I am also not aware that we have civil for future laws in Nigeria, that allow law enforcement agents to seize assets first, even before a crime has been established to have been comitted.

The corps members are probably serving within the military formation undertaking the route march......it is optional for none service personnel and not mandatory..... Execercises such as these are far more beneficial so I guess the corp members have opted to participate and burn out unwanted calories and fat within their systems....
Inside the barracks on specified Saturdays of the month you need to see kids as young as 4-18 year olds all arranging themselves according to their respective blocks of residences and jogging amidst resounding choruses and songs around their barracks and its environs covering on the average between 1-6 kilometers during such exercises.....
It is indeed a spectacle to behold.....
