Must be a defective unit, even changing the battery that early is a red flag. Things like this happen once in a while. I know of someone who had bad experiences with different units of Redmi 4a.

Have you used a kemage generator before to base your assumption ?

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying Kemage is bad or inferior, they need time to get the same trust we have for others. I can personally buy new brands, in fact that's what I enjoy doing but I can't recommend such for others because they may not be willing to take same route I am willing to.

Assuming there are fake Kemage generators already, is there a way you can identify them? Will always recommend Sumec over Kemage until Kemage prove themselves over time.

I went to a dealer for Sumec Firman Sp3000 but also looking for a gen with Kickstart and pocket friendly, he introduced Kemage to me, a bit cheaper and i think it is 3.0kva. Bone of contention, is this Kemage worth it?
Mind you, I have been seeing the Kemage around (seems a new product in the market)

Will recommend the Sumec over it, just try and ensure it's original. It's not cheap though.

Secondly about the oil ,I do use Conoil oil since I bought the gen and it doesn't dry up till I change it will just change colour ,but I bought oando oil recently it was drying up please what could be the problem.

Go back to your former oil. You don't oil because of change of colour, change after between 50-70 running hours. Your generator not bringing power, it's likely your AVR is having issues.

I have no idea, just beware of inferiors. A neighbour bought for Eco 1990s earlier in the year for around 40k( of course the mechanic must have had a filled day). Eco 1990s should cost same as the spg 1800. You may be better off getting a new generator, price.

You mean it's at zero. Well, it's likely the firing speed of the generator is too high, hence the loud noise. You can get someone to help you check it.

There should be a voltmeter beside your generator, the type found in stabilizers. I am asking to know if the firing speed is too high on your generator.
