The players need to build a mental toughness. It's apparent from their body language that they're being controlled by the unfortunate circumstance. They should be the ones in control of the circumstance not the other way round.

Our failure to strengthen in the summer saw the team start this season poorly. Then was the Eva Caniero's debacle which dealt the players' morale a big blow.
