Brotherly..... I left that whole tithe and offering kind of thinking a long time ago.
Pastors carefully choose what they preach and cherry pick at portions that advance their quest for enrichment.

Firstly, I don't see any NEED for the whole confession thingy.
It hasn't shown to help issues at all.

Why confess to an individual, however highly placed he might be, who doesn't have the capacity to forgive sins??
It doesn't just add up.....

A silent meditation and adjustment of lifestyle, as well as decision to change from wrongful ways is simply enough.....

Why does the three arms of government exist??
The judiciary are to enforce the laws made by the legislative.
It is never a reason to go against court orders.

Dasuki is a disaster to the nation and a national threat to the masses of Nigeria especially we from the North East.
Do you know what his greed and action in collaboration with Jonathan and his cronies has caused us?

Firstly, I'm not necessarily an opposition.
But you must perforce acknowledge that the rule of law takes precedence. And hence, everyone is subject to the law in present day democracy.
Do you justify a breach in the law, simply Cuz an individual is a suspected or alleged criminal.
I'd like you to justify his detention despite court order.
I am not saying dasuki is innocent. I'm rather saying that the dictatorial tendencies of a leader should not be employed in breaching the law.
Let him be charged to court and that should follow due process.

Honestly, as a country, one can only wonder what we spent the last 50 Years doing....
We don't have much to show for a country that 'grew up' in the 20th century.
Its saddening when you reflect on these issues.
I can only hope at best, that this country gets better.
Especially when you consider the present leadership.
