This man should be very very vigilant and security conscious. Azazi made similar statement and was assassinated. Welcome to Nigeria |
Patrioticman007:The killing of Azizi is quite complex, it will be left for another day discussion . GEJ though more aware of his government as a president than Buhari currently is, was as weak, docile and a de facto president as Buhari is currently. Azizi made a statement that the pdp is boko haram before the event that caused his death...technically yes, it happened under his administration but mustn’t be certainly masterminded by him or his cohorts. There’s also a possibility is could had been masterminded by the northern caucus cabal within the party, reasons I said earlier is quite complex. . Always comprehend a post before you allowed fanatism or emotions beclouded your judgement. In my post you quoted, I said almost an equal share of Christians and Moslems not 50/50. El rufai exposed the southern kaduna you said, firstly is ridiculous you never condemned his act of a Moslem/Moslem ticket as that has further polarise the already fragile state, I will if I were in your shoes, that has given you out as being fanatic. Secondly, the southern Kaduna zone is fundamentally disenfranchised politically by virtue of political sharing formula, how many wards are in the whole of southern kaduna compared to the northern side. Additionally how many wards total votes were cancelled in the southern kaduna side the last election on the basis of God knows what, I guess you didn’t figure that in. Besides, if you think a northern kaduna cabal/politicians that have all the political instrument by virtue of being in government since inception of the state and the air of discomfort within the Moslem circle if a Christian sit at the helms of affairs in a state like kaduna, the capital of northern Nigeria will allow or support such a governor, then think again. So it is not just numbers, the political instruments is not at the disposal of these people. |
JAMO84:Of course there are one offs, Birnin gwari as you mentioned and some other Muslim dominated territories are one offs, sometimes the chickens comes home to roost, after all one of the biggest attack of BH was unleashed in Kano state that brought even the then emir to tears. But these attacks had been perpetual in almost all the southern kaduna sphere. I can assure you just by hindsight that there will be another attack on the southern kaduna people within one month again, that’s to tell you the frequency. Also you put a number to the deaths in Birnin gwari right?...the deaths in the southern sphere is unprecedented. It might not be genocide, I don’t think that is the case especially in this century of human rights activism the world over and proliferation of media outlets. The body language and statements made could be interpreted differently as the case with El rufai. Mind you, I applaud him for some tremendous work he is doing in kaduna even though some section of the state feels more projects are geared towards the northern Moslem territories than the southern Christian side. I will like to know why you emphasise elrufai and Buhari winning elections without southern kaduna support though....can’t make head from it |
BotherMleeper:Pass information to authority you said? . I suppose you are referring to Nigerian authority right?. The same security that intelligence leak to BH even before the security launch attacks on the BH hideouts? the same security that can’t guarantee your safety after you divulge such information, the same authority or security that are compromised and the mastermind or face behind the mayhems could be who you are reporting to? Bros, you said no one outside the security can get such information? Well, like Mailafiya said, these are repentant commanders of some of these bandits, so such people confined in some persons on the basis of anonymity |
JAMO84:Firstly, I will advice you to re-read the post to comprehend better. He didn’t say they met with BH foot soldiers but rather one or two repentant commanders of these bandits causing mayhem on the Southern Kaduna people. . Nigerian Christians are not gullible as you stated, I will rather say they are docile and harmless especially the Christian natives of most northern states like Kaduna, Plateau, Taraba, Borno, Benue, Adamawa, Gombe etc. This is the singular reason the terror on these communities had been on continuous spree. There is no Christian militia like BH, Fulani herdsmen etc that organise a reprisal attack on any Moslem dominates or northern kaduna communities to keep them unsettled just like they do to the Christian communities. They realised how weak and non violent the Christians are, the reason even some of the politicians especially the non Christians ones in some of the aforementioned states can great chaos or unleashed violence using some group of bandits on these non reactive Christian communities to either sabotage the effort of a sitting government and reduce his popularity or make the state “ungovernable” to score some cheap political points. Literally such Christian communities becomes the collateral damage. Lastly, regarding your last assertion that no sitting governor wants