Jollof15:Delusion of grandeur…The Queen’s husband. Mr English. An open minded person will research different articles or surveys and make an informed judgment, but no…you swallowed an article hook, line and sinker to throw more light to your point ignoring the premise of the article was counter to your cause, and was used to further demonise Islam. |
Peter Obi I’m not swayed towards Peter Obi camp yet, neither have I decided who to root for in the coming election. What I don’t see Peter Obi singing is security. Ignoring security or making it less prioritised will be his greatest undoing…This current incompetent president rode on the back of gross insecurity during Jonathan’s era , the false impression the masses had about him being a General and to cap it up….the lies Apc sold about stopping the insecurity….Among the fundamental needs of human, security is also top of the list. People especially northern Nigerian are dying by the minutes…what their ear is itching to hear is how the wanton insecurity will be quelled. Peter Obi don’t need to go the same route of lies APC went campaigning for PMB as regards security, because people are wiser now..except he has an ulterior motive. Peter should not only sing about stopping insecurity, but should radiate it with his body language…they say don’t judge a book by its cover but permit me to judge…PETER OBI don’t have that ruggedness and persona to tackle the dreaded insurgents in the NORTH. They will cripple his government if he win and treat them with kids gloves. GEJ saw hell with these monsters, he intentionally relinquished power to APC because he knew the aftermath. If PETER OBI can successfully convince me with his plans for insecurity, especially in the North, then he gat my vote. |
Jollof15:For once, western media is right in your eyes right, because it advanced your cause…but you got it twisted, it was trying to paint how persecuted the Christian population is, and so it used every tools within its Arsenal to show that to the world and also painted the looming danger that portends to the Christian society… But to you, it was swallowed hook, line and sinker because you saw your popularity. If I ask you how true the persecution of Christians is as painted by same link you sent me…your answer will be IT IS WESTERN MEDIA NOT FACTUAL |
teewety:Don’t even sell that rubbish agenda of Muslim outnumbering Christians…it is a very dicey topic that is always evaded even with census. All estimates balderdash you see are based on birth rate, because it is believed typical northern Muslim gives birth to children left in the hands of fate, but I always ask….are the estimates also considering the mortality rate in the north knowing that the region has one of the worst standard of living.. ![]() Do a proper count…and I can tell you Kaduna, Adamawa, Gombe, Borno etc Christian popular will almost be at par with the Muslim population |
iamrealdeji:Just imagine this gibberish. Firstly, Islam is not really growing but is like occultism, any member that becomes more enlightened and try to dissociate from the religion or ideology is literally setting himself up for brutal death…he will be killed. So many who want to leave cannot because their life will be snuffed out brutally, the few who do, run to the western world for safety…is that the criteria to measure fast growth ![]() Secondly, the only time the northern population mostly living in abject penury is useful and ilks like you can boost of is period like this…election, aside this period, no other developmental indices peculiar to human species you can boost of with that population. Thirdly, NIGERIA is not Islamic….if you are a progressive supporter of the entity, you will not want the world to colour your country Islamic because it comes with several disadvantages…except you’re Saudi Arabia |
bottlewater1:See topic wey person with brain create abeg..did you create the topic for ridicule of the Christian faith abi na bereavement of brain cells cause am |
Aboki99:I knew it and said it in my post….beer parlour gist of birth rate…did you bother to consider mortality rate as well, specifically considering the the very poor standard of living associated with north? Forget, Nigeria actual population is based on speculative estimations. |
davodyguy:If you hear North say, the slot is for northerners...they only mean northern moslems. Using Northerners is just euphemism. |
Aboki99:What's this guy saying ...such audacityI cannot dispute the fact that political parties need winning combination to sell or launder their image, but you forgot that ethnic and indigenous Christians have a very sizeable population is most of those Northern states you mentioned,,,yes..forget political census or beer parlour gist based on birth rate or all those crap. About whether muslims or christians are the majority in Nigeria is very debatable, it is always speculative findings. When was factual based census conducted to segregate demographics? |
My mind is yet to settle for a particular candidate among the three contestants. I want to do a thorough research on each candidates personality, antecedence and lifestyle before I make My choice. But for one thing, even without making research, One part of my mind feels Tinubu will make a better candidate among the three guys. Going by how Lagos is currently structured and all the hype about Lagos, you can't talk about these gargantuan milestones without imprinting Tinubu's name. Forget stealing of money or not, who doesn't...the point is, did your work outstrip your stealing??...Tinubu is also rugged, and not a yes sir man, he fought will OBJ and ran Lagos without federal allocation for months...Like I said earlier, but for one thing..his health challenge, I literally saw a video of him today with his hands shaking. Peter Obi might be a good man with economics brilliance, but can Peter Obi face the challenge of the dare devil boko haram, Isis, fulani Herdsmen, kidnappers, bandits ....These groups, if a leader is not very very brutal and rugged, will run down his government and all the lofty economic dreams he had for nigeria will be channelled to security...ask GEJ. Buhari, being a general has been defeated by these group. They are like cancer in the brain, only a very qualified surgeon or neurologist can completely eradicate them. Trust me, any government that eradicate these group, will automatically see sharp rise in economic indices of these country even without lifting a finger..Like I posit initially, I will make a research and settle for the candidate with better credentials |

