The strength and prospect of a nation lies in its research and development (R&dev) prowess....No top company in the world jokes with research and development, no to talk of developed nations. The frequent upgrade from either app stores or IOS of mobile devices is as a result of the company's or manufacturers constantly researching on better ways to improve.

guess you haven't heard of well optimized expert system deployed in adaptive situations. these are smarter than humans and thus any human using even 4percent of his brain at that time will be regarded as a genius.

guess some of u don't realize the drawbacks to automation. it creates smart machines but verydukb humans since that's machines are self learning. and can learn faster than any human possibly could.

Logically you can extrapolate the extend of advancement to come in the next millennium by examining the advancement that took place 1000 yrs ago. Within those years , Airplanes, cars, nuclear technology, space research came into existence. Also, there was a great human psychological and behavioural evolution witnessed with those years.

Scientifically, humans just use a little above 10% of their brain power or capacity,, the most genius of humans use like 15% of theirs......In the next 1000 years, due to the level of sophistication, robotics, advancement..any human still using 10-15% of their brain power will be regarded as dull and archaic.

In Nigeria, average depends on your location. An average student in the south may be a brilliant student in the north.

I have seen people going to study medicine in the north from the south. I have seen people who go to Sudan to study medicine who ordinarily won't have been given admission to study biology education in Southern Nigeria.

Medicine is a competitive course. Apply where there are lesser competition.

Last year with an NGO we went into a typical village in Kaduna state, honestly the difference between their lifestyle and that of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden was their inability to talk with animals and the knowledge atleast to put on rags to cover themselves....No light, no road because they are far off from people, they only go out of that settlement on market days which is Thursdays....You could fill their natural organic environment devoid of bitterness, hatred because maybe someone is elevating than you are, no pressure to make wealth by force, no societal pressure.....Wow, it was really an adventure.
