The funny thing about "coating" the abuse of fundamental rights of citizens before the law "as legal creativity" .it does not change the fact that it is an abuse of fundamental rights of citizens!
Story story, the fundamental human rights of Nigerians were abused when those goats were chopping our yams

I thought Olisa Metuh is a Lawyer by profession, why can't him fight for his human rights...
This one pass metuh o, even a SAN will be rattled by this Govt, they are just too much for the judiciary

Efcc went to a citizens house invited the citizen and refused to release the citizencitizen.later went to the ccort to get an order to detain a citizen.
This is abuse and unfortunate
My guy u know not how the law operates, its called legal creativity, even Gani in his grave will salute this Govt

Chai, Look at the way the govt is running rings around the judiciary. Even lawyers these days including the SANs have been mesmerized and beaten at their own games. Metuh as a lawyer am sure never saw this coming.

Good to have a VP as a professor of law, e make sense die and a General to cap it all. They say they are disobeying court orders but these men are only technically bamboozling the judiciary, chai

Well, I was interested in the lack of "direction " lol. Anyway, freedom is never achieved on a platter of gold. Sometimes blood, and more blood, leads to freedom. The road to freedom is paved with the flesh of martyres and washed with their blood.

In as much as I like Nigeria the way it is , geographically, I think there's so much hatred among Nigerians. There's never been any love lost among its peoples at all.

I had hoped that PMB and APC would have brought genuine change. The SE didn't vote for PMB because they claim that he doesn't love them. Besides, the SE has been predominantly PDP since 1999. Can you blame them, given the utterances from PMB? Especially the 5% and 95% rubbish.

I would have visited the SE first, if I were PMB. The first appointments I would have made, would have been from that zone. I would prove them wrong, not proving them right. To unite Nigeria and Nigerians is very easy. We are not very difficult people as our leaders want us to believe. All we need is a chance to survive. Opportunities to thrive. A level playing field for all. Equity and justice. And all these are what a responsible government should provide without much ado.
You mean visiting people who called you terrorists? Common even the se guys are not that nice themselves. They have themselves to blame and they should take responsibility first then PMB will listen but instead they want to intimidate a whole General

2011, south east gave PDP almost 7milion vote but in 2015, they gave PDP 2.5 million vote. you APC should just keep quiet because Igbo didn't really vote GEJ as they did in 2011. anyway, God bless Nigeria
Card reader fall their hand big time, not that they didn't vote gej, 2011 figures were over bloated

The igbos can prove Prof sagay wrong by stopping the blackmail against PMB and accepting him as the Nigerian President.

Truth be told, the average Igbo man is yet to accept PMB as President, they still see GEJ as President and can't move on. This is their problem and PMB is not fooled at all.

This is what most of our Politicians crave for when they vie for elected offices especially those goons in the upper chamber, that is why issues like the TSA and all manner of things that reduce wastage of our resources can never be their priority.

One will be shocked with the amount of dollars Dino would have paid or donated to the Emir for this and also how much he would have budgeted for the day he will be turbaned or given the title. Its difficult to imagine how a so called human rights activist like Dino who exposed the Oduagate is almost competing as the most glamorous celebrity senator, chai.

Our systems are fxcking weak, and this is not just about GEJ only.

Ladoja is only emphasizing what everybody knows, like or hate him, Obsasanjo is more relevant than you think, politicians will abuse him and say he is an expired politician but when elections are near or when they are in trouble, they run to ota to see obj.

I remembered watching a video on this forum where almost everyone in a passenger plane were struggling to have a selfie with obj.

wirinet:
Why should moneys meant for Jonathan/Sambo Campaign organisation be paid into your personal account? Can't the monies paid for running of the office and campaigns be paid directly from the organization's accounts?

This is a strange practice, money donated to the organization is distributed into private accounts. If the organization is being run from private accounts, why not ask the donors to pay directly into private accounts instead of asking them to pay into the organizations accounts first and then transfer in into private accounts. No organization is run that way.

Is this not a contradiction of the quote above? In one paragraph you said monies for the organization was received and controlled by the director of finanance and in the next paragraph, you said you receive money on behalf of your directorate from private individuals and organizations .

Please re-write the response and correct the contradictions.
don't waste ur time on ffk, he has implicated himself further with his so called defence when he has not even been arrested. Let's just chill for the friendly visit to Efcc which our beloved metuh is enjoying now

In abeokuta, all filling stations have compiled to changing their meter to read N86.50k.

But that's just for official purposes. Cos you will get to buy your fuel easily with your N120 with you
that is why you have dpr, by the time they land in their station, they will adjust their metre accordingly, only foolish marketers will disobey this govt. when the pump price was 87 naira, I used to buy at this filling station regularly, but to my amazement after dpr dealt with them, I noticed that my fuel guage was always higher than it used to be, then I discovered that they were cheating all along before enforcement by dpr.

Nigerians are their own worst enemies

The author says

he then goes on to say

The irony is so glaring i find it hard to believe the author is oxford trained.

A man of integrity would not put his name on a document he cannot defend so if Mr Udoma is a man of integrity and as intelligent as the author claims then Mr Udoma would have had a lot to say as far as this budget is concerned and the budget is most likely his brain child.

The article just shows the author hates the president and is finding every possible means to knock him but given that his friend (whom he can vouch for) is in charge, he first tries to exonerate his friend(that is not held against his will) before bashing the president and his party.
That is why nobody listens to aribisala due to his popular hatred for PMB.
Politics › Re: Interrogating The Budget Of Buharinomics, By Femi Aribisala - Premium Times by Goke7: 1:00pm On Jan 06, 2016
Aribisala should know by now, that his anti-buhari stance has not in any way reduce the popularity of PMB among Nigerians, in fact baba's popularity keeps rising as some wailers are beginning to change their minds with the mind blowing theft of pdp over 16 yrs being revealed currently.

The dirty job aribisala keeps doing for the pdp is killing the once largest party in africa faster than imagined.

Politics › Re: When Will PDP Fight Back? by Goke7: 7:13am On Jan 06, 2016
The only way out for the PDP is to approach PMB quietly to negotiate on returning all their loot or whatever is truly left. Their media rants can never intimidate the person of PMB as he will continue to pick them up one by one.

The moral burden on PDP makes them an easy prey for PMB to feast on and with the majority support PMB still enjoys from Nigerians except the 5%, PDP own don finish kpatakpata.
