😂😂 if you were an Argentine I guess 6 years ago you would have said Messi has nothing to prove to the world after probably winning all club trophies and stat padding whole of Europe and international football but people still kept on pushing him that he needed the world cup to prove himself even when everyone knows he doesn’t need to. But it pays of last world cup Messi practically single handedly won the world cup for Argentina
You’re talking as if osihmen has retired when he’s still active. Did he tell he doesn’t want to win more titles. Oya help us push him for us

Osimhen has everything to prove as a world class talent you can’t just go oblivion after just 1 or 2 season and you are saying he has nothing to prove I nor even understand una sef is that how the likes of Messi , Ronaldo, Suarez etc did? They continue to prove their selves till their diminishing moment in football 🙄 you can’t say a world class striker wallowing and stat padding Turkish league has nothing to prove if he was 33+ then it fine
Oblivion you say? Mhen this is childish even if you don’t like a player don’t lie about him

He has everything to prove except he just want to be remembered as a one season wonder that brought the Seria A to Napoli and went into oblivion. This is a world class talent that hasn’t won the champions league, African nations cup, qualified Nigeria for a World Cup, won another major league title and even contest for the Balon D’or you’re saying has nothing to prove. SALAH was described as a one season wonder after his world class season with Liverpool. He had to consistently replicate his world class season. Now, people are including him among EPL all time greatest wingers. Osimhen needs to leave that league ASAP
You guys talk as if osihmen just walked away from by himself from Napoli. How can you describe a player who is surely going to win another title with his current club this season as a one season wonder. When he was not scoring initially this season you guys went to town saying his job was to score goals now he’s scoring you call the league kebab league 😂 na wa for Una. Salah sef is yet to win afcon and most likely he won’t as he winds down his career but you lots will keep making excuses for him. Na osihmen must win afcon. Make Una continue

My guy, osimhen has everything to prove don’t deceive yourself. He has been exceptional for only “one season” (22/23) thus widely referred as a “one season wonder” by pundits/foreign media . He needs to leave that kebab league in his prime, sign for another big 3 and perform exceptionally for few seasons. Additionally, he needs to help Nigeria qualify for a World Cup and also win an ANC (By Gods grace). Turkey league is just a stop gap and the league isn’t rated whatsoever by the international media. How can a player that was exceptional for only 1 season and hasn’t qualify Nigeria for any World Cup has nothing to prove?? Tufiakwa to yesmen omo those people are negative influence on players. If any big club come for his signature in January, the man should accept. Turkey league isn’t where one should be playing in their prime as a world class player. It’s mean’t for Old/washed/out of form players not world class strikers
He has nothing to prove and can’t force himself on any club. Any club who needs his services know what to do. He actually call the shots now and not the other way round. His current form and performances ensures that.

You must be the only pundit left(if indeed you are) who still feels he’s a one season wonder. We’ve sailed past that long ago. As for World Cup qualification that’s not even in our hands as a nation any longer talk less of a single player like osihmen.

Just observing... 👀

And before anybody come tell me say na Turkish League, that person go rest, because when he wasn't scoring at first, una dey hang am for throat and una forget say na Turkish League... Osimhen in the current Napoli squad under Conte will outperform this Lukaku by far!

Lukaku just enter Napoli, para for the first five games, now he don go default settings, scoring once in two to three matches...

Against Atalanta wey be Osimhen favorite food, Lukaku couldn't even get a shot (off or on target 🎯)

We sha dey look... 👀
Osihmen in any league will continue to score cos he was born for that. Like I always say dude has nothing more to prove to anybody. He’s made, that’s all, even in and out of injury his stats will be more than even injury free strikers, if that’s not world class I wonder what else we will call that.

Just to reiterate why we need to start and up our game.
Been following your posts and I must admit you do make valid points but just like one of us here have said there are constraints which we can’t run away from but as people overcome these constraints or barriers am sure we will begin to see thriving businesses out there. Awareness like yours will surely help. I’ll suggest you keep on publishing articles on available sites or spaces or even a YouTube channel to articulate these thoughts. People will think or feel you’re not making any impact but I can tell you it does. Cheers.

Interesting read moreso given that this is from an independent government funded agency. It all fits into the BBC article on why every govt over the last 2 decades has been unable to cut migration despite promising to do so.

Who would have thought that migrants despite paying in much more take out much less. It is hard facts like this that the government have been aware of over time that makes them understand that though the average brit wants no/very low migration, they and the economy at large cannot afford it.
Funny thing is that the latest revelations are not being heavily highlighted or making it big in the media headlines cos it’s not what people like to hear.

