I can't answer for him , everyone has his own strength and area of specialization ,i only tried to correct a narrative and perception.

Oga that is not the job of a mechanical engineer , don't confuse it with Automobile engineer... Mechanical Engineering is far beyond that scope... Energy and power ,Materials , Refrigeration and air conditioning ,pumps ,valves ,compressors ,turbines , production/ designs etc are few aspect of mechanical engineering. The word Mechanic and mechanical are completely different.Thank you.

That's why they disengaged there contractor staff and they started transfer their staff to other NNPC subsidiaries.

Other oil producing countries such as Saudi Arabia still operate NOC similar to NNPC , remove NNPC today then our power sector will crumble. NNPC remains the major sustainer of our generating station.
I pray the scheduled rehabilitation in the refineries work as planned. The current GMD hasn't come to play ,he has been fair in his duties concerning this recruitment.

They encourage the redundancy of workers in that place. If government tries to privatize the refineries, they protest against it claiming government should do turnaround maintenance. We all know that government businesses in Nigeria are bad. See the power sector for example. Are the workers not better off now? I heard AEDC for example pays marketers up to 300k. I doubt they had it that good when it was under government control. Even the NNPC would be better off if government reduce control over it. See NLNG for example and how efficient it has been. NUPENG is not fighting a just course as far as I am concerned.

ISPON has several branches and each branch handles its affairs on Training matters without the knowledge of the president, president only comes in during screening of membership and there is no form of eating and drinking and it is also organized at branch level or sometimes combined with two to three branches. Induction of members is also not organized by the president.

Please be informed that should you be interested in registering for the courses, you are to visit the www.ispon.gov.ng website. The group broke into 2 factions due to shameless and childish leadership tussle of which one of the problems was about the wife of the president being the woman who has been the single contractor cooking meals for trainees during certification training programs, among other silly reasons for the leadership tussle. Eventually, the ispon.gov.ng group seemed to have won the case in court and as such granted approval by the Government to use the .gov.ng web address.

I love been practical, it's now you are talking, i don't think they are fighting for higher positions such as SS3 -SS1, for most of them all they need is the conversion and not those positions meant for EH at higher cadre. I heard in some SBUs it is fully HND/Bsc with few NDs and they were all subjected to pass through interviews. We should leave them alone and focus on ours.

So how does the operators and the likes be a senior staff at the management level without passing through some special conditions meant for this positions.They will be given a though in a cadre suitable to them, not a cadre meant for a specialist with a COREN or for a sales person with PhD and 15 years of experience. These categories can't go near ss2 and above

Let us include in our prayers that oil price doesn't fall below $22 otherwise, EH should not expect any list now. That's reality. They would rather maintain or even cut cost than to add to it. Growing up as a child wasn't a rosy one for me. I wouldn't categorize myself as a child that was born with silver spoon because I went through hell.

On some nights, I would go to bed without eating. On very bad days, I would sustain lots of injuries as a result of the beating I received from people I lived with.

As at the age of knowing what is good and bad, I found myself in a Motherless babies home. Before then, I used to see every child as my siblings. I saw the lack of resemblance, the disunity and several other factors that sent the signal to me that we weren't siblings.

I lacked motherly care and affection. I attended my primary, secondary and tertiary education while in the motherless babies home.

When it was time for me to get married, a young man called Ken came my way. He looked charming and disciplined. He was educated too. I felt we could build a home together.

He proposed to marry me, I accepted. The whole engagement process played out very fast. A date was fixed in which I shall visit his parents.

On getting to his parents house, I met his parents, they welcomed me in such a nice way. Something was not right as we had a conversation. I noticed the mother of my fiance staring at me constantly. I got worried. I started thinking if I had met her somewhere before that time.

You are saying a different thing. Anyone who is registered knows about these routes. I registered through the NSE route too. The simple argument was whether COREN now requires master's before Engineers could Abe registered and I have shared the current requirements for registration according to COREN website which prooved false.

Delta State institution pay higher than Federal ,of course i am certain of the higher institutions.

I doubt though. States like delta pay 68k but after their deductions, they are left with 62k. Heard that its same with federal too.

I am a COREN registered and i registered through the NSE route ,those who attended last year COREN assembly should be aware of this. The normal route is to pass through NSE and not through the direct COREN route. But for sometime now the direct COREN window has been opened.