to destroy his own people, I suppose your emphasis here is more with regards to El rufai, the kaduna state governor. El rufai has total disregard for the Christians in kaduna despite the fact the Kaduna like it or leave it, is a multi cultural, multi religious state with almost an equal share of Moslem and Christian population. Yes, just like Nigeria as a whole, the Muslims or northern part of kaduna state have been ruling the state from inception but there has been a balance in terms of governor and deputy. Yes the Christians politicians are not political savvy to win state governship election and also the northern kaduna Moslem hegemony will never allow that, but atleast they are always compensated with deputy governorship to give these native Christian communities a sense of belonging, even though in most instances the deputies are lapdogs to the governors. . Now for the first time in Kaduna history El rufai distorted the balance by appointing a Moslem as his deputy to further spite these Christian communities for their lack of support for his government. He makes reckless statement with issues regarding these communities and treat them with disdain especially on matters consigning these killings. It is more like an outright revenge for not supporting him, also being the right hand man of president buhari who lives in Kaduna prior to being the president further cement the fact of a grand agenda against the native Christians of the state. |
Nigeria legal or justice system is a big joke. In saner climes once an accused is released or freed on bail especially regarding cases related to treason, fraud and other high graded crime...they remain on a low until finally vindicated but here you see an accused freed on bail flouting rules like this guy Naira or flaunting possessions that initially incriminated him in the first place like Mompha or celebrating being freed on bail because they know they have either bribed their way out or have a connection that gat them cover like Adeherself or walking brazenly and celebrated in the legislative chamber after being freed on bail for corruption because the immunity of the chamber protects the supposed criminal like Orji Kalu....... Mehn the list goes on and on.....Anyway Naira Marley enjoy your second wave of popularity induced by our inefficient judicial system |
This is one of the reasons why most African countries populace have so much distrust in their leaders or ruling class, on one end there’s ban on international flights, while on the other end international flights disguised as evacuation flight is happening at exorbitant rates. . You wonder why lots of Africans think corona virus and daily figures rolled out is a gimmick to siphon funds? . Please open up the international wing officially and atleast put some majors used for passengers on the “evacuation” or emergency flights |
RealEzee:Life is in stages bro, the common entrance and waec as you put it makes up your curriculum vitae or biography, you can also blast waec and struggle to pass JAMB or post-JAMB, will that make you previous records null and void ![]() |
TruthHurts100:Nigeria winning it doesn’t nullify it’s credibility or prestige. Cheers |
TruthHurts100:I’m not, I support Chelsea. |
TruthHurts100:Messi won the Under 17 and under 23 with the Argentine team. Please don’t tell me that don’t count else I won’t bother debating with you. Thanks |
Ijaya123:I feel pissed when I read people undermining Messi’s achievements with his country Argentina. Are we giving a blind eye to the Under 17 and Under 23 trophies he almost single handedly won for the Argentine team?...Achievement with senior national team is completely different with non achievement for once country at all. We always try to sooth our narratives and take away that aspect of Messi’s life. . I’m not a Barca fan though |
Weldone United.....hope is not penalty though |
Zyxzzzz:I don’t think anybody is debating Bayern’s win over Chelsea maybe just you. They made a blunder in the first leg which their fans had already known the cost. I think in this season premiership, only Man City can probably give the present Bayern team a run for their money. So chillax bro |
Please, I’m already strained. I came for just a month stay, I have spent 6months already. I’ve literally exhausted my resources. . Why not adopt Europe and some other countries method of restricting travels from hot spot areas and allow flights to and from places with lower infection rate. |
No Pulisic, no Kante, no first choice keeper...KTBFF |
Angelfrost:Should that serve as an excuse incase Man Utd are whooped which I think you’re foreseeing...Pulisic along is a one man army on his good day and he is benched. As far as Man Utd play Rashford, I think they have it all because that guy is always a terror to Chelsea defence |
VAR had admitted some erroneous decisions they made earlier, the question is why are these errors in Man Utd favor two out of three. . Anyway, I think Mr Lampard adopted the Mourinho strategy of psychologically putting pressure on the officials before a match..well, it might or might not work in his Favor. . I am a Chelsea fan so don’t expect my views to be unbias anyway. |
