So is Musa concluding his career at the prime age of 28?
Next time, read the article. It clearly says it's a short term flexible deal.
Which by inference could mean once he rides out this period keeping fit and the transfer window opens up, he can sign up to any of the over 1000 foreign clubs probably in lower intensity leagues who would be happy to sign him.

Finally! Thank you.

I remember hustling to watch all Yekini's matches on TV when he came back home to play.

All those other "face me, I face you" -mentality -having people commenting nonsense up and down this thread would make you understand better how this country manages to remain backwards.

I understand your solidarity!

But bro, just accept the harsh reality!

was it not same Ahmed Musa that warmed the bench all through our qualifiers last time?

so you think I'm stupid ahbi? who leaves All Nassr (oil Money) for dry land KANO pillarshuh

Which dirty endorsement deal were you even talking about. If you are a business owner, will you start endorsing a Nigerian player whom Europe and other developed countries have refused to signi?/ just look at our national team and the competition around! oga! This is it for Musa!

Make your head dey your NECK O!!!
As per God wey you be na. "That is it for Musa."
You lot just ignore the entire article and cling to the headline former ng nairaland local champions while someone makes an informed decision on his career path.
If e like make he retire today, he still has more options than most of the people tapping on this thread.
Making it sound as if the guy has committed some form of crime by going to play for his former club.
Musa gets to stay fit, improve the image of the NPFL and most importantly that of his club Kano Pillars.
If e too pain anybody, make he go wear boot enter pitch.

Nope! He shouldn't. This is just a tip of the iceberg. The ESN/UGM has not even started yet. Support them to burn everything from Eleme Junction to Obolo to the ground. They need more fundraising.
Next up is the assassination of certain notable people from the region who do not see eye-to-eye with your leader's vision.

So state police headquarters could not defend itself,
But a police station in a rural area could?

these killings are being stagemanaged by Fulani police. soldiers, and DSS.
If you are non Fulani in the security services, better watch your back.
The actors can easily decide to sacrifice you to prove how serious this thing is.
Will you shut it?!
When the Igbo's were contributing money to buy arms for an uprising, where did you think the battle was going to take place in? Abuja, Kano or Lagos?
These brave Igbo warriors, backed by their people are erasing security posts and wasting any uniformed soul along the way as part of a carefully orchestrated plan to achieve their dreams and you want to put it on Fulani herdsmen?

2023 is shaping up with big moves by stakeholders in the South Eastern war theatre.

The booming tourism industry in Owerri will suffer now because nightlife in Owerri has just been murdered.
Lol. Relax. The decline will get to all the states in that region eventually as long as these attacks and counter attacks continue. You don't expect an economic boom when you turn your own land into a war zone. Just ask those in the North East. The biggest joke is thinking that this is going to end anytime soon. No it won't.
2023 elections are coming up. It will not be out of place to think that some stakeholders in the region are manipulating current situations to further their claim on the next presidency.
EndSars started peacefully until some people bought fuel and matches to the party to use the gullible to achieve certain aims. Same thing might be happening in the South Eastern theatre right now. It's going to get much worse. ...and yes; it will all be happening in the S.E. The utopian dream that maybe this will lead to the withdrawal of security apparatus from the region to allow IPOB and the beloved ESN/UGM free reign is just what it is - a dream. Dem go fight am dirty. And all that fight will happen in the South East.
So the advice is to dig in and get ready for the ride. There'll be victories and defeats on both sides of the divide. Let no one be it the security forces or the Biafrans come and disturb us about injustice this time around.

One thing that really baffles me about these guys is the way they employ denial tactics.
In 1966, Igbo politicians in connivance with their military officers staged a coup which was celebrated by Igbo's at time. Today, they are denying it wasn't them.
Aguyi Ironsi came with his unifying decree which weakened the regional structures. Today, they trying to deny it.

Ipob and their supporters have been bragging about having weapons, showing us clips of gun battles and all. Now they are attacking law enforcement agencies and their supporters say ipob and ESN are unarmed and peaceful and we should call the attackers unknown gunmen.

When the military kills any of the 'unknown gunmen' they will start crying and saying those are innocent people killed by the army, for how can the army kill unknown people.
They enjoy tagging every crime involving guns to Fulani's, they litter nairaland with threads portraying negativity about other tribes, but when anyone says something about them, they rush to create a topic titled igbophobia and all lie down there to wail on how they are being hated.

As for Kanu, he should stop showing himself as a made in China Shekau. If your people do something, take responsibility for it, but no, he is scared of extradition.

However, whether known or unknown gunmen, they will deal with them just like boko haram are being dealt with.
Exactly. The ESN/IPOB should, like their BH counterparts be bold enough to own take responsibility for their deeds. Well, wether they deny or accept, it won't be long before the S. East begins to be referred to as the Eastern theatre.

That's the price to pay for freedom. ESN will fight back. The rest of the country is going to be on fire, while the East will be at peace during the ensuing battle between the Nigerian sovereign forces and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Jewish soldiers. So no worries.

I knew where this killing of police by ‘unknown gunmen’ was headed! Those (mainly Igbo/southern) police officers were expendable pawns used by the northern muslim ‘owners of Nigeria’ as an excuse....justification for them coming into Alaigbo to engage in their favourite pastime, which is extra-judicially murdering Igbo youths!
Spare us the French abeg. Last last, who did your so -called ”Saint Unkown Gunmen" kill? Igbos.
Who are the saints just killed now? Igbos.
Where did all these take place? In Igbo land.
End of story.

Let me go to iPod Facebook page and go read reactions jare. The ESN expectedly will launch more attacks on the security forces and will also receive the same measure of aggression, if not more. All of that will still happen in Igbo land.

Some foolish northerners cheered -on boko haram when they started. They are living in IDP camps now. Their communities desolate war zones. Let that sink in.

I can see that you have been triggered. Calm down and face facts. Not emotions.

If you Onitsha people feel that the rest of us are wary of you, remmber you brought it upon yourselves. I have already mentioned Ifeajuna. Another one is Nnamdi Azikiwe. Another Onitsha indigene that betrayed Biafra, joined the enemy while we were still at war and went to London to badmouth Ojukwu who was fighting for his people's survival. But can we forget that Anthony Ukpabi Asika? Another Onitsha indigene that was used by Gowon against his own people during the war? We still sing songs about his betrayal.

No Biafran heroes were from Onitsha.
Most Biafran traitors were from Onitsha.

We are not yet ready to trust the intentions of your Obi.
Nice to finally hear from one the heroes of Igbo land directly. An advice: when next you guys go out for operation, please make sure you don't kill only the Igbo officers like you did last time out. It's embarrassing. You ESN guys have shown guts.
P.s: You write well. Some people are trying to make us believe that ESN members are only touts. Thank you for proving them wrong.
