Very commendable from great Igbo tribe. When will we yoruba tribe realise that nigeria is not working and start charting our own course for a new nation where our children future will be protected?.

How i wish we were not religiously divided in yoruba land, we would hav been speaking with thesame voice like the great Igbo nation who are homogeneous ethnicaly and religiously.

No region is working in nigeria. If we look carefully we will realise that our governors are doing worse to us than the federal government.
Just think of the amount of resources wasted in Rivers, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Imo, Delta, ondo states, etc by their governors from 1999 till date with no industry or tangible infrastructure to show for it you will weep for us.
Ibos in diaspora should first think of their economic upliftment of their region before this clamour for seccession.
If any region in nigeria pulls out with the present crop of selfish leaders the situation in southern sudan will be childsplay in comparism to what shall become of them.

TRUTHTOPOWER:
GEJ the hero had no clue how to give justice to Biafra, Niger Delta. He is loved and worshipped by those he left at the mercy of marginalisation. Was GEJ hopping to be there for ever. What justice did he do to any part of Nigeria that would insulate them from injustice to a large extent.

What is the infrastructure in the east or south that could usher in development?
Seaport?
East West Road?
Revenue Sharing formula?
Restructuring?
Did he exercise presidential power as if he was on an urgent mission to right any wrong in 6 years?

And when you extend it to 16 years of PDP. Was poverty rate not increasing from year to year? Was naira not falling from year to year?

So If you deem one government to be bad and you look back to the previous ones it was not good on its own terms but only appearing to be good when compared to what you now have, what do you do? Lazily, you crawl back to where you came from and begin the cycle all over again.

If you are clueless as to how to be a wise citizen 1 year to election, how do you expect the citizens you elect to be any wiser than your clueless self.

Asthma is caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Environmental factors include exposure to air pollution and allergens. Other potential triggers include medications such as aspirin and beta blockers.

There is no cure for asthma in othodox medicine but there is cure in Nigeria Herbal Medicine which I will teach you today how to cure Asthma using herbal medicine.

Medicinal Usefulness of Wonderful Kola

Wonderful kola also known as (buchholzia) seeds is quickly gaining popularity as it seems to be a cure to almost all ailments. Its look stands out from the normal kola as it looks like a root and not a fruit like the others.


We gathered a list of cures to a few ailments. The procedures may seem crude but as we all know, when it comes to nature, the cruder, and the better.

For each ailment listed below, wonderful kola is taken in doses and mixed with various liquids. Please ensure to use as stated below for maximum effect. These are just a few examples of the work of wonderful kola.  There’s so much more to be gained from its usage.

 Asthma

Get 3 wonderful kola balls and a small amount of ginger. Grind all these together and mix with 50cl pure honey and 25cl lime juice. Take a tablespoon full, three times daily for a month.


Waist pains

Backache and stomach problems: Cut 3 wonderful kola into pieces and pour into 50cl measurement of soda water. Take a shot per day, twice daily for as long as needed.


Ulcer

Get 3 wonderful kolas and 3 unripe plantain, pound everything together. Pour 3 liters of water on it for 2 days, then filter after the two days have elapsed. Take half a glass twice daily for a month.


Burning belly fat

Use 3 wonderful kolas and 3 lime, mixed with extra lemon. Take 4 tablespoons, morning and night for two weeks.


Menstruation pains

Cut 3 wonderful kola into pieces and mix with 50cl measurement of lime juice. Allow to ferment for 24hrs, effective when taken during menstrual period. Take 4 tablespoons, twice daily for two weeks.


Impotency

Get 3 Wonderful cola, cut it into pieces, prepare with hot (local gin) for 2 days, after that take a shot cup before breakfast and one after meal in the night for 3 days.


Typhoid and Malaria 

Get 4 wonderful cola, 4 ginger, 4 bitter cola, cut them into pieces and prepare with 2 bottles of 7up for 2 days. Adult: 2 spoonful, children: 1 tablespoon.


Toothache: Get 1 cola, grind and put inside ogogoro (local gin) for some minutes, then put in your mouth for 3 minutes.

Worms: Get 2 wonderful cola, grind and put in tonic water for 2 days. Adult: 2 tablespoon and Children: 1 tablespoon, 2 times daily.

Rheumatism: Get 4 wonderful cola, 4 ginger, 5 bitter cola, 2 alligator pepper, little iyere spice, scent leaf, pound together and prepare with hot. Take 2 spoon in the morning and in the evening.

Gonorrhea: Wonderful cola, potash, tobacco leaf, 15 ampicillin capsules, prepare with hot. Take 2 spoon in the morning and at night.