Op your topic is about securing a job after Nysc while your write up is about securing accommodation, perhaps that could be a typo. . You can’t seek advice for life after Nysc and factor out business or skills in this present day Nigeria......I have a friend who as far as I can remember never applied for any job since after our graduation till this present day. I can bet that presently, if offered a job of 500k/month he will decline the offer because of his present status. . While in the university, he shuffled between serving under his boss in a skilled job and schooling. Fortunately, just after graduation he secured a grant and established his business and luckily for him, while other startups that obtain the grant failed, his business flourished because of the experience he had gain previously while serving his boss. Trust me, he has been financially free since we graduated till this day. Ironically, some of his contemporaries that graduated together and went after jobs are yet to find their footings. . Bottom line, don’t rule out business if you’re indeed seeking for true advice. Cheers |
DoctorOfPoverty:If you understand geopolitics, you will know why China have not been truthful with their covid 19 cases report....countries do that so they will not be stigmatised, as it will in turn affect their economy.....In Nigeria, NCDC has been doling out figure as though is a competition, maybe to solicit more funds?? |
If only we can understand that humans had lived over a thousand years ago before us and life is like a vapour, within a short time it disperse into the air. No human either born today or still alive can live beyond 150yrs, literally meaning if life could be fast forwarded for us to picture the world into 150yrs time....different humans will be occupying our space here on earth. . If and only if....humans will be contented, play their role on earth and pass the baton to the next ‘contestant’. . Hush puppy, I like your taste for dressing but I emphatically say no to fraudsters, if you are one. |
tot:What are you saying...Please get off my mention. Cheers |
OfficialDad:Feel free bro |
tot:I don't get your point...I should try LIVING where??....Anyway, I had finished my study before globetrotting. I worked in quite a few of the countries I travelled and I visited some as a tourist. I have encountered more tribal insult towards my clan in Nigeria....I lost my mum indirectly from the violence that erupted in some northern Nigeria states after Buhari lost election to Jonathan. I have seen a particular post of a man with tribal marks all his face to mock the yoruba culture here on Nairaland, likewise the yoruba mocking the ibos....A particular section have never ruled in my state and are openly marginalized and all is well....Any black man wey leave Africa, naija precisely and travel to these western countries and complain of racism is just being hypocritical. |
Abasman007:I will honour you with a response anyway, I don't know black spot but I had been to the US. I lived in Aarau, Switzerland for a month, I stayed in Altenolz, Northern Germany for a month also. I cherrypicked the aforementioned cities because the black population in these cities are literally negligible, you could work miles without meeting a black person..they are predominantly white. Let me shock you, they are by far the best cities I have been yet. . So please I need you to educate me more on what black people pass through in your words?? |
LordOfTheGame:Sell out??...I will honour you with a response anyway. We keep lambasting on colonialism and slave trade that happened centuries ago. Is that what the black community will keep saying till eternity. Bro if you go back in history, thousands of years ago, humans lived like wild animals..it was survival of the fittest...the only emotional response we had was either to fight or flight just like lower animals display presently. Then humanity advanced to the era of kingdom, dynasty and so on...one kingdom will fight to conquer and control the less powerful kingdoms..in the process thousands of warriors or fighters are killed. There was no rule or central governance, it was battle of the strongest to control territories even within smaller communities. I don't want to go in-depth...Eras of psychological, intellectual and social changes of human history made man to become more civilized, humane and sociable. . We can't keep lambasting on history like defeated race that had thrown in the towel even before the fight.....Bro, China transformation started in 1977 or thereabout by Deng Xioping after Mao's death...40years ago..not so long compared to when industrilization started in England and extented to the western nations in the 18th century. But you know what, China has caught up with the west in no distant time and on the verge of overtaking the west now. They never lambast of their history or sob like a child that was refused breast milk all these years. . Blacks need to understand that slavery is part of history, put their acts together, forge ahead and make strides that will endear the world to black race rather than always tracing over 400years ago of history that me and you never experienced as the reason for their backwardness. |
