Rossiminku: Of course your post is not for sensible people who can see through your bigotry and veiled hate. You have enough customers in Nairaland who feeds on Igbophobia. They were actually the OP target when he opened this thread because he knew that you guys must show up. A tribe called themselves the most sophisticated tribe in Nigeria without being sent to golgotha. For years some claimed to be the most educated while others are mere spare parts dealers, until recent statistics and realities start to rein in misinformation. Some other groups also claimed that they were born with political skill that no one can dislodge. They called others politically naive to their faces without heaven falling. Let me loud it, We Are Igbos, We are unique,We are too good. Oya use that suicide rope. |

Rossiminku: You are a poor physician. Your own diagnosis is done and dusted. Bigotry Bigotry is the state of mind of a bigot: someone who, as a result of their prejudices, treats other people with hatred, contempt, and intolerance on the basis of a person's ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or other characteristics. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr. described bigotry in the following quotation: "The mind of a bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract." When you spend something close to an hour dishing out intorelant opinions about a large group of people and trying hard to justify it. Your reason; they praise themselves too much. Very childish! 2 Likes |

Rossiminku: People who are intorelant of the view that igbos have the full God given right to blow their freaking trumpet as loud as they want to are full fledged bigots. Reason, Igbos singing their own praise does not detonate any bomb anywhere. It does not lead to degradation of ozone layer, neither does it increase the rate of terrorism in the north and else where in the world. Therefore it begs the question, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH SELF LOVE? 8 Likes 1 Share |

Rossiminku: A classic bigot response. You tick all the boxes of the main traits of a bigot. 1. Intorelant Prejudice: Waving off genuine concern of a group numbering more than 40 million as "overwhelming sense of victimization" 2. Opinionatedness: Holding tightly to your wrong views and dismissing that of others even when you have been called out that it is hate filled. 3.Fanatic intorelance: Devoting several hours of ones time, questioning why a group of 40 million people love themselves too much. 5 Likes |

Rossiminku: I have small time today, let's go there. What you have displayed so far in this thread and others is a classic display of bigotry. Bigotry :intolerance of different views, beliefs A bigot is a person who is intolerant of opinions, lifestyles, or identities that are different from their own. Mostly, the person's opinions are based on prejudice. For example, an outspoken member of a political party who blocks those with opposing views, would be a prime example of a ‘’bigot’’. The origin of the word bigot in English dates back to at least 1598, via French. It started with the sense of "religious hypocrite", especially a woman. The word bigot is often used as a pejorative term against a person who is obstinately devoted to negative prejudices, even when those prejudices are proven to be false. Forms of bigotry may have a related ideology. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

This weed smoker and his reverse psychology. Whatever the Igbos has experienced in Nigeria sInce the war ended, your Yoruba and other tribe people has also felt deeply. Ask Ogoni people how far.The only difference is that Igbos knows they are getting the short end of the stick while Yorubas and other groups continue to pretend that they were also part of the civil war victory. Britain fought the war for only one group, Hausa Fulani. Others are either bleeped or unaware. Igbo youths are not the only ones dying in the scorched arab deserts for decades trying to escape the frustration of a nation where they have no say in. Of course, Northerners are eternally wary of Igbos because we must cut their ticket. I love the fact that they FEAR US. They know that we understand what they are doing with the destiny of the rest of the country and are vocal about it. They hate our stubborn guts. But that is whom we are, nothing can break our spirits. We walk tall in every region we found ourselves in Nigeria. We own the economic space and make omelette with every lemon Nigeria threw at us. Our March to independence continues. One day we shall tell the story of Nigeria to our children starting with, THERE WAS A COUNTRY. 1 Like |

Invitationn: I love the disbelief in your post, it makes Anambra oil producing prospect more enchanting. Folks who thought initiating land border tussle with Kogi will land a death knell on Anambra oil producing aspirations didn't see this one coming. Meanwhile, Willie Obiano government has been following this case since 2019 or there about when it came to limelight. There was even a panel constituted where the indian guys came and started blabbing that they were given a coordinate that said the oil field is in delta state. House of Representative committee has also declared their oil activities in Anambra state illegal asking them to stop production with immediate effect. 1 Like |

