Like I said earlier, Yes, Owen won the ballon d'or and not FIFA World Best. Ronaldo remains the only player to have won the World Best from EPL. Read those articles on Google properly with comprehension. When Owen won the ballon d'or in 2001, it was just a French award which originated in 1956 and was given to the best player in Europe and not the world.
