489 is a provisional (temporary) visa that restricts you to live for 4 years in the regional (rural) areas of the state that sponsors you. The visa fee is the same as that of 189/190. I'll advise you prepare and try PTE again before opting for 489. Trust me, you'll get your desired scores at the next attempt.
Thanks for your thoughts it's highly noted, compliments of the season to you.

Politics › Re: Kaduna APC To Suspend Shehu Sani by Goke7: 12:29pm On Dec 23, 2015
activists are very bad public officers, they can never be loyal to their party as they do not understand party loyalty, reason why the likes of late Gani Fawehinmi could not build a vibrant party he founded which is the NCP. They can be bad administrators as well as they are just talkatives though intelligent but can't walk the talk.

This is why I never wanted a Falana as attorney general when the rumors was making the rounds, they can never be submissive to their superiors, I lost interest in Sani when he was asking useless questions about radio kudirat during the screening of Fayemi as minister.

This is why Dino melaye too has become a liability in the senate. People should be advised before voting for an activist into an elected office., they can be bad choices, its best to leave them in their comfort zone of activism.

I've not seen anywhere Dasuki himself said he gave PMB money, beyond the rumors swirling in papers. The onus is on Dasuki to prove it, the way FG proved Dasuki did share out millions to PDP.

Secondly, yes PMB did collect 2 armored vehicles from the NSA. All former heads of state are entitled to such vehicles, and the NSA is the only official constitutionally empowered to license all armored cars in Nigeria. The ONSA traditionally provides such vehicles to all former HOS.

Thus, there's no crime committed by PMB in collecting his dues, especially as PDP earlier wrecked his SUVs when their footsoldiers attacked him in kaduna.
don't waste your time answering fools please.

buhari is just a noise maker trying to cover his incompetence with the lies that he is fighting corruption! up til now we've not seen the end result of the corruption fight ..if he thinks he is the brave man he is not just tompolo arrest asari too ,and stop paying militant let see if Nigeria won't be too hot for him ...He's a liar now doing everything he accused GEJ govt of..you're not even ashame saying boko haram only took local government? in a country that have military...you should be ashamed ! ..Niger deltans are not ibo chest beaters ,they are not Hausa church and mouse burners or suicide bombers, neither are they Yoruba fearful traitors ..know where to strike Nigeria...remember how white men ran away from Nigeria during the militant crises...in fact all they need do is to target top key foreigners in different part of the country, then fold their hands and watch those country descend on Nigeria .
the fight against corruption is ongoing fight and will never end which will keep giving u guys sleepless night until all our stolen money is recovered. It was under your hero Jonathan that our military became chickens who were running away from boko haram, under PMB how many times have you heard our army running away when fighting boko haram which was a routine under Jona, you Jona supporters should be ashamed that we lost local governments to terrorists under his watch.

The Niger delta struggle can never have the kind of drive it had under yar adua or obj cos all the militants and freedom fighters have become millionaires and billionaires who also looted our treasury, no one takes them serious anymore and as the oil price continues to drop and our economy gradually moves away from oil as the 2016 budget indicates, the Niger delta threat will decline faster and you guys will only come back to this thread to shout human rights, try and see.

Tompolo of today is not the one of yesterday when you have tasted so much money your lose action. Was he not suppose to be a freedom fighter? He is now stealing from that same people he is fighting for? Or what has he done for the Niger Delta? Stupid criminals. I only blame Jona daft.
Tompolo at the end of the day will beg and return his stolen loot, all his supporters here are just making noise, the guy can never go back to the creeks again, he has seen so much money

I know buhari and this new efcc chairman are just noise makers they wouldn't dare arrest tompolo like nmandi KANU..if they try it ! boko haram would be Nigerian pets compared to what will brew up ...
the 2016 budget is not centered on oil revenue so save your breath, tompolo will be arrested when the time comes and heaven will not fall, you think Nigeria is benin republic? as deadly boko haram is , they could only capture local governments not even an entire state, make we hear word jor. you guys are the noise makers indeed.

thank you sir! they keep talking from both sides of the mouth; in one breath they are wailing uncontrollably about the state of things in nigeria, then the people who have put us in this mess are being brought to book, they immediately do and about-turn and start threatening fire and brimstone all because these people (who apparently hardly give a hoot about them) are their supposed kinsmen. truth be told, which of tompolo, asari dokubo and the host of them has brought about any meaning and sincere change to their kinsmen? aren't they living like princes and kings while their folks wallow in penury and continual hardship? yet we are supposed to believe they love their kinsmen wholeheartedly. i wonder when nigerian youth will eventually realize that their real enemies are actually the ones within......not the ones the so-called community leaders and co want us to perceive as enemies for their own selfish and wicked reasons.
The Niger delta struggle ended the day tompolo, asari and co became billionaires, no one takes them serious anymore.

