This will take at least a week to reflect back on your account, depending on the bank. Contact your customer care , I believe you just opened the AliExpress account, it's better to buy Alipockect than pay directly.

Yes, doesn't matter, you'll only need it unlocked if you wish to move from developer to stable rom or from Chinese rom to Global rom.

First you have to move to miui 9 developer rom by downloading it manually and update via the updater app. You'll lose everything in the phone, so backup your useful stuff. When you're done, you'll get the miui 10 notification on the updater app, or you download it manually and update.

Thought you said Redmi note 3, abi na sleep eye? Well if you want adventure you can start with flashing the Global developer rom, or get bootloader unlocked and flash any thing flashable.
