I ran out of luck. After updating to miui9 stable and factory resetting my phone note 4x. I can't use earpiece of any kind with it. Earpiece no more recognised. So sad. Hope xiaomi will look at the issue.

Flash thesame rom again, download manually, might need to even flash it twice.

With camera, flash is both white and yellow, if your casing is transparent, remove it when snapping with flash.

Unless you want to port to developer rom, stable not available for now, will be available very shortly. If you are still keen on moving to developer rom, just be backing up your files now ooo.

Go to settings - apps - all apps - scroll down to document, and enable it. This might do the trick.

Exactly, na d word b dat, na d reason we dey recommend mostly Xioami b dat, though other brands get parts too but not like Xiaomi. Sorry, those tempted by the likes of the Oukitel C8 should also take note.
