Something is going on that I don't understand. My phone just stopped charging, and when I unplugged and replugged the charger, the lock screen showed that it was charging but the indicator light wasn't on, and the battery icon wasn't reacting either. Please I need help with my Redmi5A.

The phone fell on tiles and the screen is just having a mind of its own. I went for repairs but there is no replacement screen. Please is there anyone with this in stock. I am not ready to let the phone go as it is barely 4weeks old.