OfoIgbo: You are right. Of course every discerning mind understood that Nnamdi Kanu's role in the whole self determination march is simply to step on uncomfortable toes. To raise the dust and give the Fulanis the necessary nuisance level needed to make them jittery. The only thing a Fulani fears is a man not afraid of him. Once you show fear before a Fulani, you are gone because mercy as a word is not in their lexicon. That is why they are barbarians. Nnamdi Kanu through radio Biafra has also sensitised other groups who eqaully feel the weight of Nigeria's rot but appear helpless. He has helped them to identify(thanks largely to Buhari bigotry), who the real enemy is. Tony Nnadi on the other hand is the smooth operator. Kanu's strategy is also benefitting his own strategy because he now has willing ears from other indigenous groups ready to discuss self determination. A topic that was somewhat sacred few years ago. Both has their merits and with Prof. Akintoye and other learned people doing their thing in a very civilized way we might eventually get there. The far North seceded from Nigeria the day sharia law was enacted in their region. You can't use two constitution to govern a country. It is pure illegality. |

Discuss possibility kwa? Anambra state is already an oil producing state whether Aso rock witches and wizard like it or not. And with a large gas deposit sitting pretty tight under Anambra soil we are blessed beyond beef. Can you imagine SEEPCO an Indian company clamimg the coordinates given to them from Abuja said that the oil field is in Delta state instead of Anambra. Willie is not asking the right questions; Who gave the freaking coordinates!!! Why is this country evil. For six, years oil was being produced in commercial quantities in Anambra and then transported in barges to Delta state where it is added to Delta state oil production quota. Subsequently, increasing their 13% derivation , while leaving the real owners empty handed. Tell me the region that will swallow half the rubbish Nigeria has fed Easterners since the civil war ended. Not only should justice be done, but also every penny due to Anambra state which was diverted must be paid in full. 130 Likes 3 Shares |

QuotaSystem: Opting to stay away from barbarians who performed surgery on pregnant women, slaughtering over 30,000 Igbo civilians is the height of smartness. It is called self preservation. Opting to leave savages who are stuck in the 15th century is what a sane human would have done. Today many people including your beloved middle belt wished they had stayed away from you barbarians 50 years ago when they got the chance. Aboki, you don't prepare for a war of self preservation. You don't fix a date where you will stop your enemies who are already upon you right in their track. No, you move like a man and take your chances. How Britain’s Labour government facilitated the massacre of Biafrans in Nigeria – to protect its oil interests The then Labour government secretly provided large quantities of arms to the Nigerian federal government which, by early 1970, had crushed an attempt by the country’s eastern region of Biafra to gain independence, which it had declared in May 1967. During the three years of war, up to three million people died, as Nigeria enforced a blockade on Biafra, causing widespread starvation amid considerable international opposition to the conflict. British policy was mainly shaped by its oil interests, declassified government documents from the time show. “Our direct interests are trade and investment, including an important stake by Shell/BP in the eastern region,” the Foreign Office noted a few days before the outbreak of the war in 1967. Investments by Shell/BP—then a joint company in Nigeria which was partly owned by the British government—amounted to around £200-million at the time. The company was the largest producer of oil in Nigeria, most of which was in Biafra. Shell “have much to lose if the FMG [federal military government] do not achieve the expected victory,” George Thomas, Labour’s commonwealth minister, noted in August 1967. He added: “The sole immediate British interest in Nigeria is that the Nigerian economy should be brought back to a condition in which our substantial trade and investment in the country can be further developed, and particularly so we can regain access to important oil installations.” UK supplies of arms — which eventually enabled the Nigerian government to win the war — included millions of rounds of ammunition, hundreds of machine guns and grenades, thousands of mortar and artillery bombs, aircraft and armoured personnel carriers. These supplies were massively stepped up while Labour Prime Minister Harold Wilson was telling parliament that Britain was supplying arms to Nigeria at the same level as before. He made the false claim that there was “no special provision” for the war. The decisions to supply arms and ammunition were taken at a time when it was clear they were being used against civilians. Wilson’s agreement to supply patrol boats in 1967 was done in the knowledge that this would help the government maintain the sea blockade against Biafra.

@op, Immediately I saw Vatican in that your list I laughed hard. This picture below summarises Fulani uselessness as an army in a conventional warfare. The full strength of British might (in the height of their reign as world power) was made available to useless Gowonand Murtala Mohammed. Russia another world power opened their armoury to Nigeria to quell Biafra. Pushing in personnel and sophisticated fighter jets to assist nigeria. Yet lily livered Gowon stuttered and failed for 3 years, at last opting for the cowardly route of blockade and starvation. Murtala Mohammed disappeared and became anonymous after leading 3,000 Nigerian troops to their death at Abagana. These guys no get shame at all. 5 Likes