Cholera: Buy 3 wonderful cola, prepare with lime juice and scent juice for 2 days. Adult, 2 spoon; children, 1 spoon 4 times daily.


Whit-low: Grind 1 wonderful cola and put in lime juice to ferment, put your affected finger in it for 10 minutes. Do it repeatedly, it will disappear.

That is wrong. Even if your tenant is stubborn or whatever, u still have to follow the due process & get your lawyer to serve them quit notice and take them to court. The court will be the one to eject them, not you. You can't take the law into your own hands.

As you progress thru the court they (the court will be paying your bills and childrens school fees)?
That the law is sckewed against the land should not make us to lose sight of what is morally right or wrong.
After using a premeises for several years you refuse increase in rent because the law is in your favour and expect the land lord to fold his hands.
Once a landlord asks me for increase in his house rent I either pay up, negotiate with him or evoke the tenancy notification clause which is three months notice to relinquish the premises because his house is a business venture.

This thread is to draw the attention of Nigerians and the security agencies to the illegal things some landlords do in Lagos. I read one thread here on Nairaland where a lady cried out for help when her landlord took the law into his hands and broke into the lady's shop in Abule Egba and stole her money and goods from her shop. So landlords are now taking the law into their hands and doing illegal ejection using threats and breaking of apartments. This country can never develop if we keep supporting crime. I decided to immediately investigate her claims since the area is popular in Abule egba and I will give u the result of my investigation later.

What surprised me was that many people who commented were blaming the lady for not quitting the shop when the landlord started threatening her. As if it's so easy to leave a place you've been doing business and people know u for up to seven years or more. It surprises me that instead of Nigerians to strongly condemn such behavior by the landlord, they're indirectly encouraging it. So is it that the law is now dead in Nigeria? How can someone have the guts to do such a thing and people are now turning it into a tribal war and sentiments instead of tackling the main issues?

Look this can happen to anybody so we shouldn't blame the lady for not quitting the shop since last year. Do you know the reason why she couldn't leave the shop? That's not what she asked u to advice her, she said she needed to alert the people and the government that her life was in danger and she needed urgent protection since it seems the landlord was trying to compromise and bribe the police and refused to honor police invitation despite the gravity of his offense.

I'm also surprised dat even when some people turned it into tribal issues and suggested that she must be igbo and the landlord must be yoruba, she still came to the thread and told us that both herself and the landlord are yorubas but people still insulted her despite you know she needed help. You sit at the comfort of your home to type and insult others and don't know what people are going through. This can happen to anybody. It happened to that lady now, it can happen to you or your family or friends tomorrow. So you never can tell.

This is what i found out as i investigated. Her claims are very true even the stealing of her money and goods. That place is a very busy place and popular in abule egba. The lady has been there for many years. That woman they call iyalode is an illiterate woman who was jealous of her because she's educated. The iyalode is the landlord's late elder brother's wife and she behaves like a lord and a government unto herself on that street by going to many of the shops and stalls on that Santos avenue to always extort money and many things from them.

What led to the hatred is because this lady refused to give her a weavon she's selling in her shop which cost more than 10k for free. For God's sake how do you expect someone to give u under duress what she's selling to make a living just because u're the landlord's brother's wife. This is even when this lady used to make hair for the iyalode free that last year. She started hating her when she knew she cannot just come and take anything from d lady's shop as she used to do to some other shops.

That was how this woman ganged up wit the landlord against her and told her to quit so that they can give the shop to another person who would pay more than what she was paying. But instead of giving her quit notice they started spoiling her name and cut off her light last year. And u people are supporting this kind of behavior? This country is finished because people can no longer think objectively! So when they were tied of spoiling her name since she just ignored them, they now ganged up again and the landlord came himself with thugs to break her door and stole her money and goods. There are witnesses who saw him. Her shop is well stocked with costly cartons of weavons and attachments and hair creams so I wonder why people were saying she can't have such money in her shop. How much is 170k by the way that a person can't have it in his shop? Are Nigerians that poor?

When a person has a problem, try and help if u can but don't worsen the problem with ur words. The landlord has committed a serious crime as far as I'm concerned and must be dealt with according to the law. If it's in saner climes this landlord and that iyalode and those people who conspired against this lady should be in prison by now. Nigeria will remain backward if we keep supporting evil and if the police keep taking bribes to favour certain people. My one cent.

What if she is the one that wants to vacate the shop and the landlord refuses that she must continue as a tenant in that shop?
Will the landlord be justified then?
