2.Death penalty for corrupt officials.
I think corruption is the reason for not implementing them but what do I know.

If India with there economic problems can have a presence in space or if America with their racism, anti–islamic stand, or Saudi Arabia with their women laws or even North Korea with their tyrant of a leader could work, I see no reason why Nigeria isn't going to work. What I think is implementation and enforcement of useful laws and positive vision by Nigerians. It's sad to see Nigerians losing hope in the country despite our blessings.