I had already replied your post where you quoted me before seen this. You did not sound as someone genuinely seeking for answers but rather as someone who is well experienced in the subject matter. Well, as someone has told you to take your time and read through the pages in this thread and you will get answers to your numerous questions.

Your case is simple. You could get positive assessment provided you follow the right procedures. As I can see from your information, you are eligible for PR without necessarily going through the study path but you just need to gather the required points . Good luck!
Hello, I do appreciate your posts here especially on pr issues, I got a positive assessment from vetasses for environmental scientist 'nec' some weeks back, I did PTE, which was where I flopped especially in the speaking and listening part, I got over 70 in both writing and reading though, I was actually targeting 190 visa for south australia but looks as if since my pte test scores is not up to the required score in all components, I may not have enough points to apply for nomination, Please what do you advise and is there any other province that has my occupation? Thanks

My friend, the current NASS will be the worst in Nigeria's democratic history. An assembly that has its majority as APC zombies can never perform any oversight function on the current executive. They would rather perform oversight function on an extinct GEJ era, in order to be seen working.

All this is a waste of time and stup1dity coefficient. WE ARE IN NIGERIA, and in this country, budgets and policies never work. By February, the global oil price will fall to $25 dollars, with the influx of US oil and our new found friends, Iran's supply, into the global oil market. There will be a revisit of the budget caused by the massive deficit. If the President wants to do something meaningful and sensitive to the populace, he should get off his high horse and come down to APAPA-OSHODI EXPRESSWAY, and address the real Nigerians who are with each day, getting very close to a civilian bloody coup. He should stop all this APC e- zombie media governance. This entire thread, is a loaf for dreamers and FOOLS.
@the bolded, this is a strong indictment on your beloved GEJ, so was he using his personal money for his transformation agenda then?

you guys are just sore and bitter losers that can never recover, I think the high regard and reverence the National assembly memmbers accorded Mr. President seems to be your pain here grin

What happens to continous investigation even while a criminal is already in detention? So its not a big deal if a fresh charge was brought up against him. Fresh evidences and facts enough to nail the guy has been filed.

To be fair as a patrotic Nigerian and not some misguided people, he ought to have been released first by the DSS, then re-arrested when enough evidence/charge as been established to re-arrest him (with a warrant) as he was only granted bail on the previous charge(s) not an immunity against future arrest(s) in the event he's found to be culpable to any other offense.

Can you please state that which you think the FG cannot finish, let Nigerians know and let time and events judge?

I can only advise that u people get a good defense counsel for this guy, treason is a serious offense against the State.

Another advise, though too late, if this guy is as intelligent as you make him seem, he and his cohort should have gone through the UN statutes, if they have a good case, things would be resolved without bloodshed, then Biafra can leave Nigeria without having to go through what Emeka Ojukwu started and couldn't finish in the late 60s.

International Court of Justice ruled that Bakassi be ceded to Cameroun (with her Oil), did the FG go to war against Cameroun?

Let there be peace, present your case through the right channel and save souls.

God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria
truth is they are not serious about the secession thing, the whole charade is just to get attention from PMB for more political appointments allocated to the se.

This just shows our level of development in Africa, though kenyamo's explanation can never be acceptable in saner climes but it just shows our level of civilization in Africa.

If GEJ, was a northerner, it would have been easier for a Buhari Govt to prosecute him but being a southerner and with level of tribal hatred in the land, prosecuting GEJ will be an uphill task. The tribal thing especially the north-south dichotomy is a better explanation than that of kenyamo.

Honestly I pity Nigeria's democrecy under this administration. What is really happening? Sacking PDP Governors in oil rich states just to gain party relevance there.
Does it mean that all the elections conducted in the North & South West regions were purely free & fair? This one sided judgement is a big slap to our democracy & has to stop for the good of our dwindling economy. Our judiciary is becoming pro APC from the way things are goin.
Nigeria cannot afford to be a one party State. Buhari should note that we are not in the era of coup, decree, anarchy or dictatorship. This is a democratic setting, therefore there is utmost need for the INDEPENDENT OF THE JUDICIARY.
