Femiwilli:
Then let us show fairness if you ban Pro-Biafra, also ban those Anti-Biafra OR we out to marginalize the Igbo people?

The more we marginalize them the more they will demand to leave.

And the truth be told if it were us that were marginalized and insulted like this wont we want to leave?
How many times have the insulted others on this forum? Why are those who they insulted not playing victim like they are doing?

They only talk about fairness when they are told to do right thing against their selfish opinions, their rights stop where others begin, we must show decorum in all we do, let's stop playing victim and pointing fingers to others when we are told that we are wrong. Its like those accused of corruption saying they are not the only ones, it doesn't make them right.

These are not prophecies but the stark reality of what will happen. I have said it many times that corruption will increase during buhari regime especially when you have someone like amaechi, ngige and co as ministers. The job loses will continue due to the bad exchange rate, insecurity and lack of proper economic recovery policies ,this government doesn't even have a policy !!!!!!
Amaechi, ngige and co are not as terrible as diezani, and dasuki who turned ask rock to father Christmas ghetto grin you guys keep raising false alarm to see if PDP can stiil have a chance to loot our treasury but sorry PDP is dead like dodo, never again

most of d ppl. In dis Apc govt were once PDP members, so forget abt partisan politics here and face d reality on ground. The previous govt achieved a lot in some sectors such as agriculture, aviation, automobile industry, road construction, education and so on. Bt folks like u wont agree to dat. Anyway, if u like keep blaming pdp and lets see hw dat wil solve d problems facing d nation.
If PDP achieved so much as you stated, we won't be in the condition we are in now or do you mean to say that APC destroyed all what PDP achieved in six months? You must be a clown if you think so

Dear Segun & Mods of Nairaland

Some of my igbo friends have complained that if they say anything positive about biafra they get banned.

To show impartiality why is it that those who insult Igbo people & Biafra are not banned?

Is this banning another way of discouraging Biafra? it is so then we are just showing them they are not welcomed.

If you will ban those who favour, you will also have to ban those who are not in favour.
Or is has somebody collected orders or money to stifle the "omo igbos"

Show impartiality in your Judgement.
They have been warned before, why can't they heed simple instruction. That is our way in nigeria, we diregard rules and cry foul or impartiality when the consequeces come

keep on blaming the past govt instead of proferring solutions to the challenges facing the Zoo. Obviously, d present govt are blanck on hw to manage d affairs of the zoo nation. D dullard is busy making promises to d gullible youths like you instead of acting.
so pdp was not blank for 16 yrs abi?, if we could wait for pdp to be blanck for 16 years then we can still exercise little patience for apc, you guys are just beating the drums of war unnecessarily, things you guys patted Jona on the back for, you are now forming saints for PMB, rubbish.

If PDP is doing everything possible to make sure APC fail and then they return to power to continue looting national treasury na who dey suffer am? THE MASSES.
If pdp ever return to aso rock, then Nigeria as a whole should be privatized and handed over to foreign investors cos with pdp back, dasuki charity and insurance organisation will be the starting point. I only hope Nigerians will be wiser.

Why will these evil men wish the country ill in order to stake a claim to power.
Because that is the only way they can get back to aso rock, APC have to fail for PDP to return, PDP can never wish APC well cos they are missing access to the treasury so badly.

Politics › Re: My Silence Should Not Be Mistaken For Weakness- Wike by Goke7: 10:42am On Dec 18, 2015
prettydynamic:
Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike yesterday said that the state would resist any move by the Federal Government to manipulate the National Assembly re-run election in the state with soldiers and policemen. The governor gave the warning when his supporters received him at the Port Harcourt International Airport.

The governor who said that his silence should not be mistaken for weakness, assured all members of the party in the National Assembly whose elections were nullified would be returned in the re-run election.

He said that he was confident of emerging victorious and that he had instructed his lawyers to challenge the verdict of the Appeal Court at the Supreme Court.
He said:

“I want to warn, let nobody attempt to do what happened in Bayelsa State here. Since they said they have annulled the election, let them come and conduct fresh election. Let nobody think that they can use soldiers and policemen to intimidate us. We will resist any such attempt. We have maintained our cool for a long time. Our calmness should not be mistaken for weakness.

“We shall return all our National Assembly members as a way of disgracing those who think they will snatch the mandate of the people,” he said.
So voting does not take place in Rivers abi? It is the Governor that will return all the candidates for election! I laugh in spanish.

Has wike also forgotten how he used all the security agencies against the state when he was minister? He is saying calmness should not be seen as weakness, wetin he go do sef grin

Wike deserves the award for the clown of the year grin

I laugh when I hear that Fayose is brave, Fayose only looks brave because of his immunity as Governor, take away Fayose's immunity, he will become like dodo. Most people don't know Fayose, he barks in the open but begs in secret, You can make further investigations or enquiries to confirm this.

And as for ffk, most guys have forgotten that he has changed his name officially, both ffk and fayose no get liver, only my peeps from the other side of the Niger sees them as brave men. They are cowards of the highest order, just that nobody including PMB has their time yet as they don't occupy much space in our political space for now.

All of them are quick to point finger at GEJ. Did Jonathan ask him to launder money with his private company?
The bitter truth is that all this men worked against GEJ while in office without his knowledge and karma is catching up with them.
very true my brother, the so called GEJ supporters were actually the ones who worked against him, not the APC and their gang. It's looking more as if its the people who voted GEJ out, loved him the most to rescue him from the hands of sycophants such as dasuki, metuh and co who were only using GEJ's name to launder money, they never loved their so called beloved hero, they only wanted him to continue in office for the stealing to continue. Bunch of thieves.

The billions made by tompolo and other mega bucks militants can cater for the monthly stipends for the amnesty program for the next five years or more. Its high time as a people we take our battle to the right quarters. We are always fighting with the wrong men just like my peeps in the se who have refused to battle with those directly responsible for their predicament.

We are too quick to attack those who are truly not responsible for where we are

The wailers as usual will continue to wail but they forget easily how their beloved hero Jonathan also humiliated his perceived enemies when he emerged as President, a very good example was Dimeji Bankole who was the speaker of the house of reps then, Bankole was arrested like a garage boy from his residence in Abuja. I still remember very well that episode how he [ a whole speaker] was held by his trousers by enforcement agents and later someone will come and tell me that Jona was a very gentle man that was very democratic, smh.

I think I've been noticing a trend a Vanguard. So far, they're usually opposing the federal government. I also noticed that they seem to subtly support biafra. Well,it's just what I think I've observed.
That is the problem with most media outfits in Nigeria, they takes side depending on where the owner of the media organisation is from and which political party their major clients are from. Some are with APC and some are with PDP.
Politics › Re: Alleged N13bn Land Deal: Tompolo’s Real Transaction With Jonathan’s Govt by Goke7: 8:46am On Dec 15, 2015
By our laws every land belongs to the Federal Government, so the FG cannot be buying land from anybody, what is being done is that FG acquire the land and then pay compensation to the owners or occupiers simple.

Those defending Tompolo are not helping his matter at all.