Bro, you just reminded me of my Mum’s demise. Firstly, accept my condolence. After her demise, if I had stayed back home, I think it will had been very terrible because I had mild pains in my chest from time immemorial that comes up occasionally, but when she died..I didn’t cry aloud, I was deeply in tears inside of me, which is very dangerous..the next day, the heart/chest pain increased to the level I never witness…fortunately, I left for Nysc orientation camp after some days…while in camp, I was mourning but had friends and people around to talk and get busy with..I missed that one person’s call to know how I was in camp and all the motherly affections even though my elder sis tried to fit in the gap..but mum’s love in irreplaceable. After 3weeks at the camp, her death and absence resurfaced on reaching the state of my Nysc, which she made way for me to serve through her connection…a cousin then gave me the biggest betrayal of my life, promised to let me stay in his house for some days before acclimatising to my new environment and subsequently, get my accommodation. On reaching the state, brother refuse to pick calls and then switched off his phone…I stayed at the motor park wondering where to go…I then went to fellowship camp…story long That event brought back memories of my mum, the chest pain that was subsiding and extreme disappointment with my cousin who usually come to our crib and always felt at home way back…Nigga never called till date, since 2012. Take heart bro…leave the environment if you can….but Mama’s demise will remain indelible in the heart…big moments will come, and all you can think of is WHERE IS MAMA |
The final destination of all mankind…be good and be contented |
Keji1012:Bros, you dey lie abeg. Even with discount, the least bolt had charge me from just a short distance between mabushi car park to Etisalat office Wuse 2 (just about 2km drive or slightly more than) is #400. WITH DISCOUNT OO..and I used it severally for same journey, without discount is #500…..no dey lie abeg. Some of una too greedy |
Yesterday, while I was chatting with an aged white woman (90+), I asked her about her husband, and she told me he passed away 4 years ago, she then asked if I am married...I told her UNFORTUNATELY no, she then pondered and asked me why did I said unfortunately. I told her I wish am married. She then gave me a simple answer..I DON'T NEED TO BE MARRIED TO LIVE A HAPPY LIFE, It all depends on me. Using naija mentality, I then asked, what if I grow old and don't have kids to look after me..She then asked, what if I marry a terrible wife, because in her words, ''there are alot of BIT.CHES''...and regarding growing old, she said she's got three Kids but she is here alone... She concluded by saying, ''Love, go and live a happy life'' |
Mane wey play pass pogba na him dem dey price like akara soo…. If God blow your whistle,, even if you no wear Jersey, you go follow play ball…if I lie ask maguire, Sancho, Grelish etc |
Realists:Same way Chelsea defeated the top Spanish teams to clinch the trophy last season |
Stargangz:You’re a tout. I’m not a Liverpool fan but this your yarn no follow. Liverpool gat every right to lift their heads high and give themselves a pat on the back. Madrid winning the champions league is just likened to the figurative speech when providence smiles on you..providence smiled on them. They ain’t the best team in the world, atleast arguably. Just like when providence smiled on Chelsea in 2012 champions league. Liverpool kept the momentum and hope for a quadruple till the 11th hour of the season..that shows character, consistency and determination…they just needed the smile of providence which eluded them. |
ppogba:For your mind you spit sense…haha….that’s why una never still produce or innovate any meaningful tech equipment or machine to humanity, when jazz and juju don wrap una brains |
Reussite:The only way they could had taken their chances more than they did was to cripple courtious, the Madrid keeper |
Liverpool aren’t that invincible, Chelsea exposed them in both finals they played but they got luck with penalties….. The missed chances in the first half was a pointer to Liverpool defeat …history repeating itself |
Angelfrost:Na wetin make the thing tired the guy he confess say that team is cursed |
Trust me…when providence want to smile on you…there is always a repetition of opportunities and leeways it presents you…now it depends on how you maximise such opportunities before they bade you farewell Madrid maximum the opportunities providence presented ….escaped psg, Chelsea, Man City and defeated Liverpool |
omoyeni37:Man of the match?? Understatement Courtouis won the cup for Madrid if it ends with the score |
Madrid the lucky team….just dey narrowly escape with luck reach final. Might lift the cup with that luck today |
But really, the audacity of the northerners to campaign for the presidentially ticket after spending 8 years in office is unprecedented |
CommonSense1967:Which recognised Muslim association condemned Deborah’s gruesome murder…even the president kept mute…but see him out now tweeting, meaning he indirectly endorsed the event at Sokoto |
GreyLaw:People like you ehn….Nigerian juju myth and jazz don distort your thinking process…no need to argue with you |
See how civil the guards and security details are…the fans climb the post destroy am…no harassment. They pleaded with the fans to go back to their stand in a civil way Naija my country…you for don see police no be security guard ooo…dey pursue those fans wey climb pole with koboko….na teargas dem go come use pursue those once wey dey pitch If na Kano pillars stadium, you fit see one aboki bend down dey shit for one corner of the stadium sef |

Liverpool should have taken their chances in the first half knowing that second half have been Madrid's from knockout stages.
