In the light of all the documents submitted going by what the op posted. The decision is just haywire and places too much burden on the applicant on what further documents he now needs to provide.

I think the error here was giving too much away. It’s always best to stick to the required docs listed at the end of the application and better when they ask for more information or documentation.

Yes it was about 2 to 3 months after their birth.It was gotten from NPC in our local health center. We submitted family photos,school reference letter from headmaster and principal,school receipts and school transcipt and result,bank transactions and statement,plus letter from our parish priest,estate chairman/sectary and family doctor..

Perhaps too much docs confused the case officer but it’s ridiculous giving fraudulent documents as a reason for refusal. I’ll suggest you contact a lawyer to help out. Don’t do it all by yourself cos you need to clear your name and reputation

Profiling in reality is what happens. Instead of getting angry at the 'profilers', as a black man, I would rather educate and encourage our set to do better because it is the same brush that we will all be painted with. How does this change anything? Can we begin to go to every black family home to help bring up their children?
