Hello xiaomi enthusiasts,
I've been trying to fund my AliExpress pocket for a while now but to no avail. Opened another account but same issues with d error message as seen in d screenshot below. Please, what should I do. The cc is taking eternity to fix this. Using GTB MasterCard. Account is well funded & active for Online transaction.
Kindly advise.
Cc: gptech, guente02, grandmufti, onj, etc
Just keep trying.

I see, btw how is the size of your Mi Max, how does it compare to a Samsung note in terms of size?.. Am really tempted just for that big battery but the size worries me. Am using a one plus one which is 5.5 inches..
It looks far bigger even in pictures, but when you handle it you'll be surprised.

I will say 99.9% are unaware, most people buy what's available in there country, whether you are in Africa or Europe.. Secondly, after sale service is another issue; God forbid if that your mi max stops working today, imagine the hassle you have to go through just to return it.. Xiaomi's main market remains China and India, but I see them expanding into other markets in the near future..
Yea, after sale is what many people fear. For me am already used to it. Apart from changing of screen and digitizer, then maybe change of battery and flashing of roms, I don't see how the afters sales service of the likes of carlcare can be of help to someone. The best part may be replacement of faulty devices which is very good. But I can solve over 90% of these myself and even quicker. I understand many cannot do what we do to get our phone fixed. I just feel this after sale thing is exaggerate, afterall I still have an Infinix zero that couldn't be fixed up till now. In another case, a friend's infinix note 2 fell in salt water and refused to come up. Took it to carlcare they said we should deposit #21,500 because the panel and screen were badly affected, and new phone was #32,500. Na so we pass run.

This beef wey una get for mtk devices ehn.. Older version of mtk yes, newer versions of mtk seem to hold their own against snapdragon processors..
Bros nr b beef ooo, I use redmi note 2, have seen others using redmi note 3. Even redmi note 4 is there for you to see. The handwriting on the wall is clear, apart from price there is no where Mediatek can compete with Snapdragon. Mediatek has a lot of catching up to do apart from increasing the number of cores. Battery life is not good, and low light performance for camera is especially poor. No need for any argument, MediaTek are doing a great job but they are not there yet. I can't even compare with Exnos or Kirin.

lalassticlala:
Pls Snapdragon vs MTK which one is better?
Its like asking which is better between Toyota and KIA, you are too broad. But for similar speced Xioami phones, the snapdragon is better but you spend more too. In terms of head to head comparison, snapdragon is better generally, the selling point of mtk is cheap pricing. Finally there are just about four Xiaomi phones running mtk chips ( redmi note 2,redmi note 3, redmi note 4, and I think redmi note 4G, you can add if there are more), all others run on Snapdragon chips or maybe some other chipset)

@Gptech: Thanks. What is the name of the app?
Just type aliexpress on Google play store, you'll get the app. By the way all Xiaomi phones I know of are dual sims, for the Mi max and some other phones aside flagships, you have the option of using the second sim as memory card slot.

Thanks bro. Is it a double sim phone? Kindly give me a link to the store.

Please don't say my questions are "naive" but how do you determine the following while buying online;

-If the device is on Global Stable ROM?
-Determine which post office the device will be delivered to?
-Chat with the seller before purchase?
As stated, chat with the seller and tell him /her that you want the Global stable rom installed (Though all 3 devices I got from Dreami store came with Global stable without me making any request) . Your device will be sent to the post office nearest to the address you filled. To chat with the seller before purchase, you'll see the option to send seller a message(order message) before placing the order. I think its better you use the app.

Plz can someone tell me the price of xiaomi redmi 3 nd xiomi mi max and where i can get one in warri. Tank u
Redmi 3 or Redmi note 3?
Depending on the version you need, Mi max is from $170 currently
Redmi note 3 pro from $128
You don't get them in stores, you either order or you buy from nairalanders here. Might be of help to you if you have Access visa card since you are in Warri.

Plz can you also give me your review about the phone grin
Hmm, me when nr sabi review grin
The Mi Max will not just blow your mind but explode it too grin
Ok, the display is wow! Bigger really is proving to be better indeed. The phone is far smaller than I expected, its really slim and light too, yes light! I handled the Gionee m5 plus with 5000mah battery and 6 inch display just after placing my order, I was really discouraged because of its weight because the Mi max has larger screen and almost similar battery backup, but am pleased to confirm as stated that the phone is really light!
As for performance, its blazing fast!. The only average score for the Mi Max as expected is the camera quality which is not different from what you get with the likes of the redmi note 3 and 4 ( of course it might be great to you, I hardly appreciate phone cameras). The sound output through headphones is not as loud as my redmi note 2, the redmi note 3 pro is a blast compared to this.
As for the battery, I rest my case. It just refused to die! Will post screenshots of usage pattern later. Its easily the best performer so far in terms of battery.
Again the display is awesome. if you read a lot at night, the lowest brightness is really good and will not hurt your eyes.
