as a collision of two buses when both of them were driving from the same direction. From the picture, the yellow bus may have tipped over on motion maybe as a result of mechanical failure or tyre blowout while the white bus may have uncontrollablly ran into it from behind.
