That’s it Nigerians will foolishly support criminals who will in turn mock them.
Serves us right! That’s what happens when a people prioritise garri and rice over meaningful technological advancement |

Philosopher1979: Cole palmer is in the class of lamine yamal, neymar, sslah. He is simply world class. I even rate him either higher than or at Wayne Rooney level. I have seen him play. The boy is something else. 💯 He’s the best thing ever that happened to Chelsea since drogba. He’s a single tree making a forest like maradona. |

CSTRR: I'm hoping the South Africans elect a leader dumb enough to be openly xenophobic and anti-Nigerian.
So that Nigeria can finally show them who is boss without apology.
But somehow, they keep electing smart leaders, or maybe their leaders become smart when they are privileged to see more than the average South African. lol 😂 you want Mtn Nigeria to kpai for nothing |

Bannedlargejr: I actually love the both and don’t want you to hate any of them. We just have to admit who was better at the last ANC. Personally, Lookman is our best player while osimhen is the 2nd best but that’s my opinion and I’m not convincing you to share that opinion So we are still arguing who was better when we currently can’t even beat Rwanda or Benin. TheSuperNerd: The truth is Osimhen had a bigger influence for Nigeria at the Afcon than Lookman who was also important for us.
Which Game could you confidently say Lookman won on his own for us at the Afcon? Even his 2 goals vs Cameroun didn't overshadow Osimhen's beastly impact all game.
When the going was tough, Osimhen stood up as the beast and made things happen. It was in the final, our ultra defensive approach crumbled and we could do nothing in the second half. Folks here keep bashing osihmen for his performance at Afcon but keep making excuses for Iwobi drab performance in the same Afcon. God Dey o! |

ChrisKels: This platform is getting filled up with what Patomiliki terms "football know-nothings". These kind of people are the ones that also come here to tell us that Kanu was terrible because he didn't score at AFCON, yet in most cases it was a simple brilliant move or assist from him that won us most crucial matches.
Lol if we didn't have Osimhen in that team, especially with the type of anti-football tactics deployed by JPez, we would not have beaten CIV, Cameroun and even SA.
Till tomorrow, people praise Emenike for his goals in 2013 and rightly so, but to me, Ideye was also a Trojan warrior. Osimhen did not only shine, but was also the person who watered the garden for the likes of Lookman to thrive too.
Too many mumu takes in here lately. Sometimes I wonder if someone has introduced this thread to these Facebook boys 🥱 The thing tire me o, the simple question to ask is how many goals have we scored without Osihmen in the lineup, that will answer those skeptics. |

We don't need to save face when dealing with you people, it is well known that both citizens don't like each other, but what we don't get is why you people keep on forcing yourselves on us coz we both know a similar saga will happen again. You should try asking around in your community or the restaurant for women you can pay to batch cook stews and soups weekly, and then you just defrost as and when - much cheaper than eating out.
I hope you're not one of those Nigerian men who can only eat freshly cooked food? 😂 wow very compassionate response! very demure and mindful 😂 I couldn’t do better |

Zahra29: Yes I do. Some are genuinely not able to work due to ill or limited health, but I agree that where possible, those who can should be encouraged/supported back into work. Many (citizens) are also doing cash in hand jobs to evade taxes. These worklessness thing is not just due to health or other reasons, so many are just hiding under any convenient excuse to go do cash in hand jobs. Am sure the govt is aware hence their efforts in waging war against benefits mongers. |

Infact it's better we lost the last match to Rwanda, it set's the tone for our next meeting. Keep calm!!! Na Nigerians go make Nigeria great. If we can't support ourselves let's just sell our country. Are qualifiers no longer competitive games? Why are we talking as if the Rwanda game was a friendly, I don’t understand you |

I wish we can beg CAF to be putting us against tougher opponents cos all these so called minnows will keep staining our white and not help our football. |

zicky: You get the point, let's play well first especially against this smaller team, when we play rubbish we defend it by saying no more minnows in Africa It’s even more sad when you look at the quality of opposition we have in our group for both Afcon and wcq. I feel so ashamed when I look at other groups perhaps we should getting tougher opponents may be that can wake up the team. |