A sweet finish. Aina's second PL goal of 24/25 has Nottingham Forest sitting 3rd currently on the table, 4 pts ahead of Man City in 6th.
I said it earlier this week that the current crop of eagles are powering less fancied European sides to exceptional performances. Some were arguing with me while the facts continues to speak for itself

He actually said CAF made him believe he won. He told his countryman journalists in French
I want to believe he’s lying but that statement is an indictment on CAF and they need to come out to clear the air to preserve the integrity of the award.

Again these North Africans will just continue to ruin the reputation of the game in Africa if CAF doesn’t step up and begin to call out their bluff with penalties like they did for Libya. Look at the last afcon with the great reputation of excellent officiating and even the reputation of just concluded awards in comparison to ballon dor. CAF has a great reputation now and they shouldn’t allow these idiots yes they are indeed idiots from North Africa to pour sand in their garri. The great reputation of CAF now is set to bring in huge revenue for the advancement of the game in Africa and its foolish to allow a bunch of nitwits to ruin it.

My God! I'm having goosebumps watching this. I mean most of them are not even Nigerians to say this. I sometimes worry that we are so patriotic here that it shrouds objectiveness. But hearing outsiders feel this way about Nigeria's true potential and strength if we qualify for a world cup is lovely . Because God knows if this group of boys get a good hand of a manager, he will craft out signs and wonders from them in the next world cup. Watch them at the next AFCON . All we need is another good manager because we got a team that will beat a Moroccan team on their home turf in the finals. This boys got experience.

I see that sparkles in Eguavone's eyes. And I have seen him looking confused lately. He can be timid. What we need is a coach with a decent amount of crazy sparkles to really tweak this team we got and we are gonna be world beaters.
I really pray we qualify for this world cup. I know it's so hard and tough judging by our current group position.

But then when we do qualify I'd remember this post again. And I really be grateful to God. Because the world cup isn't something to miss for the super eagles to miss twice.

Our players just need to be more committed and play with more intensity like they do at their club sides. For God’s sake they are not amateurs but professionals who understand the technicalities of the game. Coaching is not just the main thing but right attitude from the players

"My Stamina Improved After My Mum Introduced Fufu To Me In UK ."

-Ademola Lookman

"Growing up in the U.K, I was used to eating a lot of junk foods cos it's something very handy without wasting your time.

One day my mum followed me to the pitch where I play soccer with other kids at the age of ten, she noticed how I easily fell down when being shoved by other kids when contesting for the ball.

After the match, she told me "Ademola my son, I am not impressed by the way you fall when playing football. You are a Nigerian child and you should have the stamina of a Nigerian"

The next day, my mother introduced "Fufu" to my diet, at first I didn't like it because of the fowl smell, but as I ate it with ewedu soup, I could see the results as my stamina increased.

Now I am here, how can I have make it this far without eating Fufu? I will always represent Nigeria❤️"
I though it’s just a fantasy o, if true Ademola’s mother deserve a special category of award from caf

I heard the Ivorian coach voted for Lookman over Adingra
How true is this?
May just be a kind gesture and sportsmanship after winning afcon.

The Ivorians winning afcon was just a flash in the pan nothing exceptional from any of their players and even after afcon

Despite how exceptional some of our players were this season our own coach still went and vote for messi. Honestly it shows the level of awareness of the coaches.

I don't think it's dumb to ask a "Former CAF Player of the Year" and a teammate to congratulate the incoming player of the year publicly.

Now that it's visible e did. Water under the bridge.

The goal is a united and successful Super Eagles
I think as a people we just like to go against anything we feel it’s negative even where there’s no need to. People are free to raise their concerns about the unity of the team and I don’t think people still appreciate the impact it has on the success of the team and major failures of the eagles in the past has been attributed to this. If you listen to stories of past eagles players you’ll see them confessing how disunity ruined our chances in tournaments.

We saw the partnership between Lookman and Osihmen in afcon and that’s what has contributed to the current award for Lookman.

If we like let’s continue to deceive ourselves, Boniface will continue to fire blanks if he doesn’t work with his team mates. It’s public knowledge how the 94 team conspired to starve Yekini of supply and we know the impact he had, even keshi confirmed it. So when people raise observations we had better listen and pay attention. Osihmen has come out to clear the air which is good and wise of him cos going through another controversy like the one he had with finidi was never going to be in the interest of the team.

Man Utd make move for £41m Rashford replacement

Manchester United have made contact with the entourage of Ademola Lookman, according to Sky Sports in Switzerland.

Atalanta would be willing to negotiate a sale for offers above £41million, the report adds.

And the 27-year-old would be a high-class replacement for exit-linked Marcus Rashford.

Lookman has scored 43 goals in 96 games since moving to Italy.

Liverpool and Chelsea are also said to be watching, as well as clubs elsewhere in Europe.

Well, congratulations through phone call is another way than going social media,so possibly Osimhen and Boniface have done it through cell phone
I suggested when Boniface was firing blanks that he and Lookman should lock themselves inside a room and talk. I also expected the coaches to intervene.
