Sadly a lotta parents have this backwards traditional mentality. Locking her up will only complicate matters. She's entitled to her own opinions but it is not your duty to abide by her principles and dictatorship. You are no longer a child. I understand where you're coming from. You are the one marrying the babe and it is you who has to deal with her, not your mother. All you can do is continue to try to appease your mother in hopes of winning her heart over. If the babe you plan to marry is truly as good as you portray her to be then in no time your mother will warm up to her if she's a good mother who wants the best for you. Good luck mehn. Again, locking her up will only make matters worse. It's never pleasant being married to a woman at the disapproval of your mother. Clashes will continue and peace will never reign. |
Not eligible for passport renewal So what process must someone in the U.S. follow to obtain a NEW Nigerian Passport? Outline the steps if you know it. Thanks |
Double N:Will be stunned and speechless. Will storm out of that hospital and immediately rush home to throw out whichever part of her belongings i wish to surrender to her. |

ask her why she's telling you these stories. we know nature will take its course and of course guys will ask her out repete if she's pretty. if however she continues ramming it down your throat that bobos are spitting game at her, then there's gotta be an underlying reason for that. ask her what she wishes to do about it. if she's satisfied and wishes to sustain her relationship with you she's just gotta keep turning them down. |
but you know how these girls feel about having their vals day interrupted. if she refuses to cook for you or sleep with you for two weeks, it's your fault. you were out there drinking paraga with ita boys and celebrities while your babe was over at home bored out of her mind on vals day. |
If he's comfortable and she's the right woman for him, then why should age be a deterrence. as long as she's not outrageously older than me i probably wouldn't mind getting to know what she has to offer me. |
Kx:The pastors of sanctimony have come again. |
Couldn't you have picked another day to celebrate love with kids? Na wa for you sef |
Digital:Stop yarning poppycocks. There are members out there from both sexes who never appreciate what they have until they lose it. Some human beings are just impossible to satisfy. |
What's changed since the breakup? The man has already hurt you once so who's to say he wouldn't do it again? Whatever caused your break up that first time has it already been resolved and again who's to say it won't break you up a second time around? Homegirl put aside the feelings and put on your goggles. never accept or encourage bad behavior because if you do you will only continue to get more of it. |
say you had intimacy with your former SO and the condom broke. you got pregnant and had an abortion. it's not a habit. it was a mistakeyou terribly regret that you have now moved on from. should you share these kinds of dark secrets from your past with your SO or take them to the grave, knowing that if you reveal the dark secrets to your SO it will most likely dampen the relationship even if it doesn't immediately lead to a breakup. some say it's okay as long you did not lie about it, some say it depends, others believe brutal honesty will clear one's conscience. wetin una think? |
peacettw:did you just call women the weaker vessels? lol . with the way you think i doubt you really want the marriage situation in africa to change. that sort of mindset could be twisted to validate why women in marriage are undermined in african societies. |
some rare case of a high profile marriage break up in the media doesn't represent the millions of women out there who are single handedly raising their children without any form of financial support whatsoever from the "fathers." many of whom are actually required to pay child support but are not involved at all in their kids' lives.
please stop smoking cheap weed. i know the prevalence of what i said and never denied that there are women who raise children on their own because the men are dead beat. are you insinuating that it's better the other way around, where they should expect an automatic check all the time? most of them end up spending the darn money for their personal fashion upkeep rather than using it to nurture the children as they're expected to anyway. |
why have i continued to imagine myself leaping over tall buildings in a single bound like superman. |
