Emmagency: Lool.. This is the very first time I'm seeing this sort of question here..

Here's how to go.

1. Take a bus to Oshodi (Don't get to Oshodi Isale Oooh)
2. Get a bus to Ikeja (Alight at Onigbongbo Bus Stop)
3. Cross to the other side, walk forward a little and take the first corner by your left.
4. Ask for Mike Otedola Crescent (You'll be directed to take a Keke Napep)
5. At the gate of the crescent, just tell them you're going to 'IOM'
You are right. I'm not lagos resident and plan to visit my sis then do my tb test. I'ii be coming from Iyano ipaja. How do I go about it?

Gov. Chime should be jailed for making a false acclaimed disposition of his former wive, Clara.
Clara should have learned her lesson too.

Culture › Re: Nairaland Official Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba Dictionary by guiddoti: 8:25pm On Jul 29, 2014
StarFlux: Anglicisation.

Haven't you watched these Yoruba movies where literally 60-70% of the spoken language is actually English. It's sad really. Yoruba has the agglutinative features to make it ideal for creating new words effortlessly. That as well as the already existing words.

"Direba, dokita, skuulu" is only the beggining I'm afraid. Fluency among youths is bottom low which is why you see these bastardized words making it into the language.
Your point is just perfect. It is one of the reasons I hate watching adulterated films, particularly yoruba, they will never speak 100% Yoruba without mixing it with English. Oyibo will never adulterated their language but rather build on it
Culture › Re: Can Black Magic(juju)be Sent To Someone Abroad by guiddoti:
fanficgirl: Lol people still believe black magic exists? Lol get your head out of the dark ages and face enlightment..
Your post caption my attention on the subject matter. I discovered you arent resident in this part of our continent. An African man believes metaphysis, a practice of magic. And, this has been norms and value. Magic is real. In a world of form, the spiritual controls the physical. If you have studied philosophy, abstract projection is possible, which eckist and other fraternities have been building their communications with the devil. For this, Africa has been living in the dark ages. It is one too many problems facing Africa. Have you heard or seen where a man using magic against his kins men because he doesnt want anyone to be richer than him.? Have you heard or seen where a woman will collect virtues (planceta) of her children for ritual purposes. Do you know a man can be summoned through fettish and diabolic mean? All these are obtainable in the world of form. Infact, we live in a wicked world. Anything can represent something in the world of form. If all these arent on ground there won't be spiritual warfare. Americans do not practise magic; Africa does practise magic. That is why Africa is backward, despite, with all her resources. May God deliver Africa.

Chaze85: My school fees is 12090 I deposited 990 so making 11100pounds maintenance is 7380 I deposited 240 so making 7140pounds so d total is 18240pounds equivalent of 5m and 57knaira
From what I could understand about your plight. Your school fees + maintenance fund sum( 12090 + 7380= 19470) Now, you have paid a deposit of school fees + accommodation( 990 + 240 = 1230). Subtracting 19470- 1230= 18240.
If you use @280 for a pound. Divide by 5million, what you will have be insufficiently to balance 18240. Or, @ what rate did you use to calculate yours.
Christianity Etc › Re: Sleeping In Church: Share Your Experiences by guiddoti: 2:20pm On Jul 20, 2014
Please permit me to share this:
I heard a message in the church on dangerous sleep. The preacher said sleep is : Normal, Neutral and Natural. He spoke intensively on various sleep recorded in the bible, the presumptious sleep of Samson, thinking all is well. The sleep of the foolish virgins. The sleep of perdiction of Jonah. The sleep of the sluggard. The sleep of weariness. Above all, this one terrifies my imaginations on that said day in the church. The sleep of death or deep sleep. He told of a story of Eutychus being fallen into a deep sleep, and as Paul was long preaching he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the 3rd loft, and taken up dead. Paul had to jumped on him, and was revived.
After the message, my orientation changed. You, too, can strive to be awake during the church, though, It is not easy.

If I look for a country to keep my head, devils know that Ghana cant be my option. Nigerians in Ghana do not know what their country can offer are better to Ghana. What a country like Nigeria is far enriching to Ghana in every ramification. So, I rather go Europe or nothern America

Thicking: Hi All,
I placed a call across to the British High Commission Customer service at:

(i would be submitting my application in Abuja)
19 Torrens Close
Mississippi Street, Maitama
Abuja, Federal Capital Territory
Nigeria

Phone: 094622200 Ext 11(Visa section)

The lady that responded was quite calm and heard me out totally.

She said one's application is termed 'complete' only when 'submission is made PHYSICALLY' (even when one pays and submit online).
She said one can actually pay and submit online before the 28days requirement is met.
She said the requirement is that one's 28days must be complete ONLY 'before one's day of biometrics/interview and NOT the payment for application day (since one can pay online) or the day of submission (since one can submit online).

This definitely calms my mind and i await other forms of confirmation by others.

Thanks everyone for the help.
Thank you, guy.
