Pogba isn't armed with the complete range of midfield attributes.

Naturally, a CM is expected to dictate the pace of the game from the middle of the park. He must know when to calm the tempo of the game and when to raise it. Dominating play is what makes you a CM not running around the pitch like a confused rab rat.

I am sure Pogba doesn't even consider himself a CM given the amount of runs he makes every game. So to compare him with a total midfield package like Kroos should be punishable by law.
