Try another repairer with source of battery, it's likely the batteries he has been using are fakes. I have experience this first hand, the moment phone is about to boot up, it turns off, just like a bootloop.

The gen supply is very low and no improvement after changing AVR.

No need to waste money, gather money buy new generator.

Hello house. I use an elapaq constant. What could be the cause, gen sound is not smooth. Sound as if it wants to off when using it, unless i set the choke to the middle. I already cleaned the carburetor with carburetor cleaner.

Clean or replace spark plug; change oil too. Check the running speed if it's too low.

Get an original 3.5kva generator. I think you don't take care of your generator properly for it to breakdown in 8 months. Still possible you have not been getting an original generator. How long do you run it on average everyday and how often do you change oil?
