Hello everyone in thresd.....I need your help with this information... I apply for a tourist visa last year September and was denial, can't say on what ground because I applied via an agent so this time I decided to apply on my own....I want to apply again as a student hope...I won't raise an eyebrows....pls I need your opinions thanks

@Necky101 did you use dispatch?, as in did you indicate you want your passport dispatched to you?, cos most of the delays are with people who opted for the dispatch option.

There is really no link ....i was just applying for several jobs .....Just search for multinational companies in Dubai and check their website for vacancies...then apply if you are qualified

No i didn’t apply through a recruiting agency, i applied directly on the company website...it’s a multinational company and I’ve been working on it since March . No fee was paid , they handled everything ..Traveling and resuming next week. Btw, medicals and biometrics can be done in a day..spent almost 100k ( to be refunded with proof of receipt ) on both but them no gree approve my visa since, almost a month now...they finally approved it yesterday...flights booked ✅ accommodation ✅.
I have been following this thread for a while and everybody seems to be talking about security jobs , nursing, and some other menial jobs mostly through agents...you can try applying on multinational company’s website, most especially in the free zones...it’s not so easy but doable and the pay is way better than all this agent job.

I got attracted to this page due to assistance rendered by lovely people here and great testimonies. I observed that its been a while people gave testimonies or should we say there are no recent granted visas> Abeg, share testimonies to encourage people like me. I know God will do mine as well.

They have delays in dispatching and collection ( return) of passport that's why...

I have tried to track it but the status remains same. Today is the 8th working day since I received the mail for “decision made”. And a total of 12 working days from the day of biometrics.

I have gone to Embassy in VI, sat there and only left after I was tired. Would going to TLS help? I submitted at the Ikeja Centre.

It's normal I applied on 16th September and got concluded SMS, have gone for pickup still not ready....has anyone been in this shoes before

When I went to TLS to complain, I met another lady whose passport has been held for five months after the concluded mail. She refused to leave.

Our cases was escalated and still no feedback to me till date.

This is really bad, bro all I believe is prayers in this issues, there is nothing God can't do...I will just stay patiently and wait, it will be out.

Omo enter UK first before asking all this agents questions.....and allow faith take it's course

Just in case you don't know..you can not work or study with tourist visa or even rent a house even if your uncle is Boris Johnson

Someone just told me that docs that are either longer or shorter than the A4 size during scanning and uploading at the visa office will be rejected so I need to make copies of those docs to ensure it’s A4 size.
