Why am I not surprised? Men will ALWAYS cheat even at the detriment of their life, career and future. Yep, they can throw it all away for 5 minutes of madness. |

holusormi: op,i feel u jarwe..for those of you crying and shouting that it's just a car, pls guys do the whole of nairaland a big favor and shutup,, when yall is old/rich enough to buy yourselves Nice rides, believe me it's gonna be like a baby to u..op even try sef...u try that shit with some people i know and they gonn throw your ass outta the car...it's his car, he bought it with his money, he maintains it with his money, her fuels it with his money, he cleans it with his hand, he bought the car stereo with his money and HE'S OFFERING YOU A FREE RIDE, the least you can do is follow his rules...chikena!!# Erm, this is a faceless Forum and believe me some people owns better cars than whatever he thinks he owns. So pls enough of the rich talk crap. When you genuinely help people, there is an inner gratifying PEACE that follows. If you lack this peace, and all you feel is anger, intolerance within you at the point of helping others, then you haven't done a thing. You might as well never do it. The act of HELP isn't conducive, it must take something from you. Your money, comfort, time. But the ability to do this with joy regardless of the inconveniences is where the blessing lies. That fulfilment is priceless. So if this OP is really this pissed at people he helps, then he might as well not do it at all. And there are very polite ways to correct people rather than put up a mean face and worse of all REGRET that he helped a fellow human. If he's this unhappy yet helps them, I personally call it pretence and its not a genuine component of HELP. I get people can be ill mannered, the ability to politely correct them even in a playful way will help, while you retain the joy of helping others. But I insist OP get pinch body 5 Likes |

Religion / Re: Sorry Pastor Kun, i am Just Asking by Gracious10: 1:15am On Nov 08, 2012 |
Pastor Kun: You must reall be pissed to have posted multiple times. I don't know where this argument started, am not here to change your mind cos I was that Myopic until I knew better. All I get from your writeup is immense anger that these men of God are rich. I would also like to draw your attention to the fact that MOG are not mapped out for the poverty mission. For the fact that you are a Christian doesn't make u poor. You sound like you would have believed them better if they were poor and never preached prosperity. I still don't know when that part became a taboo for Christian/MOG. I would also draw your attention to the fact that these men are BIz owners with divers well profiting businesses apart from the congregation they pastor. Also the issue of tithing that you are crying about is biblical and I for one is reaping from obeying just that single principle! I knew what my Thomas of a life was before I saw better. Malachi 3:8-10. I was a rebel for all who paid tithe and the hatred you have for this issue wasn't more than mine. Again because you read and interpret bible differently doesn't make the word of God lies. Heb 7:5. tithes are for priests and if a single MOG has more than enough members which means he is touching lives and people are paying attention to him. So he gets more tithe. Know it also that there are pastors who have been in ministry for years yet they still struggling with 20 members. Some also get into where they are not called cos the call of God comes with specific gifts, some can pray for healing while others deliverance. The person with gift for deliverance cannot take the place.of that for healing. If Oyedepo mandate is prosperity, then that's what is it and as you have observed no pastor has beaten him to it. Those who ridiculed him are beginning to add that teaching to their messages. No Christian is meant to be poor. Christ died that I may have life and have it abundantly and prosperity is definitely included. Also if these things were not working for individuals in his congregation, they wouldn't heed his teachings neither are they being forced to give. Know also all these things are done in faith, if one person makes a seed offering with faith, receives their healing and the other doesn't, whose fault do you think it is? ( I have personally asked a MOG to give me back my seed offering cos what I prayed for didnt happen) but you know, the bible says my people perish cos of lack of knowledge. I had thought because I gave all that money, there should be answers but God is not mocked, whatever u sow you reap! If you sow faithlessness, you reap unanswered prayers. If you feel everyone of us is deluded then you got more work on your hands. While you are busy trying to cure our deluded minds, we are busy basking in the promises of Christ. |

Religion / Re: Haunted Or Gifted? by Gracious10: 5:36pm On Nov 07, 2012 |
CrazyMan: Please read my post properly. Yes this started 36 days ago but I have also had the ability to see things in my dreams since I was a child although the things I see are impending danger about to occur so I stopped informing people of what I see in dreams. I have never being confused of my dreams but this new one is scaring. Now this one started clearly, I don't need to sleep to see it, I just see through that person as long as that individual is insight and close by, I also get to see people with beautiful hearts as well. What happened to the diverse gifts written in the bible? I hate being in the spotlight and this isnt just welcoming. |
Religion / Haunted Or Gifted? by Gracious10: 3:22pm On Nov 07, 2012 |
Before I start, I would state that I am born-again Christian and sorely Belive in Christ alone. I have come here on religious forum to seek insight cos as a young Christian, I have followed some peoples opinion on issues of Christianity and they have proven to be unadulterated. For 36 days now, I have been experiencing something very wired. Now this is it: I tend to see peoples problems written all over them as they approach or converse with me. It's like their entire life is like a book on their body. I also tend to read or hear them say things in their head. I know I had the abilities of dreams although those diminished over time and my dreams are 90% accurate. Most of them were terrible painful things about happening to people and usually they don't believe me so I quit informing them. Now this issue of seeing deeper than I should see is quite bothersome, I don't like it because most times am so forced to inform these people of the impending danger. Although I have refused to tell'em anything so far. Now I have a co-worker, something very terrible is about to happen to, should I tell her or just shut up? I don't understand what this thing is, infact I have been praying to get rid of it but it gets stronger each day. I don't know if am haunted or have a gift. More experienced Christ believing Christians, pls help! BTW, I don't get to see anything about myself except in dreams |

deshclones: what do you expect from amala people? Yoruba people always run from their problems....fear fear tribe.....i trust ma igbo brothers..they will rather do 10 menial jobs than abscond from their responsibilities... I concur! Although I hate to be racially biased in this. However, people react differently to obvious overwhelming situations. He choose to run but the responsibilities still awaits him. |
